Asymmetric Synthesis of （ － ）－（2R ,3R, 6S ）－Irnigaine

Asymmetric synthesis of irnigaine was achieved starting from an enantiopure β-amino ester 5 using the condensation of amino al-cohol 2 with acetylacetone and the subsequent intramolecular cycllzation as the key steps.     

A new triterpenoid saponin from the roots of Platycodon grandiflorum

A new triterpenoid saponin, 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl 16-oxo-platycodigenin 28-O-β-D-apiofuranosyl-(1→3)-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→4)-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-α-L-arabinopyra-nosyl ester, was isolated from the roots of Platycodon grandiflorum, together with three known saponins, including platycodin D, deapio platycoside E and platycoside E. The structure of the new compound, named 16-oxo-platycodin D, was elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic data.

Reductive Deoxygenation of Carbonyl to Methylene

The reductive deoxygenation of aldehydes and ketones into the corresponding alkanes is accomplished by LiAlH4, in the presence of Lewis acid InBr3. It provides a convenient method to complete the transformation from carbonyl compounds to alkanes.     

Unusual reaction of beta-hydroxy alpha-diazo carbonyl compounds with Cl3CCN/NaH and Rh(II)-catalyzed reaction of beta-trichloroacetylamino alpha-diazo carbonyl compounds

The hydroxyl group was directly converted into the trichloroacetylamino group by reacting beta-hydroxy alpha-diazo carbonyl compounds with Cl(3)CCN and NaH. Rh(II)-catalyzed reactions of the beta-amino alpha-diazo carbonyl compounds were discussed. [reaction: see text]     

重铬酸钾晶体低温热容及热力学性质的研究

用精密自动绝热量热计测定了重铬酸钾晶体在100～390 K温区内的摩尔热容.实验结果表明在研究温度区间内重铬酸钾无相变和其它热反常现象发生,但其热容在不同的温度范围表现出不同的变化趋势.在100 K≤ T ≤ 275 K和350 K≤ T ≤390 K区间内,其热容随温度的升高明显增大,在275 K≤ T ≤350 K区间,其热容约为定值.将重铬酸钾摩尔热容实验值Cp,m(J•K－1•mol－1)拟合成温度T的多项式方程,在100 K≤ T ≤275 K,为Cp,m=0.0050T2－1.0320T＋125.22； 275 K≤ T ≤ 350 K,为Cp,m=209.37； 350 K≤ T ≤390 K,为Cp,m= 0.0266T2－18.823T＋3542.3.根据热力学函数关系式,从热容值计算出了298.15 K～ 400 K温区范围内每隔5 K的热力学函数值.

Aryloxy radicals from diaryloxydiazirines: alpha-cleavage of diaryloxycarbenes or excited diazirines?

The synthesis of diaryloxydiazirines, precursors to diaryloxycarbenes, is described. Thermolyses of the diazirines afford anticipated carbene products, but photolyses afford both carbenes and aryloxy radicals by alpha-scission. UV spectra of the carbenes and radicals are observed. A class of 2D graphical representations of RNA secondary structures and the analysis of similarity based on them

Based on the concepts of cell and system of graphical representation, a class of 2D graphical representations of RNA secondary structures are given in terms of classifications of bases of nucleic acids. The representations can completely avoid loss of information associated with crossing and overlapping of the corresponding curve. As an application, we make quantitative comparisons for a set of RNA secondary structures at the 3'-terminus of different viruses based on the graphical representations. The examination of similarities/dissimilarities illustrates the utility of the approach.     

Fragmentation Mechanism of Trans—α—Aryl—β—enamino Esters

Electron impact-induced fragmentation mechanism of Trans-α-Aryl-β-enamino esters were investigated using mass-analyzed ion kinetic energy (MIKE) spectrometry and high resolution accurate mass data It was found that the main characteristic fragmentations of compounds studied were:an odd electron ion M^ -EtOH was formed by losing a neutral molecule of ethanol;and the skeletal rearrangements took place;and the ring opening reaction happened after losing a carbon monoxide;and the typical McLafferty rearrangement underwent in ester group.The cycliztion reation caused by losing neutral molecule of TsNH2 due to the ortho-effects of substituted group of gromatic ring was also observed.
