DL-2-(4-2-Thienylcarbonyl)phenyl)propionic acid (suprofen) was rapidly absorbed in both sexes of rats, guinea pigs, and rabbits after oral administration. The influence of amino acids on the formation of hematite particles from a forced hydrolysis reaction of acidic FeCl3 solution was examined. The spherical particles were produced on the systems with L-phenylalanine (L-Phe), L-serine (L-Ser) and L-alanine (L-Ala), though L-glutamine (L-Gln) and L-glutamic acid (L-Glu) gave ellipsoidal hematite particles. This morphological change in hematite particles is consistent with the order of stability constant of amino acids against to Fe3+ ions (K). The hematite particles produced with L-Glu, L-Gln and L-Ser were highly porous because they are formed by aggregation of cluster particles. These particles exhibited microporous behavior by outgassing the particles below 200 degrees C while they changed to mesoporous after treating above 300 degrees C by elimination of amino acids molecules remained between the cluster particles within the hematite particles. The hematite particles strongly depended on the nature of amino acids such as alternation of solution pH and adsorption affinity to beta-FeOOH and/or polynuclear primary (PN) particles. The systems on L-Ala and L-Phe, showing very rapid phase transformation from beta-FeOOH to hematite, exhibited the Ostwald ripening. A rotational particle preparation procedure suggested that the morphology of hematite particle is governed by the mode and strength of amino acid adsorption onto beta-FeOOH and/or PN particles. 相似文献

Effects of magnetization on the complex modulus of kappa-carrageenan magnetic gels have been investigated. The magnetic gel was made of a natural polymer, kappa-carrageenan, and a ferrimagnetic particle, barium ferrite. The complex modulus was measured before and after magnetization of the gel by dynamic viscoelastic measurements with a compressional strain. The gels showed a giant reduction in the storage modulus of approximately 10(7) Pa and also in the loss modulus of approximately 10(6) Pa due to magnetization. The reduction increased with increasing volume fraction of ferrite, and it was nearly independent of the frequency. It was also found that the change in the modulus was nearly independent of the magnetization direction and irradiation time of the magnetic fields to the gel. The magnetic gels demonstrating the giant reduction in the dynamic modulus showed a large nonlinear viscoelastic response. It was observed that the magnetic gel was deformed slightly due to magnetization. The observed giant complex modulus reduction could be attributed to the nonlinear viscoelasticity and deformation caused by magnetization. Magnetism, nonlinear viscoelasticity, and effects of magnetization on the morphological and shape changes were discussed. 相似文献

Fragmentation of the pyridine ring followed by K-shell excitation/ionization has been studied with 2-fluoropyridine (2FPy) by electron impact. Ab initio molecular orbital (MO) calculations were also carried out to investigate the electronic states correlating with specific fragment ions. The fragment ions are produced characteristically at the N 1s edge, while the spectra observed at the F 1s and C 1s edges exhibit a small difference from that at the valence ionization. The production of the C(4)H(2)(+), C(4)H(3)(+) and C(4)H(2)F(+) ions indicates that the cleavage of the N-C6 and C2-C3 bonds or the N-C2 and C5-C6 bonds is likely to occur after the N 1s excitation/ionization. Ab initio MO calculations indicate that the former fission is likely to proceed through the n(N)(1)π(2)(1)π(3)(2) and n(N)(0)π(2)(2)π(3)(2) excited states of the parent molecular dication. On the other hand, the breakage of the N-C2 and C4-C5 bonds, which specifically proceeds at the N 1s edge for 2-methylpyridine, does not occur for 2FPy. The present calculation reveals that the products of this channel are unstable by the electronegativity of fluorine and that the relative energy of the Auger-final states of 2FPy is lowered by the reorganization and electron correlation effects. 相似文献

Molecular interactions between lipid bilayers (liposomes) and chondroitin sulfate C (CS), a water soluble polymer, have been investigated in terms of zeta-potential, particle size, microscopic-viscosity, microscopic-polarity of liposomes and permeability of calcein. Microscopic morphology is dramatically changed by the addition of CS to the positively charged liposomes (Pos.L), while it is not changed by the addition to uncharged liposomes (Unc.L) or negatively charged liposomes (Neg.L). The absolute value of the particle size of Pos.L increases with the addition of CS, while the zeta- potential of Pos.L decreases. Permeability of Pos.L decreases with an increase in the concentration of CS. Phase transition temperature of Pos.L is changed after the addition of CS. These values, however, are not changed for the other liposomes by the addition of CS. The results of gel filtration chromatography show that CS is absorbed on the Pos.L surface. Microscopic viscosity is also increased by the addition of CS to Pos.L due to the adsorption of CS. 相似文献

In many polymers under corrosive liquids, degradation followed after permeation of environmental solution for a long period. The permeation rate of environmental solution, in many cases, is very low in corrosion-resistant polymeric materials. Therefore, the observation of the permeation of environmental solution and degradation of polymeric materials are very difficult in practical application. A simulation of permeation of solution is required in order to understand the permeation behavior of environmental solution and polymer degradation. A detailed analysis of the permeation behavior of solution accompanied by chemical reaction is important to study for improving the lifetime of polymers. Polyamide 66 (PA66) and sulfuric acid solution were used to investigate the quantitative study of permeation of environmental solution and its relation to degradation of polymeric materials. Correlation between diffusion process and degradation of PA66 related to the decrease of weight average molecular weight was defined. The diffusion rate of sulfuric acid solution was found to increase by decreasing weight average molecular weight of PA66 due to the established chain scission by hydrolysis reaction. The permeation of sulfuric acid solution that affected the decomposition reaction was modeled and quantitative evaluation of permeation of sulfuric acid was established. 相似文献
