Pseudo‐atranes have a significant role in catalysis; however, obtaining chiral pseudo‐atranes for covalent functionalization of heterogeneous catalytic surfaces is very challenging. Herein, synthesis of a chiral tripodal amine [N{CH (CH2Ph)CH2OH}{CH2(4? Br? C6H3OH)}{CH2(2? CHO? 4? Me? C6H2OH)}] ( 1 ) and a dichiral [4.4.3.01,5]tridecane copper(II) cluster, that is, (Cu[N{CH (CH2Ph)CH2OH}{CH2(4? Br? C6H3O)}{CH2(2? CHO? 4? Me? C6H2O)}])2 ( 2 ) is described. The compounds are characterized by elemental analyses, Fourier transform infrared (FT‐IR) spectroscopy, mass spectrometry and single‐crystal X‐ray crystallography (for 2 ). The compound 2 is the first example of chiral pseudo‐copper(II)atrane in which three unsymmetrical arms (two phenolic and a chiral ethanolic arm) are fused via Cu? N transannular bond. The free ? CHO group present in one of the tricyclic arms of the 2 is tested as a linker to load it on 3‐aminopropyltriethoxysilane‐functionalized magnetic nanosilica for catalytic applications. The loading of 2 on magnetic nanosilica through ? CHO was confirmed by FT‐IR spectroscopy, and the 2 ‐loaded magnetic nanosilica ( Fe 3 O 4 @SiO 2 /2 ) was characterized by powder X‐ray diffraction, vibrating sample magnetometry, scanning electron microscopy, energy‐dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy and elemental mapping. The Fe 3 O 4 @SiO 2 /2 was found highly efficient, retrievable, eco‐friendly and green catalyst for obtaining β‐amino alcohols in excellent yields in an aqueous medium. Overall, present work is the first report on synthetic, structural and catalytic aspects of dichiral cluster of copper(II)atrane possessing unsymmetrical tricyclic arms.  相似文献

In this work we deal with the dynamical analysis of nonlinear systems with input constraints. A characterization of the domain of attraction of the region of controllability of an equilibrium point under bounded control is provided and the concept of regions of invariance within such domains of attraction is introduced and characterized. An attempt has been made to study the uncoupled thermoelastic response of thick cylinder of length 2h in which heat sources are generated according to the linear function of the temperature, with boundary conditions of the radiation type. This approach is based upon integral transform techniques, to find out the thermoelastic solution. The results are obtained in terms of Bessel functions in the form of infinite series.  相似文献

2-Hydroxy-1-naphthaldehyde-based benzothiazole chemosensor (1) undergoes absorption and fluorescence changes with addition of CN and Cu2+ ions. Addition of CN ions results in the appearance of two new bands at 420 and 440 nm. However, Cu2+ addition causes decrease in absorption band at 370 nm up to 12 equiv., while addition of higher equiv. of Cu2+(~190 equiv.) results in the appearance of two new bands at 400 and 800 nm. Differential absorption changes observed with addition of Cu2+ and CN ions results in the construction of ‘NOR’ and ‘INHIBIT’ logic gates at 370 and 440 nm, respectively.  相似文献

The class \({\mathcal{S} ^*(A,B)}\) of normalized functions f analytic in |z| < 1 and satisfies the subordination condition \({zf'(z)/f(z)\prec (1+Az)/(1+Bz)}\) in |z| < 1 and for some \({-1\leq B\leq 0}\) , \({A \in \mathbb{C}}\) with \({A\neq B}\) , has been studied extensively. In this paper, we solve the extremal problem of determining the value of
$$\max_{f\in \mathcal{S}^*(A,B)}\Delta(r,z/f)$$
as a function of r. This settles the question raised by Ponnusamy and Wirths (Ann Acad Sci Fenn Ser AI Math 39:721–731, 2014). One of the particular cases includes solution to a conjecture of Yamashita which was settled recently by Obradovi? et al. (Comput Methods Funct Theory 13:479–492, 2013).

A new series of geldanamycin derivatives were synthesized using a semi-synthetic approach involving genetically engineered biosynthetic intermediates. These analogues were then evaluated for anti-proliferation activity in human cancer cell lines, SK-Br3 and SK-Ov3. Most of the synthesized compounds exhibited potent in vitro anti-proliferation activity toward both cell lines. Such compounds potently inhibited the expression of the Hsp90 client protein ErbB2.  相似文献

A simple uracil-appended fluorescent sensor (1) has been developed by one pot reaction and characterized by using common spectroscopic methods such as UV-vis, Fluorescence, HRMS and FT-IR analyses. Upon addition of various metal ions to the CH3CN solution of sensor 1, the fluorescence was quenched in the presence of Cu2+ / Hg2+ ions. The limit of detection for Cu2+ and Hg2+ was calculated to be 3.31 and 0.316 µM, respectively. Further, the sensor was applied for real-life applications in the determination of Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) and its presence in milk products. With the incorporation of different sources of vitamin-B to acetonitrile solution of it, there was discernible fluorescence enhancement only in the presence of vitamin B2. Also, it has been successfully applied for the detection of Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) in milk and curd. Moreover, based on the fluorescent color changes, the sensor was utilized for invisible ink applications.

We synthesized an imine-linked, benzimidazole-based chemosensor that can be used for chromogenic recognition of Mg2+ and fluorescent recognition of Cr3+. The chemosensor shows sensitive, selective, and ratiometric recognition of Cr3+ through concurrent quenching at one wavelength and enhancement of fluorescence intensity at another wavelength. It can also be used to detect Mg2+ via UV–vis absorption spectroscopy. DFT calculations support these phenomena. The sensor can be used to strain microbe cells without breakage.  相似文献
