采用热处理方法提高MEH-PPV单层聚合物有机发光二极管发光性能的研究

对以MEH－PPV为发光层的单层聚合物有机发光二极管（OLED）器件在最佳条件下进行真空热处理，并用金相显微镜观察施加电压后器件的阴极表面形貌。发现处理后的器件阴极表面的气泡及黑斑明显减少。器件的发光性能显著提高。与未经处理的器件相比，最大相对发光强度提高了一个数量级、启亮电压降低了2．0V，半寿命提高了12．7倍。初步分析表明热处理方法提高器件发光性能的主要原因在于有效地减少了器件在工作过程中由于焦耳热产生的某些气体，从而减少阴极表面气泡及黑斑的出现，另一方面，热处理方法也增强了有机发光层与阴极接触界面的结合力，提高电子注入水平。     

溅射功率对多层膜质量的影响

用磁控溅射技术制备薄膜，用X射线衍射研究在基片和靶间距离固定的情况下不同的溅射功率对薄膜结构的影响。结果表明：过低的溅射功率下淀积的薄膜有畸变的X射线衍射特征峰，特征峰强度小，半峰全宽大。而比较高溅射功率得到的薄膜有比较尖锐的X射线衍射特征峰，强度高和半峰全宽非常窄。研究表明，X射线衍射特征峰强度小和半峰全宽大的薄膜结构疏松，而强度高和半峰全宽非常窄的薄膜结构致密。     

分析非轴对称腔的复光线数值迭代法

将像散光束的复光线表示法用于分析非轴对称腔，并对有复杂像散的折迭腔作了数值迭代计算以说明方法的应用．     

Mössbauer effect of iron-57 intercalated in layered compound 2H−Fe0.5TaSe2

⁵⁷Fe Mössbauer effect study has been performed on intercalated compound 2H?Fe_0.5TaSe₂ over a temperature range between 14K and 500K. The highly concentrated intercalation samples 2H?Fe_xTaSe₂ with Fe atoms (x up to 2) are prepared by the electrochemical method for the first time. The Mössbauer measurement shows that iron is in Fe³⁺ high spin state and with the same probability occupies both octahedral and tetrahedral interstices of the Van der Waals gap. The fact that effective masses of iron ions in both sites are close to 57 amu and characteristic temperatures (Θ_M =130K, 107K respectively) are found to be relatively small is attributed to the weak forces on Fe³⁺.     

复制受限的环境演算中模态逻辑的内涵性

环境演算(MA)的模态逻辑AL进行了研究．在考虑了复制操作和限制操作的情况下，提出了逻辑等价的协归纳操作描述，并利用协归纳关系与进程结构同余关系进行比较，证明了若对MA加上约束条件得到子集MAIF^syn，此时逻辑等价(=L)与结构同余关系是等价的，即AL在MAIF^syn中是内涵的．同时发现由于复制操作的存在，AL的内涵性受到了影响，使得AL的区分能力被削弱，但通过对复制公式的构造验证了AL的表达能力．     

架起传统与现代的桥梁--建筑历史与理论课程体系教学改革的思考

重新审视建筑历史理论教学的目标、内容、教学方式和手段，通过对国内几座有影响的建筑院校的调研，比较各个院校在这些问题及途径上的异同，分析其利弊，以期促进建筑历史与理论课程体系教学的建设和改革．     

多元χ演算运行时错误的不可判定性

针对多元χ演算运行时刻通信安全的判定性问题进行了研究．通过从Lazyλ项到χ项的编码，将判定一个Lazyλ项是否有范式的问题归约为进程是否有通信错误的问题．证明了在多元χ演算中，通讯错误也是不可判定的．结论说明不存在算法直接来检测进程的通信安全性，而只有通过其他间接的手段(如构造类型系统)才能部分达到预防运行时错误的目的．     

Analysis of transient wave scattering from an inclusion with an unilateral smoothly contact interface by BEM

Summary A 2D time-domain Boundary Element Method (BEM) is applied to solve the problem of transient scattering of plane waves by an inclusion with a unilateral smooth contact interface. The incident wave is assumed strong enough so that localized separations take place along the interface. The present problem is indeed a nonlinear boundary value problem since the mixed boundary conditions involve unknown intervals (separation and contact regions). In order to determine the unknown intervals, an iterative technique is developed. As an example, we consider the scattering of plane waves by the cross section of a circular cylinder embedded in an infinite solid. Numerical results for the near field solutions are presented. The distortion of the response waves and the variation of the interface states are discussed. 过渡金属催化的1,6-烯炔环异构化反应

1,6-烯炔底物在过渡金属催化剂作用下的化学行为得到了广泛的研究,重点是关于过渡金属催化的1,6-烯炔环异构化反应.从反应机理角度入手,把1,6-烯炔环异构化反应按启动方式总结为三类,并对这三种方式启动的1,6-烯炔环异构化反应进行了详细地总结和阐述.     

Effect of nonstoichiometry on Raman scattering of VO2 films

We report on Raman scattering of VO2 films prepared by radio frequency magnetron sputtering under different conditions. Our investigations revealed that the dominated Raman peaks shift towards high frequency for both V-rich and O-rich VO2 films, compared with the stoichiometry VO2 films. The experimental evidence is presented and the cause for nonstoichiometry dependence of Raman spectra of VO2 films is discussed.
