A pseudorotaxane consisting of a 24-membered crown ether and secondary ammonium salt with the hydroxy group at the terminus was quantitatively acylated by bulky acid anhydride in the presence of tributylphosphane as catalyst to afford the corresponding rotaxane in high yield. Large-scale synthesis without chromatographic separation was easily achieved. The ammonium group in the resulting rotaxane was quantitatively acylated with excess electrophile in the presence of excess trialkylamine. Various N-functionalized rotaxanes were prepared by this sequential double-acylation protocol. 1H NMR spectra and X-ray crystallographic analyses of the rotaxanes showed that the crown ether component was captured on the ammonium group in ammonium-type rotaxane by strong hydrogen-bonding intercomponent interaction. The conformation around the ammonium group was fixed by the hydrogen-bonding interaction. Meanwhile, the conformation of the amide-type rotaxane was determined by the weak CH/pi interaction between the methylene group in crown ether and the benzene ring of the axle component. The N-acylation of ammonium-type rotaxane is useful for the preparation of both functionalized rotaxanes and weak intercomponent interaction-based rotaxanes.  相似文献

Synthesis of various bridged nicotinates 6 having [n](2,5)pyridinophane skeletons (n=8-14) was accomplished by the unique pyridine-formation reaction of methyl propiolate with a series of formyl-substituted (vinylimino)phosphoranes 5, which were prepared from the corresponding cycloalkanones 1 via Vilsmeier-Haack formylation giving chloro-substituted cycloalkenals 2, their thermal and photochemical transformation to formyl azirines 4, and the following ring-opening reactions with triphenylphosphine. The HPLC analysis of [11](2,5)pyridinophane derivatives, (Sp,S)-14 and (Rp,S)-14, showed that these diastereomers rapidly epimerize themselves at room temperature and that their planar-chirality was thermodynamically less stable as compared to the corresponding [11](2,5)cyclophane systems.  相似文献

We show that a twistor space of a self-dual metric on with -isometry is not Moishezon iff there is a -orbit biholomorphic to a smooth elliptic curve, where the -action is the complexification of the -action on the twistor space. It follows that the -isometry has a two-sphere whose isotropy group is . We also prove the existence of such twistor spaces in a strong form to show that a problem of Campana and Kreußler is affirmative even though a twistor space is required to have a non-trivial automorphism group.

We have developed a new time-resolved fluorometric (TRF) microarray detection system consisting of fluorescent NH2 nanosphere, TRF microarray detector and gamma-irradiated polystyrene chip. Using the TRF microarray detector, we detected 500 particles of the fluorescent nanosphere in one channel. Cross-talk fluorescence from the adjacent channels was little observed in the TRF microarray detector (<0.0004 %). The TRF microarray detection system was further applied for serum allergen-specific immunoglobulin E (IgE) multi-analyses. As a labeled tag antibody, an anti-human IgE Fab’ fragment-conjugated fluorescent nanosphere (Fab’ nanosphere) was prepared as described previously. As a chip surface appropriate for allergen immobilization, the polystyrene chip surface was modified by gamma irradiation. The immunoassay reactivity using the gamma-irradiated polystyrene chip was approximately 2.5-times improved compared with that of the non-treated polystyrene chip. Non-specific adsorption of the Fab’ nanosphere onto the gamma-irradiated polystyrene chip surface was very low level (<0.0009 %). In only 20 μl of serum, six allergen-specific IgEs could be simultaneously determined in one reaction well in fewer than 90 min. Good correlation curves were obtained between the microarray immunoassay and the CAP RAST fluoro-enzyme immunoassay (CAP/RAST FEIA) method (r>0.961). Reproducibility (CVs) of the microarray immunoassay was 8.6 % to 19.0 % (n=5).  相似文献

The densities and the viscosities of tris(acetylacetonato)cobalt(III) solutions in acetonitrile, dichloromethane, chloroform, tetrachloromethane, benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, and p-xylene were measured in the dilute concentration regions at several temperatures ranging from 278 to 313 K under ambient pressure. The partial molar volumes of the solvents and solute were calculated. They are independent of concentration and increase slightly as the temperature increases. The viscosity A- and B-coefficients of the Jones-Dole equation were obtained. The A-coefficients were found to be zero within experimental error. The B-coefficients are positive and decrease as the temperature increases. Thermodynamic quantities of activation for viscous flow were calculated on the basis of Eyring’s viscosity equation. From the quantities obtained in this study, along with some information from the literature, it is suggested that structure-making interactions occur between the segments of the complex and the solvent molecules. These interactions include electrostatic interactions between the local charge on the complex and the dipole moment of the solvent in solutions of acetonitrile and dichloromethane, interlocking packing interactions along C 3-axis of the complex with solvent in solutions of chloroform and tetrachloromethane, and π-electron interactions between the chelate ring of the complex and the solvent in solutions of benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, and p-xylene.  相似文献

Electric-field-induced changes in absorption and emission spectra of colloidal CdS nanoparticles ranging in size from 1.0 to 5.0 nm in diameter have been measured by using electric field modulation spectroscopy. The analysis of the electroabsorption spectra indicates that the dipole moment in the first exciton state becomes larger with increasing particle size. The presence of the large dipole moment following photoexcitation into the first exciton band suggests that the CdS nanoparticles have large CT character in the first exciton state. The quantum yields both of the exciton emission and of the trap emission are markedly reduced by application of an electric field. On the basis of the direct measurements of the field-induced change in emission decay profile, it is suggested that the field-induced de-enhancement of these emission yields results from the field-induced decreases both in lifetime and in initial population of each emitting state. It is also found that the emission intensity of CdS nanoparticles increases under the UV light irradiation in air and decreases in a vacuum condition and that fluorescence lifetime in the former case is longer than that in the latter. This enhancement and de-enhancement process in emission intensity is almost reversible at least in several cycles.  相似文献

In particular, we give an estimate for the upper bound of the ratios of their surface areas and volumes by means of inward injectivity radii. The upper bound seems to depend on their topological structures.

The enantiopure Davis' N-sulfinylimines were found to be efficient as chiral imine equivalents in the high-temperature Reformatsky-type additions with BrZnCF(2)COOEt affording an efficient approach to the enantiomerically pure alpha,alpha-difluoro-beta-amino acids. High chemical and stereochemical yields (drs > 9:1, and as high as 99:1) render this method immediately useful for preparing the target amino acids.  相似文献
