外应力场下铁磁/反铁磁双层膜系统的铁磁共振性质

从系统能量出发，采用Smith和Beljers理论方法研究了铁磁/反铁磁双层膜系统在外应力场下的铁磁共振现象.本模型中铁磁薄层具有单轴磁晶各向异性和立方磁晶各向异性，而反铁磁层非常薄因而其能量可忽略.推导出了该系统的铁磁共振频率和频谱宽度的解析式.结果表明：外应力场仅在低磁场下对具有立方磁晶各向异性系统的铁磁共振有影响，且区分弱磁场和强磁场的临界场依赖于外应力场的方向. 关键词： 铁磁/反铁磁双层膜 交换偏置 铁磁共振 应力场     

Large enhancement of spontaneous emission rates of InAs quantum dots in GaAs microdisks

We have studied the enhancement of spontaneous emission rates for InAs quantum dots embedded in GaAs microdisks in a time-resolved photoluminescence experiment. Inhomogeneous broadening of the quantum dot energy levels and random spatial distribution of the quantum dots in a microdisk lead to a broad distribution of the spontaneous emission rates. Using a nonnegative least-norm algorithm, we extract the distribution of spontaneous emission rates from the temporal decay of emission intensity. The maximum spontaneous emission enhancement factor exceeds 10.     

Research of spatial resolution in external electro-optic probing

A new method, based on zero point of longitudinal electric field, was used to determine the spatial resolution of external electro-optic (EO) probing equipment. Considering the diffraction of Gauss beam, the result of external EO probing was simulated which was in accordance with the experiment. A spatial resolution <1 μm was demonstrated initially in our equipment using 650 nm laser diode as probe beam and semi-insulating GaP as probe tip.     

二维准晶的声子及其熔化性质

本文研究具有五次对称性的二维Penrose 准晶的声子及其熔化性质.我们找到了一个相似变换矩阵, 利用它成功地对动力学矩阵进行约化.这约化一方面大大地减少了计算量, 另一方面通过它可解析地得出振动模中有2/3是双重简并的, 而余下的1/ 3 是非简并的结论.利用原子均方位移判据, 我们研究了二维Penrose 准晶格的熔化性质, 得出边界较内部先熔化, 原子间相互作用大的系统不易熔化等合理结论。 关键词：

Spherical quantum dot in modified Kratzer–Coulomb potential: study of optical rectification coefficients

We consider the effects of quantum dot radius, confinement potential depth and controllable effective mass on the optical rectification coefficient (ORC) in spherical quantum dots, which is confined with Modified Kratzer–Coulomb Potential (MKCP). Using the Nikiforov–Uvarov method and compact density matrix theory, the ground state energy, ORC and wave function of electrons under the combined action of many factors are calculated. The results show that they affect the optical rectification response from different angles, including the position of peak and formant.     

Facile and Scalable Synthesis of Si@void@C Embedded in Interconnected 3D Porous Carbon Architecture for High Performance Lithium-Ion Batteries

Si-based materials possess huge potential as an excellent anode material for Li-ion batteries. However, how to realize scalable synthesis of Si-based anode with a long cycling life and high-performance is still a critical challenge. Here a water-in-oil microemulsion process followed by UV illumination, calcination, and hydrothermal method to produce yolk-shell Si@void@C embedded in interconnected 3D porous carbon network architecture using silicon nanoparticles is reported. As a result, the sample Si@void@C/C-2 electrode has achieved a reversible capacity of 1160 mA h g⁻¹ at 0.2 A g⁻¹ after 300 cycles and a stable long cycling life of 480 mA h g⁻¹ at 1 A g⁻¹ after 1000 cycles. A full battery with the synthesized anode shows a capacity of 128 mA h g⁻¹ at 0.2 A g⁻¹ as well as good cycling stability after 1100th cycles. Such excellent electrochemical performance is ascribed to its unique structure, the yolk-shell void space, highly robust carbon shells and interconnected porous carbon nets that can improve the conductivity of the electrode, buffer the volume expansion, and also suppress Si nanoparticles stress variation. This water-in oil system makes it possible for mass production of environmentally friendly synthesis of core–shell structure.     

数字束流位置探测器通道自动增益校准方法的研究与实现

在现有硬件基础上,基于BPM测量准确度的需求,在自制的电子学FPGA芯片内,通过Verilog语言实现了一种数字BPM采样数据增益自动校准的设计。首先介绍了自动增益校准模块的系统总体设计;然后对模块的实现方法做了详细说明,设计并搭建了ADC数据自动增益校准测试平台以验证自动增益较准模块的功能;最后介绍了该设计在BPM通道标定中的应用。实验结果表明,该方法可以实现4通道增益一致,使ADC采样后的数据幅度相同,有效解决了由通道增益不一致引起的测量偏差,以及工程应用中ADC数据幅度校准工作量大且难于操作的问题,将在BPM系统通道自动标定中发挥重要作用。     

初中物理运动观念的内涵分析及培养策略研究

阐述了初中物理中由运动概念向运动观念转变的过程,对运动观念的定义和表现进行了分析.基于初中物理课程标准,将运动观念分解为运动的属性观、运动的描述观、运动的形式观和运动的规律观4个子观念,对每个子观念的内涵及教学策略进行了讨论,提出了通过创设本原性综合问题情境构建学生运动观念的设想.     

量子点单光子源的光纤耦合

半导体量子点在低温下产生谱线细锐的激子发光可制备单光子源.光纤耦合可避免低温共聚焦装置扫描定位和振动影响,是实现单光子源即插即用和组件化的关键技术.在耦合工艺上,基于微区定位标记发展出拉锥光纤与光子晶体腔或波导侧向耦合、大数值孔径锥形端面光纤与量子点样片垂直耦合等技术;然而,上述工艺需要多维度精密调节以避免柔软光纤的畸形弯曲实现对准和高效耦合.陶瓷插针或石英V槽封装的光纤无弯曲且具有大平滑端面,只要与单量子点样片对准贴合就可保证垂直收光, V槽封装的排式光纤还可通过盲对粘合避免扫描对准,耦合简单.本文在前期排式光纤粘合少对数分布Bragg反射镜(distributed Bragg reflector, DBR)微柱样片实现单光子输出基础上,经理论模拟采用多对数DBR腔提升样片垂直出光和光纤收光效率,使光纤输出单光子计数率大大提升.
