The possibility of the local nucleation of magnetic bubble domains from a single-domain state in an arbitrary region of a iron garnet film ((210) crystallographic orientation) by means of an electrically charged tip electrode has been experimentally demonstrated. The size of magnetic bubble domains nucleated near the contact point between the probe and sample depends on the magnitude of a DC voltage supplied to the probe. After the removal of the voltage, magnetic bubble domains move away from the probe, decreasing to the equilibrium radius.  相似文献

The paper considers the problem of precise measurement of the acoustic radiation force of an ultrasonic beam on targets in the form of solid spherical scatterers. Using known analytic relations, a numerical model is developed to perform calculations for different sizes of spherical scatterers and arbitrary frequencies of the incident acoustic wave. A novel method is proposed for measuring the radiation force, which is based on the principle of acoustic echolocation. The radiation force is measured experimentally in a wide range of incident wave intensities using two chosen methods differing in the way the location of the target is controlled.  相似文献

The crystalline structures of martensite phases in Ni2MnGa-based ternary alloys have been studied in a wide range of temperatures and compositions transmission and scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, and electron diffraction. It is found that long-period nanostructural phases with thin-plate morphology are formed as a result of martensitic transformation in Ni2MnGa-based alloys.  相似文献

Summary: Heterogeneity of active centers (AC) of titanium-magnesium catalysts (TMC) and vanadium-magnesium catalyst (VMC) in ethylene-hexene-1 copolymerization has been studied on the base of data of polymer molecular weight distribution (MWD) deconvolution technique and copolymer fractionation onto narrow fractions. It was found that 3 and 4 Flory components (groups of active centers) are required to describe experimental MWD curves of copolymers produced over TMC with different Ti content. In the case of VMC MWD of homopolymer and copolymer are characterized by set of 5 Flory components (5 groups of AC). Different character of inter-relationship between MW and short chain branching (SCB) was found for ethylene-hexene-1 copolymers produced over different catalysts: heterogeneous type in the case of TMC and more uniform for copolymer prepared over VMC. The content of Ti affects on the slope of that profile in copolymers produced over TMC. The results indicated that TMC and VMC are different greatly on the heterogeneity of active centers to the formation of polymers with different molecular weights and to formation of copolymers with different inter-relationship between MW and short chain branching. TMC produces polymers with more narrow MWD but it contains highly heterogeneous centers regarding comonomer reactivity ratios. VMC produces polymers with broad and bimodal MWD but it contains more homogeneous centers regarding comonomer reactivity ratios.  相似文献

The interrelationship between electrical conductivity, molar volume and enthalpy of mixing was studied for molten chlorides and their mixtures. The dependence of electrical conductivity and activation energy on the molar volume is different for various groups of salts. The dependence of specific conductivity on molar volume obtained for molten alkali chlorides was found to be similar to other chloride salts. The specific conductivity of binary mixtures that lack strong chemical interactions between the components can also be described by the proposed empirical equation. The enthalpy of mixing should be taken into consideration for these chemical interactions.  相似文献

A simple procedure has been proposed for synthesis of planar triangular silver nanoparticles. Optimal conditions have been determined for particles to form, and the particles have been characterized by physicochemical methods. The halide-ion-sensory properties of sols of anisotropic silver nanoparticles prepared in different ways have been studied; sensitivity to halide ions is based on the changes in positions and intensities of longitudinal surface plasmon resonance (SPR) peaks in the range 500–800 nm in the optical absorption spectra of solutions.  相似文献

Upconverting nanoparticles have unique spectral and photophysical properties that make them suitable for development of theranostics for imaging and treating large and deep-seated tumors. Nanoparticles based on NaYF4 crystals doped with lanthanides Yb3+ and Er3+ were obtained by the high-temperature decomposition of trifluoroacetates in oleic acid and 1-octadecene. Such particles have pronounced hydrophobic properties. Therefore, to obtain stable dispersions in aqueous media for the study of their properties in vivo and in vitro, the polyethylene glycol (PEG)-glycerolipids of various structures were obtained. To increase the circulation time of PEG-lipid coated nanoparticles in the bloodstream, long-chain substituents are needed to be attached to the glycerol backbone using ether bonds. To prevent nanoparticle aggregation, an L-cysteine-derived negatively charged carboxy group should be included in the lipid molecule.  相似文献
