The use of the mononuclear rhenium(IV) precursor [ReBr5(H2pydc)]? (H2pydc=3,5‐pyridinedicarboxylic acid) as a metalloligand towards dysprosium(III) afforded the first heterobimetallic ReIV–DyIII complex. Crystal structures and static and dynamic magnetic properties of both rhenium‐containing species are reported herein. The 5d–4f compound shows an extended 1D structure and the AC magnetic measurements reveal frequency dependence at low temperature suggesting slow relaxation of the magnetization. 相似文献

AgSIE was used for the direct analysis of folic acid (FA), with a detection limit and lower level of quantitation of 6.8×10?10 mol L?1 and 2.3×10?8 mol L?1. The analysis in fresh and processed fruits was done without any sample pretreatment. In strawberry and acerola juices, FA concentration level values were below the method detection limit. FA was detectable in peach (77.7±0.4 µg L?1 and 64.4±0.5 µg L?1), Persian lime (45.4±0.7 µg L?1), pineapple Hawaii (66.2±0.4 µg L?1), pear pineapple (35.3±0.6 µg L?1), cashew (54.4±0.5 µg L?1), passion fruit (73.2±0.3 µg L?1), and apple (84.4±0.5 µg L?1). 相似文献

The Gibbs energy of hydration is an important quantity to understand the molecular behavior in aqueous systems at constant temperature and pressure. In this work we review the performance of some popular force fields, namely TraPPE, OPLS-AA and Gromos, in reproducing the experimental Gibbs energies of hydration of several alkyl-aromatic compounds--benzene, mono-, di- and tri-substituted alkylbenzenes--using molecular simulation techniques. In the second part of the paper, we report a new model that is able to improve such hydration energy predictions, based on Lennard Jones parameters from the recent TraPPE-EH force field and atomic partial charges obtained from natural population analysis of density functional theory calculations. We apply a scaling factor determined by fitting the experimental hydration energy of only two solutes, and then present a simple rule to generate atomic partial charges for different substituted alkyl-aromatics. This rule has the added advantages of eliminating the unnecessary assumption of fixed charge on every substituted carbon atom and providing a simple guideline for extrapolating the charge assignment to any multi-substituted alkyl-aromatic molecule. The point charges derived here yield excellent predictions of experimental Gibbs energies of hydration, with an overall absolute average deviation of less than 0.6 kJ mol(-1). This new parameter set can also give good predictive performance for other thermodynamic properties and liquid structural information. 相似文献

This mechanistically unusual process relies on a 1,2‐aryl shift and results in all‐carbon quaternary centers. The first enantioconvergent palladium‐catalyzed Fukuyama cross‐coupling of racemic benzylic organozinc reagents with thioesters has been developed. The reaction furnishes enantioenriched acyclic α‐disubstituted ketone products in good yields and high enantioselectivities. Molecular recognition of small molecules and ions by artificial receptors in microheterogeneous media such as micelles and vesicles can, in principle, provide better models of biological systems in comparison with bulk solutions. In this work we have investigated the complexation of an organic fluorescent probe with amphiphilic calixarene receptor below and above the critical micelle concentration (CMC). For concentrations below the CMC, the probe forms a host–guest complex with the calixarene behaving like a traditional host–guest system operating in bulk solution. Above the CMC, multiple equilibrium processes are established and the probe can exchange between the recognition site of the calixarene in the monomeric state, micellized state and/or the micellar hydrophobic core. Careful analysis of the results obtained from NMR spectroscopy and fluorescence experiments allowed us to propose a quantitative model to describe the system. The increment of the local concentration of Na+ counterions at the Stern layer displace the dye to the micelle core through competitive binding of Na+ in the cavity of the receptor and is decisive for the observed self‐sorting behavior. 相似文献

An efficient metal‐free oxyarylation of electron‐poor alkynes with pyridine N‐oxides has been developed. This transformation affords meta‐substituted pyridines analogous to the drug metyrapone in high regioselectivities. Density functional theory (DFT) calculations provided important insight into the mechanism. Evaluation of the inhibitory properties revealed the most active CYP11B1 inhibitor of these derivatives, with two‐digit nanomolar inhibitory activity akin to that of metyrapone. 相似文献

The effect of methyl, hydroxyl, and chloride substituents in position 3 of the 3′,4′,7‐trihydroxyflavylium core structure was studied. The stability, relative energy of each of chemical species (thermodynamics), and their rates of interconversion (kinetics) are very dependent on these substituents. By comparing the mole fraction distribution at equilibrium of the three multistate systems with the parent 3′,4′,7‐trihydroxyflavylium, introduction of a methyl substituent in position 3 increases the mole fraction of hemiketal at the expense of the trans‐chalcone and increases the hydration rate very significantly; a hydroxyl substituent in position 3 gives rise to a degradation process, as observed in anthocyanidins. In the case of 3‐chloro‐3′,4′,7‐trihydroxyflavylium, a dramatic increase of the flavylium cation acidity was observed and a photochromic system can be operated upon irradiation of the respective trans‐chalcone in 1 m HCl. According to the photochromic response of 3,3′,4′,7‐tetrahydroxyflavylium and 3′,4′,7‐trihydroxyflavylium, some requirements for a good photochromic performance are discussed. 相似文献

The crystal structure of 4-phenyl-benzaldehyde reveals the presence of a dimer linked by the C=O and C9-H groups of adjacent molecules. In the liquid phase, the presence of C-H...O bonded forms is revealed by both vibrational and NMR spectroscopy. A DeltaH value of -8.2 +/- 0.5 kJ mol(-1) for the dimerisation equilibrium is established from the temperature-dependent intensities of the bands assigned to the carbonyl-stretching modes. The NMR data suggest the preferential engagement of the C(2,6)-H and C(10/12)/C(11)-H groups as hydrogen bond donors, instead of the C(9)-H group. While ab initio calculations for the isolated dimers are unable to corroborate these NMR results, the radial distribution functions obtained from molecular dynamics simulations show a preference for C(2,6)-H and C(10/12)/C(11)-H...O contacts relative to the C(9)-H...O ones. 相似文献
