Dichloromethane soil samples extracts were prepared using Soxhlet extraction technique, and after clean-up step, gas chromatography-mass spectrometry analysis of 16 priority polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) was carried out. A comparison of dispersive solid-phase extraction (dSPE) and column chromatography (cC), as clean-up techniques, was evaluated. Six different sorbents (silica, diatomaceous earth, primary–secondary amine, C18, clinoptilolite and florisil) were tested as dispersive clean-up sorbents versus activated silica and alumina for cC. Best results for three concentration levels among dSPE were obtained using diatomaceous earth, with recovery values in the range of 75–112% for 13 of 16 analysed compounds, while cC recoveries were in the range of 75–111% for all analysed PAHs. Analysis of 12 soil samples from urban area of Ni? (Serbia) singled out acenaphthene as the most abundant compound.  相似文献

The separation and characterization of the unknown degradation product of second‐generation antipsychotic drug ziprasidone are essential for defining the genotoxic potential of the compound. The aim of this study was to develop a simple UHPLC method coupled with tandem mass spectrometry (MS/MS) for chemical characterization of an unknown degradant, and the separation and quantification of ziprasidone and its five main impurities (I–V) in the raw material and pharmaceuticals. Chromatographic conditions were optimized by experimental design. The MS/MS fragmentation conditions were optimized individually for each compound in order to obtain both specific fragments and high signal intensity. A rapid and sensitive UHPLC–MS/MS method was developed. All seven analytes were eluted within the 7 min run time. The best separation was obtained on the Acquity UPLC BEH C18 (50 × 2.1 mm × 1.7 μm) column in gradient mode with ammonium‐formate buffer (10 mm ; pH 4.7) and acetonitrile as mobile phase, with the flow rate of 0.3 mL min?1 and at the column temperature of 30°C. The new UHPLC–MS/MS method was fully validated and all validation parameters were confirmed. The fragmentation pathways and chemical characterization of an unknown degradant were proposed and it was confirmed that there are no structural alerts concerning genotoxicity.  相似文献

Isolated soil humic acid (HA) and commercial Aldrich HA were derivatized by esterification with methanol-thionyl and acetylation with acetic anhidride, in order to obtain derivatives with selectively blocked carboxyl and phenol groups, respectively. Results obtained by FT-IR spectroscopy and potentiometry show that the methanol-thionyl procedure is a selective, specific and efficient route for blocking carboxyl groups. The good correlation between results obtained by direct potentiometry after HA esterification and by classical calcium-acetate and baryta exchange methods suggests that esterification followed by direct acid-base potentiometric titration can be used as a method for the estimation of carboxyl and phenol group contents. Phenol groups can not be specifically identified by the acetylation method, due to the low selectivity of the acetylation method. The average values of apparent and intrinsic pK of underivatized and derivatized HAs confirm decrease in ionizable groups content due to derivatization and their values are related to the different chemical structures of the acids.  相似文献

Then we concentrate on recent measurements of dielectronic recombination resonances with Li-like, Na-like, and Cu-like ions, where from the spectra of resonances very accurate values for energy splittings are derived for crucial tests of relativistic, correlation, and QED effects.  相似文献
