Sodium perborate (SPB) and sodium percarbonate (SPC) are solid compounds which act as sources of H2O2 in solution for stain bleaching, being considered as oxidizing agents in washing powder. This research deals with the quantitative determination of SPB and SPC by an analytical procedure based on attenuated total reflectance Fourier transform infrared spectrometry, utilizing partial least squares for data processing in the 1600-800 cm−1 spectral region. The statistical parameters such as R 2, standard error of prediction and relative standard deviation have been evaluated, while number of factors, number of scans and resolution were optimized. The standard deviation of method was 0.006 and 0.010 for SPC and SPB, respectively.  相似文献

A simple and sensitive kinetic spectrophotometric method for the determination of perindopril in pharmaceutical preparations is described. The method is based on the interaction of drug with 1-chloro-2,4-dinitrobenzene (CDNB) in dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO) at 40+/-1 degrees C. The reaction is followed spectrophotometrically by measuring the rate of change of the absorbance at 420 nm. Under the optimized experimental conditions, the calibration curve showed a linear relationship over the concentration range of 20-140 microg/ml. The activation parameter such as E(a), deltaH*, deltaS* and deltaG* for this reaction were calculated and found to be 27.31 kJ/mol, 24.69 kJ/mol, -138.84 J/K/mol and 61.50 kJ/mol, respectively. The method has been successfully applied to the determination of perindopril in commercial dosage forms. Statistical comparison of the results with the Abdellatef's spectrophotometric method shows excellent agreement and indicates no significant difference between the methods compared in terms of accuracy and precision.  相似文献

The electrooxidation of 2,3-dimethylhydroquinone (1) has been studied in the presence of 2-phenyl-1,3-indandione (3a), 3-hydroxy-1H-phenalen-1-one (3b), and 2-chloro-5,5-dimethyl-1,3-cyclohexanedione (3c) as CH acid nucleophiles in water/acetonitrile (85/15) solution, using cyclic voltammetry and controlled-potential coulometry. The results indicate that p-benzoquinone, generated by electrochemically driven oxidation of the 2,3-dimethylhydroquinone (1), is scavenged by 3a-c, to give related products (5a, 9b, 8c) via various electrochemical mechanisms. The electrochemical syntheses of 5a, 9b, and 8c have been successfully performed in one-pot in an undivided cell using an environmentally friendly method with high atomic economy.  相似文献

Glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) is a tumor of glial origin and is the most malignant, aggressive and prevalent type, with the highest mortality rate in adult brain cancer. Surgical resection of the tumor followed by Temozolomide (TMZ) therapy is currently available, but the development of resistance to TMZ is a common limiting factor in effective treatment. The present study investigated the potential interactions of TMZ with several secretory proteins involved in various molecular and cellular processes in GBM. Automated docking studies were performed using AutoDock 4.2, which showed an encouraging binding affinity of TMZ towards all targeted proteins, with the strongest interaction and binding affinity with GDF1 and SLIT1, followed by NPTX1, CREG2 and SERPINI, among the selected proteins. Molecular dynamics (MD) simulations of protein–ligand complexes were performed via CABS-flex V2.0 and the iMOD server to evaluate the root-mean-square fluctuations (RMSFs) and measure protein stability, respectively. The results showed that docked models were more flexible and stable with TMZ, suggesting that it may be able to target putative proteins implicated in gliomagenesis that may impact radioresistance. However, additional in vitro and in vivo investigations can ascertain the potential of the selected proteins to serve as novel targets for TMZ for GBM treatment.  相似文献

Low-level laser therapy (LLLT) has several benefits in dentistry, including anti-inflammatory effects and increased proliferation. This study aimed to investigate the effect of 445 nm blue laser and 660 nm low-power laser on the quantity and quality of human gingival fibroblasts in vitro. In this in vitro experimental study, 445 nm and 660 nm lasers were irradiated on the samples six times. After examining the cells on the 7th and 14th days, the data were analyzed using ANOVA PASS11 and the post hoc Tukey test. The results showed the positive effect of the 660 nm laser on fibroblast proliferation. The viability on the 7th day was the highest in the control group, lowest in the 445 nm laser group and highest in the 660 nm laser group on the 14th day. In the morphological examination, the cells were spherical with narrow appendages in the control group, spindle-shaped with lamellipodia appendages in the 660 nm laser group and spherical with no cytoplasmic appendages in the 445 nm laser group. Evidence of necrosis and granulation phenomenon was observed in the 445 nm laser group. The use of the 660 nm low-power laser, compared with the 445 nm laser, has a positive effect on the quantity and quality of gingival fibroblasts.  相似文献
