The [3+3] cyclization of 1,3-bis-silyl enol ethers with 1,1-diacylcyclopentanes allows a convenient synthesis of spiro[5.4]decenones. Treatment of these compounds with trifluoroacetic acid (TFA) afforded a great variety of bicyclo[4.4.0]deca-1,4-dien-3-ones containing an angular alkyl group. This article investigates the performance of various sophisticated channel coding and transmission schemes for achieving reliable transmission of a highly compressed video stream. Novel error protection schemes including Non-Convergent Coding (NCC) scheme, Non-Convergent Coding assisted with Differential Space Time Spreading (DSTS) and Sphere Packing (SP) modulation (NCDSTS-SP) scheme and Convergent Coding assisted with DSTS and SP modulation (CDSTS-SP) are analyzed using Bit Error Ratio (BER) and Peak Signal to Noise Ratio (PSNR) performance metrics. Furthermore, error reduction is achieved using sophisticated transceiver comprising SP modulation technique assisted by Differential Space Time Spreading. The performance of the iterative Soft Bit Source Decoding (SBSD) in combination with channel codes is analyzed using various error protection setups by allocating consistent overall bit-rate budget. Additionally, the iterative behavior of SBSD assisted RSC decoder is analyzed with the aid of Extrinsic Information Transfer (EXIT) Chart in order to analyze the achievable turbo cliff of the iterative decoding process. The subjective and objective video quality performance of the proposed error protection schemes is analyzed while employing H.264 advanced video coding and H.265 high efficient video coding standards, while utilizing diverse video sequences having different resolution, motion and dynamism. It was observed that in the presence of noisy channel the low resolution videos outperforms its high resolution counterparts. Furthermore, it was observed that the performance of video sequence with low motion contents and dynamism outperforms relative to video sequence with high motion contents and dynamism. More specifically, it is observed that while utilizing H.265 video coding standard, the Non-Convergent Coding assisted with DSTS and SP modulation scheme with enhanced transmission mechanism results in Eb/N0 gain of 20 dB with reference to the Non-Convergent Coding and transmission mechanism at the objective PSNR value of 42 dB. It is important to mention that both the schemes have employed identical code rate. Furthermore, the Convergent Coding assisted with DSTS and SP modulation mechanism achieved superior performance with reference to the equivalent rate Non-Convergent Coding assisted with DSTS and SP modulation counterpart mechanism, with a performance gain of 16 dB at the objective PSNR grade of 42 dB. Moreover, it is observed that the maximum achievable PSNR gain through H.265 video coding standard is 45 dB, with a PSNR gain of 3 dB with reference to the identical code rate H.264 coding scheme.  相似文献

Kiwi fruit (KF) (Actinidia deliciosa L.) are members of the Actinidia genus (Family Actinidiaceae). Previously these plants have confirm anti-diabetic, anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory, antifungal, anticarcinogenic, hepatoprotective, anti-microbial etc. properties. The therapeutic efficacy of complex phytoconstituents found in fruit extracts has piqued the interest of pharmaceutical companies and academics alike. Methanolic extract of kiwi fruit (MEKF) was analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectroscopy and yielded positive results signaling towards identification and characterization of therapeutic claims of this species in the traditional system. The antioxidant activity of MEKF was determined by the most suitable DPPH method. The most significant constituents found in MEKF are 2-cyclohexylpiperidine (0.58%), phenol, 2,4-bis(1,1-dimethylethyl)- (0.13%), 1,6-anhydro- β-d-glucopyranose (0.52%), dodecanoic acid (0.32%), 2-heptenoic acid, trimethylsilyl ester (2.84%), Tetradecanoic acid (1.87%), Neophytadiene (2.81%), Hexahydro farnesyl acetone (1.72%), Neophytadiene (0.97%), n-hexadecanoic acid (19.00%), Ethyl hexadecanoate (7.21%), Linoleic acid ethyl ester (0.23%), Phytol (4.74%), α-linolenic acid (16.73%), Ethyl (9z,12z)-9,12-octadecadienoate (2.92%), Octadecanoic acid (4.76%), Octadecanoic acid, 17-methyl-, methyl ester (1.68%), Phytol, acetate (0.15%), 2-Methylhexacosane (0.97%), Ethyl 9,12,15-octadecatrienoate (0.81%), Tetracontane (1.45%), α-tocospiro A (0.15%), α-tocospiro B (0.19%), 3.β-Acetoxystigmasta-4,6,22-triene (0.24%), Octacosane, 1-iodo (0.43%), 4,6-cholestadien-3.β-ol, benzoate (2.14%), γ.-Sitosterol (4.40%), and Tigogenin (2.32%). The found results in the analysis of the antioxidant activity of MEKF showed significant free radical scavenging capacity against DPPH-generated free radicals due to the presence of alkaloids, glycoside, terpenoids, vitamins, and some other reported compounds. In the pharmaceutical industry, GC-MS reports will be useful for identifying a wide range of phytoconstituents in polyherbal extracts and standardizing of plant materials.  相似文献

Copper is found to be an effective catalyst for the preparation of alkynylphophonates. A novel copper-catalyzed one-pot synthesis of alkynylphophonates from terminal alkynes and dialkyl phosphites is developed which involves the haloalkynes intermediates. Copper‐ and palladium‐mediated transmetalation and coupling reactions are the backbone to several synthetic methodologies in organic chemistry for C–C bond formation. Computer‐aided simulations using density functional theory (DFT) (B3LYP‐D3 functional with 6‐31G** and effective core potential (ECP)‐LACVP** for heavy atoms for optimizations and cc‐pVTZ(?f) and ECP‐LACV3P** for single‐point calculations) was used to shed light on the probable mechanism of a novel synergistic Cu/Pd catalysts for the coupling of alkene, (Bpin)2 (where, pin = pinacolate), and vinyl‐ or aryl‐halogenated analogues. Every single conceivable pathway was carefully contemplated, and the base minimum energy pathway was found effectively. The copper‐catalyzed nucleophilic generation yields anti‐Markovnikov product using styrene as an alkene. This study affirms quantitatively and accurately how the reaction proceeds and at which steps of the synergistic catalysis the demand of the transmetalation and nucleophile formation for the C–C coupling using phosphine ligands arise. We conclude that the E and Z selectivity depends on the stereochemistry of the substrates used.  相似文献

In this study, a new pressure drop method has been used to investigate the kinetics of carbon dioxide reaction with aqueous blend of 2-amino-2-ethyl-1,3-propanediol (AEPD) with piperazine (PZ). The blending of a small amount of PZ with AEPD has a significant effect on the observed rate constant, kobs. It was observed that kobs values of the blend increased more than twice than the summation of kobs values of individual alkanolamines. The reaction kinetics in this study were modeled by assuming a termolecular mechanism. The addition of 0.1 mol/L of PZ to 1 mol/L AEPD exhibited an observed rate constant, kobs of 8824.1 s−1, which is comparable to other alkanolamine mixtures. Hence, PZ/AEPD mixtures can be potentially used for rapid carbon dioxide capture.  相似文献
