Ionic liquids (ILs) have a wide range of applications, owing to their negligible vapor pressure, high electrical conductivity, and low melting point. However, the thermal hazards of ILs and their mixtures are also non-negligible. In this study, the thermal hazards of various binary imidazolium ionic liquids (BIIL) mixtures were investigated. The effects of parent salt components and molar ratios on the thermal decomposition temperature (Td) and flashpoint temperature (Tf) are investigated. It is found that both Td and Tf increase as the proportion of highly thermally stable components in BIIL mixtures increases. Furthermore, the decomposition process of BIIL mixtures can be divided into two stages. For most molar ratios, the Tf of the BIIL mixtures is in the first stage of thermal decomposition. When the proportion of highly thermally stable components is relatively high, Tf is in the second stage of thermal decomposition. The flammability is attributed to the produced combustible gases during the thermal decomposition process. This work would be reasonably expected to provide some guidance for the safety design and application of IL mixtures for engineering.  相似文献

The exploration of the ionic liquids’ mechanism of action on nucleobase’s structure and properties is still limited. In this work, the binding model of the 1-alkyl-3-methylimidazolium bromide ([Cnmim]Br, n = 2, 4, 6, 8, 10) ionic liquids to the thymine (T) was studied in a water environment (PCM) and a microhydrated surroundings (PCM + wH2O). Geometries of the mono-, di-, tri-, and tetra-ionic thymine (T-wH2O-y[Cnmim]+-xBr, w = 5~1 and x + y = 0~4) complexes were optimized at the M06-2X/6-311++G(2d, p) level. The IR and UV-Vis spectra, QTAIM, and NBO analysis for the most stable T-4H2O-Br-1, T-3H2O-[Cnmim]+-Br-1, T-2H2O-[Cnmim]+-2Br-1, and T-1H2O-2[Cnmim]+-2Br-1 hydrates were presented in great detail. The results show that the order of the arrangement stability of thymine with the cations (T-[Cnmim]+) by PCM is stacking > perpendicular > coplanar, and with the anion (T-Br) is front > top. The stability order for the different microhydrates is following T-5H2O-1 < T-4H2O-Br-1 < T-3H2O-[Cnmim]+-Br-1 < T-2H2O-[Cnmim]+-2Br-1 < T-1H2O-2[Cnmim]+-2Br-1. A good linear relationship between binding EB values and the increasing number (x + y) of ions has been found, which indicates that the cooperativity of interactions for the H-bonding and π-π+ stacking is varying incrementally in the growing ionic clusters. The stacking model between thymine and [Cnmim]+ cations is accompanied by weaker hydrogen bonds which are always much less favorable than those in T-xBr complexes; the same trend holds when the clusters in size grow and the length of alkyl chains in the imidazolium cations increase. QTAIM and NBO analytical methods support the existence of mutually reinforcing hydrogen bonds and π-π cooperativity in the systems.  相似文献

To investigate the changes in chemical composition of flaxseed oil during thermal-induced oxidation and the resultant effect on thermal properties, samples with different oxidation levels were obtained by being heated at 180 °C for two hours and four hours. The oxidation degree was evaluated using peroxide value (PV), extinction coefficient at 232 nm and 268 nm (K232 and K268), and total polar compounds (TPC). Using chromatography, the fatty acid profile and triacylglycerol (TAG) profile were examined. Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) was used to determine the crystallization and melting profiles. Thermal-induced oxidation of flaxseed oil led to a significant increase (p < 0.05) in PV, K232, K268, and TPC, but the relative content of linolenic acid (Ln) and LnLnLn reduced dramatically (p < 0.05). TPC derived from lipid degradation affected both crystallization and melting profiles. Statistical correlations showed that the onset temperature (Ton) of the crystallization curve was highly correlated with K232, TPC, and the relative content of LnLnLn (p < 0.05), whereas the offset temperature (Toff) of the melting curve was highly correlated with the relative content of most fatty acids (p < 0.05). This finding provides a new way of rapid evaluation of oxidation level and changes of chemical composition for flaxseed oils using DSC.  相似文献

