A highly sensitive electrochemical sensor based on arenediazonium tosylates was designed to detect meldonium in urine. The effect of the concentration of ArN2+OTs arenediazonium tosylate modifier and various substituents was studied. Basic operating parameters for voltammetric meldonium detection were established and the procedure for urine sample preparation was developed. The following values were obtained: limit of detection (LOD) 0.005 mg ⋅ L−1 (P=0.95) and limit of quantification (LOQ) 0.01 mg ⋅ L−1. The relationship between the analytical signal and meldonium concentration in the solution ranging from 0.01 to 400 mg ⋅ L−1 was described by a linear function. The meldonium concentration error did not exceed 18 %. The analysis time for a single urine sample was reduced to 15 minutes.  相似文献

The application of appropriate electric fields to cells and tissues, termed electroporation, can result in efficient and safe gene transfer. We have shown previously that this approach results in high level gene transfer to and expression in the vasculature of living animals. This paper presents the results of an electric field distribution study of a rat mesenteric vasculature model using the Finite-Element Time-Domain (FETD) technique. A novelty of this work is the use of Debye dispersive dielectric parameters, as the electrical response of biological tissues is inherently frequency-dependent. The complex phosphate tricaesium calcium iron bis(diphosphate), Cs3CaFe(P2O7)2, has been prepared by the flux method. Isolated [FeO5] and [CaO6] polyhedra are linked by two types of P2O7 groups into a three‐dimensional framework. The latter is penetrated by hexagonal channels along the a axis where three Cs atoms are located. Calculations of caesium Voronoi–Dirichlet polyhedra give coordination schemes for the three Cs atoms as [8 + 3], [9 + 1] and [9 + 4]. The structure includes features of both two‐ and three‐dimensional frameworks of caesium double pyrophosphates.  相似文献

Solid solutions KTi1‐XHfXOPO4 (х = 0.008 – 0.107) possessing the KTiOPO4 structure, have been synthesized in molten system K2O‐P2O5‐TiO2‐HfF4. The crystal growth experiment of Hf‐doped KTP crystal has been reported. The X‐ray powder diffraction data and chemical analysis are also presented. It has been shown that KTiOPO4 crystal structure slightly changes when Hf incorporates into the framework. Transmission/absorption spectra of KTi0.974Hf0.026OPO4 crystals have been recorded. The incorporation of Hf ions shifts the optical absorption edge in the UV‐visible spectrum towards the long‐wavelength region with absorption near 387 nm.  相似文献

A sphericalCR-structure on a smooth (2n–1)-manifoldM is a maximal collection of distinguished charts modeled on the boundary H n of the complex hyperbolic space, where coordinate changes are restrictions of transformations from PU(n, 1). There exists a development map , where is the universal covering ofM, which is a local diffeomorphism. We study properties of the development maps and holonomy groups of sphericalCR-structures on compact 3-dimensional manifolds. The electron-stimulated production of molecular hydrogen (D(2), HD, and H(2)) from amorphous solid water (ASW) deposited on Pt(111) is investigated. Experiments with isotopically layered films of H(2)O and D(2)O are used to profile the spatial distribution of the electron-stimulated reactions leading to hydrogen within the water films. The molecular hydrogen yield has two components that have distinct reaction kinetics due to reactions that occur at the ASW/Pt interface and the ASW/vacuum interface, but not in the bulk. However, the molecular hydrogen yield as a function of the ASW film thickness in both pure and isotopically layered films indicates that the energy for the reactions is absorbed in the bulk of the films and electronic excitations migrate to the interfaces where they drive the reactions.  相似文献
