The cytopoxic effect of RL2 lactaptin (the recombinant analog of proteolytic fragment of human kappa‐casein) toward tumor cells in vitro and in vivo presents it as a novel promising antitumor drug. The binding of any drug with serum proteins can affect their activity, distribution, rate of excretion and toxicity in the human body. Here, we studied the ability of RL2 to bind to various blood serum proteins. Using magnetic microparticles bearing by RL2 as an affinity matrix, in combination with mass spectrometry and western blot analysis, we found a number of blood serum proteins possessing affinity for RL2. Among them IgA, IgM and IgG subclasses of immunoglobulins, apolipoprotein A1 and various cortactin isoforms were identified. This data suggests that in the bloodstream RL2 lactaptin takes part in complicate protein–protein interactions, which can affect its activity.  相似文献

This paper presents an analysis for the unsteady flow of an incompressible Maxwell fluid in an oscillating rectangular cross section.By using the Fourier and Laplace transforms as mathematical tools,the solutions are presented as a sum of the steady-state and transient solutions.For large time,when the transients disappear,the solution is represented by the steady-state solution.The solutions for the Newtonian fluids appear as limiting cases of the solutions obtained here.In the absence of the frequency of oscillations,we obtain the problem for the flow of the Maxwell fluid in a duct of a rectangular cross-section moving parallel to its length.Finally,the required time to reach the steady-state for sine oscillations of the rectangular duct is obtained by graphical illustrations for different parameters.Moreover,the graphs are sketched for the velocity.  相似文献

Differential equations of fractional order appear in many applications in physics, chemistry and engineering. An effective and easy-to-use method for solving such equations is needed. In this paper, series solutions of the FDEs are presented using the homotopy analysis method (HAM). The HAM provides a convenient way of controlling the convergence region and rate of the series solution. It is confirmed that the HAM series solutions contain the Adomian decomposition method (ADM) solution as special cases.   相似文献

The steady laminar boundary layer flow and heat transfer from a warm, laminar liquid flow to a melting surface moving parallel to a constant free stream is studied in this paper. The continuity, momentum and energy equations, which are coupled nonlinear partial differential equations are reduced to a set of two nonlinear ordinary differential equations, before being solved numerically using the Runge–Kutta–Fehlberg method. Results for the skin friction coefficient, local Nusselt number, velocity profiles as well as temperature profiles are presented for different values of the governing parameters. Effects of the melting parameter, moving parameter and Prandtl number on the flow and heat transfer characteristics are thoroughly examined. It is found that the problem admits dual solutions.  相似文献

The unsteady laminar boundary layer flow over a continuously stretching permeable surface is investigated. The unsteadiness in the flow and temperature fields is caused by the time-dependence of the stretching velocity and the surface temperature. Effects of the unsteadiness parameter, suction/injection parameter and Prandtl number on the heat transfer characteristics are thoroughly examined.  相似文献

In this paper, the mathematical model of free convection boundary layer flow on a solid sphere with Newtonian heating, in which the heat transfer from the surface is proportional to the local surface temperature, is considered. The transformed boundary layer equations are solved numerically using an efficient numerical scheme known as the Keller-box method. Numerical solutions are obtained for the local wall temperature, the local skin friction coefficient, as well as the velocity and temperature profiles. The features of the flow and heat transfer characteristics for different values of the Prandtl number Pr and conjugate parameter γ are analyzed and discussed.  相似文献