The present study aims to analyze the structural characterization and antioxidant activity of a novel exopolysaccharide from Rhizopus nigricans (EPS2-1). For this purpose, EPS2-1 was purified through DEAE-52, Sephadex G-100, and Sephadex G-75 chromatography. The structural characterization of EPS2-1 was analyzed using high-performance gel permeation chromatography (HPGPC), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), methylation analysis, nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectra, transmission electron microscope (TEM), and atomic force microscope (AFM). The results revealed that EPS2-1 is composed of mannose (Man), galactose (Gal), glucose (Glc), arabinose (Ara), and Fucose (Fuc), and possesses a molecular weight of 32.803 kDa. The backbone of EPS2-1 comprised →2)-α-D-Manp-(1→ and →3)-β-D-Galp-(1→, linked with the O-6 position of (→2,6)-α-D-Manp-(1→) of the main chain is branch α-D-Manp-(1→6)-α-D-Manp-(1→, linked with the O-6 positions of (→3)-β-D-Galp-(1→) of the main chain are branches →4)-β-D-Glcp-(1→ and →3)-β-D-Galp-(1→, respectively. Finally, we demonstrated that EPS2-1 also shows free radical scavenging activity and iron ion reducing ability. At the same time, EPS2-1 could inhibit the proliferation of MFC cells and increase the cell viability of RAW264.7 cells. Our results suggested that EPS2-1 is a novel polysaccharide, and EPS2-1 has antioxidant activity. In addition, EPS2-1 may possess potential immunomodulatory and antitumor activities. This study promoted the application of EPS2-1 as the functional ingredients in the pharmaceutical and food industries.  相似文献

用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定多环芳烃时,因芴、苊和菲,茚(1,2,3-cd)芘和苯并(g,h,i)苝的色谱峰严重重叠而影响测定结果。本研究用高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测器(DAD)和荧光检测器(FLD)测定多环芳烃,在激发波长λex=230nm,发射波长λem=300~500nm范围内采集重叠峰的HPLC-FLD二维色谱数据,再用直观推导式演进特征投影法(HELP)解析它们的重叠色谱峰,分辨结果令人满意。该方法对重叠组分的分辨下限为0.02mg/L。结果表明,用二维色谱荧光数据解析色谱重叠峰,灵敏度更高,可用于环境样品中多环芳烃的测定。  相似文献

A theoretical model is developed for the vibration and stability of a vertical pipe subjected concurrently to two dependent axial flows. The external fluid, after exiting the outer annular region between the pipe and a rigid cylindrical channel, is conveyed upwards inside the pipe. This configuration thus resembles of a pipe that aspirating fluid. The equation of planar mo- tion is solved by means of the differential quadrature method (DQM). Calculations are conducted for a slender drill-string-like and a bench-top-size system, for different confinement conditions of the outer annular channel. It is shown that the vibrations of these two systems are closely related to the degree of confinement of the outer annular channel. For a drill-string-like system with narrow annuli, buckling instability may occur in the second and third modes. For a bench-top-size system, however, both buckling and flutter may occur in the lowest three modes. The form of instability depends on the annuli size.  相似文献

Determining the level of phthalic acid esters (PAEs) in packaged carbonated beverages is a current need to ensure food safety. High-selectivity and -accuracy identification of individual PAEs can be achieved by chromatographic and mass spectrometric (MS) techniques. However, these methods are slow; involve complicated, expensive instruments in professional laboratories; and consume a large amount of organic solvents. As such, a food analysis method is needed to conveniently and rapidly evaluate multiple contaminants on site. In this study, with the assistance of ultrasound, we quickly determined the total PAEs in soft drinks using 1.5 mL of petroleum ether in one step. Then, we determined the characteristic molecular fluorescence spectrum of all PAEs in samples (excitation (Ex)/emission (Em) at 218/351 nm) using selectively concentrated sulfuric acid derivatization. The relative standard deviations of the fluorescent intensities of mixed solutions with five different PAEs were lower than 7.1% at three concentration levels. The limit of detection of the proposed method is 0.10 μmol L−1, which matches that of some of the chromatographic methods, but the proposed method uses less organic solvent and cheaper instruments. These microextraction devices and the fluorescence spectrometer are portable and provide an instant result, which shows promise for the evaluation of the total level of PAEs in beverages on site. The proposed method successfully detected the total level of PAEs in 38 kinds of soft drink samples from local supermarkets, indicating its potential for applications in the packaged beverage industry.  相似文献

论文建立了一个含有非线性能量汇(NES)装置并输运脉动内流的简支输液管道理论模型,研究了NES装置对管道的非线性动力学特性与振动控制的影响.利用Galerkin和龙格库塔法,得到了在含NES和不含NES装置时管道动力学响应的数值结果.研究表明,NES装置能有效地抑制管道振动.通过对比可知,NES对管道系统的稳定性和非线性振动控制有着明显的影响.此外,论文还详细讨论了NES装置相关参数对系统的动力学影响.结果表明,增大NES的弹簧刚度k、阻尼σ和质量比e有利于管道减振,且最佳安装位置在管道中点.此外,增大阻尼σ能缩小失稳激励频率区域,而其他参数的变化对失稳激励频率区域影响较小.  相似文献
