During the last two decades, with the development of nanotechnology, various nanomaterials have been designed and generated. Among them, hybrid organic–inorganic nanoparticles as a particular immobilizing carrier of the catalyst active sites have shown an important contribution in the current research studies. Gold nanocatalysts (GNCs) have recently become a hot topic and are widely used in chemistry. Between heterogeneous and homogeneous catalyses, two main types of catalyses, heterogeneous catalysts have gained importance because of their ease of separation from the mixture with low contamination of the products. Currently, nano-heterogeneous catalysis is the main subject in a wide range of research studies because nanostructures have unique abilities that are found only at the nano-level of the molecular world. This review selectively discusses the magnetic phenomena of heterogeneous GNCs, in which their inherent magnetic property provides many advantages over the nonmagnetic counterparts and also highlights the synthesis, development, and recyclability of various types of magnetic GNCs in well-known organic reactions. These insights are useful for researchers working on the future of magnetic-type gold nanocatalysis to enhance organic transformations, in both rate and yield.  相似文献

A novel carbon paste electrode modified with ZrO2 nanoparticles and an ionic liquid (n-hexyl-3- methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate) was fabricated. The electrochemical study of the modified electrode, as well as its efficiency for simultaneous voltammetric oxidation of dopamine and uric acid is described. The electrode was also employed to study the electrochemical oxidation of dopamine and uric acid, using cyclic voltammetry, chronoamperometry and square wave voltammetry as diagnostic techniques. Square wave voltammetry exhibits linear dynamic range from 1.0 × 10?6 to 9.0 × 10?4 M for dopamine. Also, square wave voltammetry exhibits linear dynamic range from 9.0 × 10?6–1.0 × 10?3 M for uric acid. The modified electrode displayed strong function for resolving the overlapping voltammetric responses of dopamine and uric acid into two well-defined voltammetric peaks. In the mixture containing dopamine and uric acid, the two compounds can be well separated from each other with potential difference of 155 mV, which is large enough to determine dopamine and uric acid individually and simultaneously. Finally, the modified electrode was used for determination of dopamine and uric acid in real samples.  相似文献

The enantio- and regioselective reduction of several symmetric and nonsymmetrically para-substituted benzil derivatives (21–92%) was achieved by means of Saccharomyces cerevisiae (bakers yeast). After modification of the reaction conditions reduction of nonsymmetric -diketones led chemoselectively to chiral -hydroxy ketones with up to 82% ee.  相似文献

Ni@diaza crown ether complex supported on magnetic nanoparticle was provided by grafting technique. The catalytic activity of Fe3O4@diaza crown ether@Ni was explored through one‐pot synthesis of 2,3‐dihydroquinazolin‐4(1H)‐ones and it was used as an efficient and recoverably constant nanocatalyst. FT‐IR, SEM, TEM, XRD, BET, ICP, EDS, and TGA techniques were employed to specify the nanocatalyst. This heterogeneous catalyst demonstrated acceptable recyclability and could be used again several times with no considerable loss of its catalytic activity.  相似文献

An efficient synthesis of pyrido[2,3‐d]pyrimidine derivatives via one‐pot multicomponent reactions of 6‐amino‐2‐(alkylthio)pyrimidin‐4(3H)‐one, 3‐cyanoacetylindole and arylaldehydes using [Fe3O4@ZrO2] as magnetically recyclable nanocatalyst is reported. This protocol furnished the desired products in good to excellent yields (70–93 %) and lower reaction times. The catalyst could be easily and efficiently separated from the final product solution by an external magnet and be reused in 5 consecutive runs without any significant activity decrease.  相似文献

A convenient, one-pot multi-component synthesis of new 2,4-disubstituted hydrazinyl-thiazoles was accomplished using different aldehydes/ketones, thiosemicarbazide, and 4-methoxy phenacyl bromide in the presence of a catalytic amount of AcOH in EtOH. Products were obtained in reasonable yields and high purity. The in vitro antioxidant activity of hydrazinyl-thiazoles was evaluated by DPPH radical scavenging activity in comparison to ascorbic acid. Synthesized thiazoles 14c and 14g possessed the lowest \(\hbox {IC}_{50}\) values. Also, hydrazinyl-thiazoles were screened for their in vitro antibacterial activity against six strains of bacteria including S. aureus, M. luteus, E. coli, Ps. aeruginosa, B. subtilis, and A. hydrophila where some products showed good antibacterial activity. Moreover, compound 14a showed anticancer activity against melanoma cancerous cell lines A375 with \(\hbox {LC}_{50}= 0.55\hbox { mg}/\hbox {mL}\), slightly selective versus normal cell lines (Hu-2) with \(\hbox {LC}_{50}= 1.19\hbox { mg}/\hbox {mL}\).  相似文献
