The present study describes the preparation of a new calix[4]arene-based sporopollenin material and its application for the removal of Na2Cr2O7 from aqueous solution. The novel calix[4]arene-based sporopollenin material was prepared via the immobilization of dihydrazine amide derivative of p-tert-butylcalix[4]arene (3) onto the modified sporopollenin. The newly prepared calix[4]arene-based sporopollenin is characterized by using different analytical techniques such as FT-IR spectroscopy, scanning electron microscope and Elemental analysis. The batch wise sorption study was carried out to optimize various experimental parameters such as the effect of sorbent dosage, pH, temperature and Cr(VI) anion concentration. It has been found that the sorption of Cr(VI) anion on calix[4]arene-based sporopollenin was highly pH dependent and maximum sorption was achieved at pH 1.5. The sorption behavior was also evaluated by Langmuir, Freundlich and Dubinin Radushkevich isotherms. The value of correlation coefficient (R2) showed a good agreement with Freundlich isotherm model. Result of study demonstrated that calix[4]arene-based sporopollenin proved to be highly effective for the removal of Cr(VI). 相似文献
Phenyliodine(III) bis(trifluoroacetate) (PIFA) in conjunction with a Lewis acid promotes C-C coupling of Bodipy monomers leading to mixtures of various oligomers. When a single position is blocked with an iodo or phenyl group, formation of the dimer is favored. These dimers display two successive oxidation and two reduction waves separated on average by 260 and 130 mV, respectively, corresponding to each Bodipy subunit. 相似文献
Manganese(III) acetate catalyzed oxidative radical‐addition reactions of α‐dicarbonyl compounds such as methyl acetoacetate ( 6 ), acetylacetone ( 7 ), and dimedone ( 8 ) to the mixture of 1‐ and 2‐phenylcyclohepta‐1,3,5‐triene ( 4 and 5 ) were investigated (Scheme 1). The 1‐phenylcyclohepta‐1,3,5‐triene ( 4 ) formed mainly [2+3] and [4+3] dihydrofuran addition products derived from cycloheptatriene and [2+3] dihydrofuran addition products derived from the norcaradiene structure. The 2‐phenylcyclohepta‐1,3,5‐triene ( 5 ) formed mainly [6+3] dihydrofuran addition products derived from cycloheptatriene and [4+3] dihydrofuran addition products derived from the norcaradiene structure. The structures of isolated products were established by their spectroscopic data (IR, 1H‐ and 13C‐NMR, MS, and elemental analysis) and comparison with literature data. The formation mechanism of the products is discussed. 相似文献
The aim of the present work was to synthesize carrageenan coated silver nanoparticles (CA–AgNPs) using carrageenan as reducing and stabilizing agent. For this purpose, 10 mL of 0.35% (w/v) carrageenan solution was mixed with 10 mL AgNO3 solution at different concentrations (1, 5 and 10 mM), and the resulting mixture was stirred at 100 °C at high speed for 2 h. The formation of CA–AgNPs was proven with the surface plasmon peaks observed at approximately 420 nm. The sizes and zeta potentials of CA–AgNPs were determined by Zeta-Sizer. Negative zeta potentials of CA–AgNPs indicated that the obtained AgNPs were stable. With scanning electron microscope (SEM) and transmission electron microscope analysis, it was seen that CA–AgNPs have spherical structure. According to the energy dispersion spectrometer analysis based on SEM images, it was observed that the samples were elementally composed of carbon, oxygen, sulfur, potassium and silver. The chemical structures of CA–AgNPs were determined by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, and it was proved that the carbonyl and OH groups of carrageenan were involved in formation and stabilizing of AgNPs, respectively. According to thermal gravimetric analysis, it has been observed that CA–AgNPs were thermally more stable than pure carrageenan. Antibacterial activity of CA–AgNPs against gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria was investigated with agar well diffusion and liquid test. It has been observed that CA–AgNPs synthesized with 1 mM AgNO3 did not have an antibacterial activity on Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus. Inhibition zones of varying diameters were observed in the 5 mM and 10 mM S-AgNPs groups. The synthesized CA–AgNPs (5 and 10 mM) have the capacity to be used in wound dressing materials or topical agents applied to burns and wounds due to their antibacterial effects and stability.
