This paper presents the results of a study on the effects of low-level helium-neon laser therapy (LL He-Ne LT) on the healing of burns. Seventy-eight adult male rats, having been subjected to third-degree burns, were randomly divided into four groups: two laser treated groups (n=20, each), one control group (n=19) and one nitrofurazone treated group (n=19). In the two laser treated groups, the burns were treated on a daily basis with LL He-Ne LT with an energy density of 1.2 and 2.4 J/cm(2), respectively. The response to treatment was assessed histologically at 7, 16 and 30 days after burning, and microbiologically at day 15. Analysis of variance showed that the mean of blood vessel sections in the 1.2J/cm(2) laser group was significantly higher than those in the other groups and the mean of the depth of new epidermis in the 2.4 J/cm(2) laser group on day 16 was significantly lower than in the nitrofurazone treated group (P=0.025, P=0.047, respectively). When Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa grew in more than 50% of samples obtained from control group, there were no S. aureus and P. aeruginosa in the samples of 2.4 J/cm(2) laser group. It is concluded that LL He-Ne LT induced the destruction of S. aureus and P. aeruginosa in third-degree burns of rats, yet at the same time our histological findings showed that LL He-Ne LT caused a significant increase in the mean of blood vessel sections on day 7 after third degree burns and a decrease in the mean of the depth of new epidermis on day 16 after the same burns in rats.  相似文献

The synthesis of zeolite ANA under static hydrothermal conditions was performed accompanied by an additional static and ultrasonic‐assisted aging of the reaction mixture prior to crystallization. The aging process was compared with stirring‐assisted aging, microwave‐assisted aging and syntheses without any aging. The influence of aging time on the crystallization time of zeolite ANA was investigated. The static and ultrasonic‐assisted aging can shorten the crystallization time of the ANA phase. Moreover, ultrasonic‐assisted aging leads to altered morphologies of the particles. The products were characterized by X‐ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM).  相似文献

The reaction of Ni(COD)(2)(COD = 1,5-cyclooctadiene) with triethylphosphine and pentafluoropyridine in hexane has been shown previously to yield trans-[NiF(2-C(5)NF(4))(PEt(3))(2)](1a) with a preference for reaction at the 2-position of the heteroaromatic. The corresponding reaction with 2,3,5,6-tetrafluoropyridine was shown to yield trans-[NiF(2-C(5)NF(3)H)(PEt(3))(2)](1b). In this paper, we show that reaction of Ni(COD)(2) with triethylphosphine and pentafluoropyridine in THF yields a mixture of 1a and 1b. Competition reactions of Ni(COD)(2) with triethylphosphine in the presence of mixtures of heteroaromatics in hexane reveal a kinetic preference of k(pentafluoropyridine):k(2,3,5,6-tetrafluoropyridine)= 5.4:1. Treatment of 1a and 1b with Me(3)SiN(3) affords trans-[Ni(N(3))(2-C(5)NF(4))(PEt(3))(2)](2a) and trans-[Ni(N(3))(2-C(5)NHF(3))(PEt(3))(2)](2b), respectively. The complex trans-[Ni(NCO)(2-C(5)NHF(3))(PEt(3))(2)](3b) is obtained on reaction of with Me(3)SiNCO and by photolysis of under CO, while trans-[Ni(eta(1)-C [triple bond CPh)(2-C(5)NF(4))(PEt(3))(2)](4a) is obtained by reaction of phenylacetylene with 1a. Addition of KCN, KI and NaOAc to complex 1a affords trans-[Ni(X)(2-C(5)NF(4))(PEt(3))(2)](5a X = CN, 6a X = I, 7a X = OAc), respectively. The PEt(3) groups of complex are readily replaced by addition of 1,2-bis(dicyclohexylphosphino)ethane (dcpe) to produce [NiF(2-C(5)F(4)N)(dcpe)](8a). Addition of dcpe to trans-[Ni(OTf)(2-C(5)F(4)N)(PEt(3))(2)](10a), however, yields the salt [Ni(2-C(5)F(4)N)(dcpe)(PEt(3))](OTf)(9a) by substitution of only one PEt(3) and displacement of the triflate ligand. The structures of 2b, 4a, 7a and 8a were determined by X-ray crystallography. The influence of different ancillary ligands on the bond lengths and angles of square-planar nickel structures with polyfluoropyridyl ligands is analysed.  相似文献

Many definitive and approximate methods have been so far proposed for the construction of an optimal binary search tree. One such method is the use of evolutionary algorithms with satisfactorily improved cost efficiencies. This paper will propose a new genetic algorithm for making a near-optimal binary search tree. In this algorithm, a new greedy method is used for the crossover of chromosomes while a new way is also developed for inducing mutation in them. Practical results show a rapid and desirable convergence towards the near-optimal solution. The use of a heuristic to create not so costly chromosomes as the first offspring, the greediness of the crossover, and the application of elitism in the selection of future generation chromosomes are the most important factors leading to near-optimal solutions by the algorithm at desirably high speeds. Due to the practical results, increasing problem size does not cause any considerable difference between the solution obtained from the algorithm and exact solution.  相似文献

Functionalized crosslinked polystyrene-co-divinylbenzene-co-chloromethylstyrene magnetic latex particles were prepared via emulsifier-free miniemulsion polymerization using 2, 2′ azobis (2-amidinopropane) dihydrochloride (V-50) as an initiator and in the presence of magnetite nanoparticles in the monomers. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) proved the presence of magnetite nanoparticles in polymer particles. Differential scanning calorimetery (DSC) analysis of the product showed an exothermic signal due to crosslinking of chains through electrophilic aromatic substitution of phenyl groups with chloromethyl groups in the presence of the dispersed Fe3O4 as Lewis acid. This was proven by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) via the loss of gaseous HCl. The results were also compared with those of magnetite-free miniemulsion polymerization using V-50.  相似文献

The Ramberg–Osgood equation has been approximately inverted. Four orders of approximations providing progressively more accurate inversions are considered. The second order inversion is used to develop closed-form relations for stress in terms of strain and for cyclic stress in terms of cyclic strain. Explicit relations between the cyclic-strength coefficient and the cyclic strain-hardening exponent and between the cyclic strain-hardening exponent and the elastic modulus are developed. Application to nine different engineering metals shows that the proposed approximate inversion provides a powerful tool for describing stress–strain relations. Examples of hysteresis loops for a number of strain time-histories are presented. Also, it is shown that augmenting the strain time-history with fictitious strain segments to close all the hysteresis loops yields the same stress–strain relation as that obtained through the rain-flow counting method.  相似文献
