Main characteristics of heat-conducting adhesive materials used to withdraw heat from warming elements of devices and the joints of electrotechnical equipment are presented. The developed materials, i.e., TsMK-TP adhesive pastes and TPK convenient for application adhesives, are cold-curing compositions based on epoxy-diane resins modified with Laproxide products. They have heat conductivity coefficients of no less than 1.8 W/(m K), are workable in the temperature range of −196 to 150°C (up to 200°C for a short period of time), and do not contaminate optical elements due to minimal gas release under exposure to vacuum and increased temperatures.  相似文献

(111) synthetic HPTP diamond plates are irradiated by H 2 + 50 keV ions in the range of the fluences of 1?13 × 1016 sm?2 and annealed in vacuum at 1 mPa (VPHT, 500?C1600°C) or at high HPHT parameters (4.0?C7.5 GPa, 1200?C1550°C). It is shown by measuring the layer conductivity and Raman light scattering that after VPHT annealing, a buried layer of glassy carbon 10?C100 nm thick with low resistance (??1 kOhm/??) is formed, followed by HPHT with high resistance (??1 MOhm/??) and hopping transport along defects.  相似文献

A correlation between the energies of electronic singlet transitions in benzodiazepines and their biological activity, which was revealed earlier by means of negative ion mass spectrometry with resonance electron capture, has been verified with a UV absorption spectroscopy investigation. Also, it has been noted that the energies of electronic singlet transitions in benzodiazepines are close in value to the ionization energies of atoms Cs, Rb, K, Na, Li and Tl, the cations of which are known to play an important role in nerve cell excitation processes. The effect of absorbed hydrogen on the structural and magnetic properties of DyFe11Ti has been investigated. The compound DyFe11Ti was hydrogenated to the composition DyFe11TiHx, where x ranges from 0 to 1.5. The absorption hydrogen pressure-composition isotherms of the hydrides indicate solid solution behavior. Hydrogen absorption does not change the tetragonal structure of the host compound but is accompanied by an expansion in unit cell volume. Magnetic characteristics of the host material and its hydrides (measured in situ in a hydrogen atmosphere) were investigated over the temperature range 77–700 K and at applied fields up to 12 kOe. Upon hydrogenation the magnetic ordering temperature Tc as well as the spin-reorientation temperatures Tsr are observed to increase. Moreover, the incorporation of hydrogen leads to an expansion of the temperature range in which the magnetic anisotropy of the rare-earth sublattice dominates over that of the iron sublattice.  相似文献