A homo‐dinuclear NiII complex was prepared from 2, 6‐bis(3, 5‐dimethylpyrazolyl)pyridine (Me4‐bpp) and azide ions in nonaqueous media. It was characterized by single crystal X‐ray structural analysis, IR spectroscopy, and elemental analysis. In addition, the electrochemical properties of the compound were determined with cyclic voltammetry in DMF. The title compound crystallizes in the P21/n monoclinic space group, with unit cell parameters a = 8.978(1), b = 12.459(1), c = 17.764(1) Å, ß =100.603(3)°, V = 1953.0(3) Å3, Z = 2. The Ni2+ ion has a distorted octahedral environment involving three nitrogen atoms of the Me4‐bpp ligand, two nitrogen atoms from the bridged azide group, and one nitrogen atom from the terminal azide group. The Ni···Ni distance is 3.273(5) Å. 相似文献
The synthesis and structural properties of three novel imidates, 11,13‐bis‐(2‐amino‐ethylimino)‐1,10‐dioxa‐4,7‐dithiacyclotridecane ( 2 ), 11,13‐bis‐(3‐aminopropylimino)‐1,10‐dioxa‐4,7‐dithiacyclotridecane, ( 3 ) and 2,11‐dioxa‐5,8‐dithia‐13,16,19,22‐tetraazabicyclo[10.10.1]tricosa‐1(22),12‐diene, ( 4 ) have been described. These compounds were synthesized by treating 1,10‐dioxa‐4,7‐dithiacyclotridecane‐11,13‐diester ( 1 ) with the appropriate diamine under N2 and their structures have been characterised by elemental analyses, 1H‐ and 13C‐nmr, ir, and mass spectral studies. Elemental analyses and spectroscopic data support the proposed imidate structures. In addition, total energy and heat of formation (Figure 2) calculated for imidates 2a‐4a and 2b‐4b by the semiempirical AM1 calculations have shown that imidates 2b‐4b having intramolecular hydrogen bonds are more stable (5‐10 kcal/mol) than compounds 2a‐4a . 相似文献

Summary. A novel method for the synthesis of a new series of 5-substituted 1,3-dimethyl pyrazolo[4,3-e][1,2,4]triazines is described. The new synthetic strategy is based on the classical Bischler 1,2,4-benzotriazine synthesis. This approach involves the preparation of 5-hydrazinopyrazole from 5-chloro-1,3-dimethyl-4-nitropyrazole
followed by acylation and nitro group reduction to form the corresponding 4-amino-3-(acylhydrazino)pyrazoles. Intramolecular
oxidative cyclization of the latter derivatives, using polyphosphoric acid, produced the respective target pyrazolotriazines. 相似文献
A simple solid phase extraction procedure for speciation of selenium(IV) and selenium(VI) in environmental samples has been proposed prior to graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. The method is based on the solid phase extraction of the selenium(IV)-ammonium pyrrolidine dithiocarbamate (APDC) chelate on the Diaion HP-2MG. After reduction of Se(VI) by heating the samples in the microwave oven with 4 mol l−1 HCl, the system was applied to the total selenium. Se(VI) was calculated as the difference between the total selenium content and Se(IV) content. The experimental parameters, pH, amounts of reagents, eluent type and sample volume were optimized. The recoveries of analytes were found greater than 95%. No appreciable matrix effects were observed. The adsorption capacity of sorbent was 5.20 mg g−1 Se (IV). The detection limit of Se (IV) (3sigma, n = 11) is 0.010 μg l−1. The preconcentration factor for the presented system was 100. The proposed method was applied to the speciation of selenium(IV), selenium(VI) and determination of total selenium in natural waters and microwave digested soil, garlic, onion, rice, wheat and hazelnut samples harvested various locations in Turkey with satisfactory results. In order to verify the accuracy of the method, certified reference materials (NIST SRM 2711 Montana Soil, NIST SRM 1568a Rice Flour and NIST SRM 8418 Wheat Gluten) were analyzed and the results obtained were in good agreement with the certified values. The relative errors and relative standard deviations were below 6 and 10%, respectively. 相似文献
