Spectroscopic optical second-harmonic generation from semiconductor interfaces

Optical Second-Harmonic Generation (SHG) from semiconductor interfaces has been widely studied, but it is only recently, with the advent of commercial, tuneable, pulsed laser sources that the spectroscopic aspect of SHG has begun to be more widely exploited. DIRECT SOMATIC EMBRYOGENESIS AND PLANT REGENERATION FROM PROTOPLAST-DERIVED CELLS OF WHEAT (Triticum aestivum L.)

Protoplasts were isolated from embryogenic calli derived from immature embryos ofwheat (Triticum aestivum L. cv. Jinan 177). The protoplasts were cultured in NMB mediumsupplemented with 1mg/L 2,4- D and 500mg/l casein hydrolysate (CH). The regenerated cellsfrom protoplasts divided to form somatic embryos directly. The somatic embryos grown to1.5- 2 mm in size directly developed into complete plants on solid MB medium without hor-mones.     

脱色阴离子交换剂的再生研究

提出一种新的离子交换剂再生理论，即吸附物的脱附依靠离子交换和络合的协同效应完成．以二价钙离子为再生剂，对糖液脱色用的阴离子交换树脂和阴离子交换纤维进行再生，并与传统的碱性钠盐相比较，研究证明钙离子为再生剂的工艺，具有低成本、无污染的特点．     

Solvent and substitution effects upon the phosphorescent triplet state of carbonyl pyridines

The effects of perturbing nitrogen upon localized triplet excitations are observed for several carbonyl pyridines. Conventional and pulse optically detected magnetic resonance (ODMR) techniques are used to characterize the spin-relaxation processes in these aromatic carbonyl molecules.

大孔树脂吸附法处理含苯肼工业废水的研究

以Hz-841大孔树脂为吸附剂,95%乙醇为脱附剂处理含苯肼4000~5000mg/L的工业废水,取得了理想的分离效果,苯肼吸附率>99.8%,树脂工作吸附量40~50g/L。     

合成香料β-大马酮的高效液相色谱分析

本文提出了用分析型HPLC仪器制备β-大马酮标准品的方法及用HPLC测定β-大马酮含量的方法。制备色谱柱为Zorbax SIL 9.4 mmφ×25cm,流动相为石油醚(30～60℃)/乙醚98.5/1.5。分析用色谱柱为Shim CLC SIL 6 mmφ×15cm(岛津全多孔硅胶柱),流动相为石油醚(60—90℃)/无水乙醇99.88/0.12,检测器为紫外可见分光光度检测器。波长253nm或302nm,标准曲线的线性范围0～1.4mg/ml。峰高或峰面积均可用于测定,回收率100.7%。
