This paper numerically and analytically investigates the formation and propagation motion of optical soliton in the Bragg grating.We choose the fibre Bragg grating with hyperbolic tangent apodization in the middle section in order to obtain slower solitons.Optical fibre soliton but not Bragg grating soliton is used as input pulse in the discussion,which is much more approximate to the light source for the practical purpose.We discuss in detail the effects of the soliton’s velocity with some parameters in the process of transmission.The results show that by choosing special parameters,one can make the soliton slow-down with a little distortion and energy decay and obtain tunable time-delay on a small scale. 相似文献

The thermoreversible fcc-bcc transition in concentrated block copolymer micellar solutions is shown to be driven by decreases in the aggregation number as the solvent penetrates the core, leading to a softer intermicelle potential. Small-angle neutron scattering measurements in a dilute solution are used to quantify the temperature-dependent micellar characteristics. We derived the WKB wave function for the general time-dependent quadratic Hamiltonian system using a unitary transformation method. We applied our research to sinusodially drived Caldirola–Kanai oscillator and confirmed that the time evolution of our approximated WKB wave function is similar to that of the exact one. A novel measurement method of temperature based on the phenomena that the phase difference between principle polarization states in the optical retarder is function of temperature is described. The polarization state of optical beam is changed as it passes through the optical retarder, which depends on the temperature. The temperature of optical retarder is determined by comparison of the power difference between principal polarization states. We demonstrate successfully the temperature measurement by using a polarization maintaining fiber as the optical retarder. With a 100 mm length of the fiber optic retarder, the change rate of phase difference on temperature was 0.236 rad/°C and the measurement error was ±0.038°C over the temperature range of −2.6 – +3.4°C. With a 11.5 mm length of the fiber optic retarder, the change rate of phase difference on temperature was 0.021 rad/°C and the measurement error was ±0.79°C over the temperature range of −8.5 – +86.5°C. 相似文献

Single crystalline ZnO films were grown on c-plane GaN/sapphire (0 0 0 1) substrates by molecular beam epitaxy. Cr+ ions were implanted into the ZnO films with three different doses, i.e., 1 × 1014, 5 × 1015, and 3 × 1016 cm−2. The implantation energy was 150 keV. Thermal treatment was carried out at 800 °C for 30 s in a rapid thermal annealing oven in flowing nitrogen. X-ray diffraction (XRD), atomic force microscopy, Raman measurements, transmission electron microscopy and superconducting quantum interference device were used to characterize the ZnO films. The results showed that thermal annealing relaxed the stress in the Cr+ ions implanted samples and the implantation-induced damage was partly recovered by means of the proper annealing treatment. Transmission electron microscopy measurements indicated that the first five monolayers of ZnO rotated an angle off the [0 0 0 1]-axis of the GaN in the interfacial layer. The magnetic-field dependence of magnetization of annealed ZnO:Cr showed ferromagnetic behavior at room temperature. 相似文献

提出了一种新型反射型聚合物波导电压传感器理论,并且进行了实验研究。这种电压传感器采用棱镜波导耦合结构,在棱镜下底面依次镀有金属膜一聚合物一金属膜三层结构。通过两层金属膜对极化聚合物加电压,利用聚合物材料电光效应和导模共振吸收峰对聚合物折射率的敏感特性,通过反射光强的测量来确定作用电压的变化值。实验中的测试电压范围是从-140V至 140V,得到的线性度值为0.991,电压测量的分辨力为0.1V,电压测量灵敏度系数为0.0011V^-1。实验表明这种电压传感器具有良好的线性和较高的灵敏度。 相似文献

A novel composite alkaline polymer electrolyte based on poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA) polymer matrix, titanium dioxide (TiO2) ceramic fillers, KOH, and H2O was prepared by a solution casting method. The properties of PVA-TiO2-KOH alkaline polymer electrolyte films were studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and AC impedance techniques. DSC and XRD results showed that the domain of amorphous region in the PVA polymer matrix augmented when TiO2 filler was added. The SEM result showed that TiO2 particles dispersed into the PVA matrix although some TiO2 aggregates of several micrometers were formed. The alkaline polymer electrolyte showed excellent electrochemical properties. The room temperature (20 °C) ionic conductivity values of typical samples were between 0.102 and 0.171 S cm−1. The Zn-Ni secondary battery with the alkaline polymer electrolyte PVA-TiO2-KOH had excellent electrochemical property at the low charge-discharge rate. 相似文献

We present a high isolation W-band MMIC drain type cascode single balanced mixer of high LO-to-RF isolation and wide band with conversion characteristic using the high directivity monolithic tandem couplers and 0.1 μm GaAs-based metamorphic high electron mobility transistors (MHEMTs). The fabricated mixer consists of two cascode MHEMT mixers and two tandem couplers using the air-bridge crossovers. We establish a drain type cascode mixer structure where the LO signal is applied to the drain port in the mixing component of common source MHEMT circuit. The tandem coupler exhibits good couplings (2.92-3.8 dB), low return losses (−32.7 dB), and isolations (15.4-39.2 dB) in a wide bandwidth of 75-110 GHz. The mixer shows a conversion loss of 9.8 dB at 94 GHz, an output P1dB of −14.8 dBm at LO frequency of 94.542 GHz, and LO-to-RF isolations of 29.5-39.5 dB at 94-100 GHz. 相似文献
