Speciation analysis of selenomethylcysteine (SeMeCys), selenomethionine (SeMet) and selenocystine (SeCys) has been performed using a direct amino acid analysis method with high-performance anion-exchange chromatography (HPAEC) coupled with integrated pulsed amperometric detection (IPAD). Three selenoamino acids could be baseline-separated from 19 amino acids using gradient elution conditions for amino acids and determined under new six-potential waveform. Detection limits for SeMeCys, SeMet and SeCys were 0.25, 1 and 20 microg/L (25 microL injection, 10 times of the baseline noise), respectively. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) of 200 microg/L SeMeCys, SeMet and SeCys were 3.1, 4.1 and 2.8%, respectively (n=9, 25 microL injection). The proposed method has been applied for determination of selenoamino acids in extracts of garlic and selenious yeast granule samples. No selenoamino acids were found in garlic. Both SeMet and SeCys were detected in selenious yeast tablet with the content of 45 and 129 microg Se/g, respectively. Selenoamino acids standards were spiked in garlic and yeast granule samples and the recovery ranged from 90 to 106%.  相似文献

本文通过3,6-二肼基-1,2,4,5-四嗪(DHT)分别与高氯酸和硝酸反应得到2种高氮含能离子盐,并通过X-射线单晶衍射技术对它们的结构进行了表征。(DHT)(NO3)2(1)属于单斜晶系,C2/c空间群,晶胞参数:a=1.3000(6)nm,b=0.8349(3)nm,c=1.0187(5)nm,β=118.89(5)°,Z=4;(DHT)(ClO4)2(2)属于正交晶系,P21212空间群,晶胞参数:a=0.9804(4)nm,b=1.0747(4)nm,c=0.5325(2)nm,Z=2。采用DSC和TG-DTG技术研究了这两种含能离子盐的热分解机理,并对这两种含能离子盐的非等温动力学、爆热及感度进行了测试分析。研究表明这两种含能离子盐在敏感型含能材料领域具有潜在的应用前景。  相似文献

The synergic extraction of uranyl thiocyanate with binary system of 1-phenyl-3-methy1~4-benzoylpyrazolone-5 (PMBP)and tributyl phosphate(TBP)or tetraphenylarsonium chloride [(C6H5)4AsCl] and ternary system of PMBP-TBP-(C6H5 )4AsCl was studied.There was an obvious synergic effect of uranium (VI)from thiocyanate medium in binary and ternary systems.The formation of a ternary extracted complex,(C6H5)4AsUO2.(NCS)A2 TBP,was confirmed by the slope method.A method was first proposed for the calculation of the equilibrium constant of ternary synergic reaction.  相似文献

提出了一种用高效离子排斥色谱法测定饮料中糖精钠的新方法。以IonPac ICE-AS 6柱为分离柱,0.10 mmol/LH2SO4+甲醇(9+1)为淋洗液,202nm波长下紫外检测。在1-100mg/L范围内,糖精钠的含量与峰面积呈 良好线性关系。检出限为0.60ng,灵敏度优于以往采用离子交换色谱-电导检测法的结果。在实验条件下,饮料 中常见有机酸以及其它人工合成甜味剂等均不产生干扰。方法用于饮料中糖精钠的测定,加标回收率为98%~ 105%。此外还比较了电导检测、紫外检测和经化学抑制系统后紫外检测等三种检测方式对测定灵敏度的影响。  相似文献

A new method for the determination of nine haloacetic acids (HAAs) with ion chromatography (IC) coupled to inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) was developed. With the very hydrophilic anion-exchange column and steep gradient of sodium hydroxide, the nine HAAs could be well separated in 15 min. After suppression with an ASRS suppressor that was introduced in between IC and ICP-MS, the background was much decreased, the interference caused by sodium ion present in eluent was removed, and the sensitivities of HAAs were greatly improved. The chlorinated and brominated HAAs could be detected as 35ClO and 79Br without interference of the matrix due to the elemental selective ICP-MS. The detection limits for mono-, di-, trichloroacetic acids were between 15.6 and 23.6 microg/l. For the other six bromine-containing HAAs, the detection limits were between 0.34 and 0.99 microg/l. With the pretreatment of OnGuard Ag cartridge to remove high concentration of chloride in sample, the developed method could be applied to the determination of HAAs in many drinking water matrices.  相似文献

A collaborative study on the robustness and portability of a capillary electrophoresis‐mass spectrometry method for peptide mapping was performed by an international team, consisting of 13 independent laboratories from academia and industry. All participants used the same batch of samples, reagents and coated capillaries to run their assays, whereas they utilized the capillary electrophoresis‐mass spectrometry equipment available in their laboratories. The equipment used varied in model, type and instrument manufacturer. Furthermore, different types of sheath‐flow capillary electrophoresis–mass spectrometry interfaces were used. Migration time, peak height and peak area of ten representative target peptides of trypsin‐digested bovine serum albumin were determined by every laboratory on two consecutive days. The data were critically evaluated to identify outliers and final values for means, repeatability (precision within a laboratory) and reproducibility (precision between laboratories) were established. For relative migration time the repeatability was between 0.05 and 0.18% RSD and the reproducibility between 0.14 and 1.3% RSD. For relative peak area repeatability and reproducibility values obtained were 3–12 and 9–29% RSD, respectively. These results demonstrate that capillary electrophoresis‐mass spectrometry is robust enough to allow a method transfer across multiple laboratories and should promote a more widespread use of peptide mapping and other capillary electrophoresis‐mass spectrometry applications in biopharmaceutical analysis and related fields.  相似文献

建立了离子色谱-质谱联用技术测定活性污泥样品中高氯酸盐的分析方法。以高容量、强亲水性的IonPacAS20(2mm)阴离子交换柱为分析柱,EGC在线产生等浓度KOH为淋洗液,淋洗液经抑制成水后将样品带入质谱检测。ESI-MS-MS以多元反应监测模式监控100.8/84.9、98.8/66.9、100.8/68.9和98.8/82.9离子对,以98.8/82.9离子对的峰面积进行定量。该方法对高氯酸盐的检出限(S/N=3)为0.01μg/L,高氯酸盐在0.05~100μg/L浓度范围内具有良好的线性,线性相关系数r=0.9988。0.2μg/L的标准溶液重复进样9次,高氯酸盐峰面积的相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.3%。运用该方法测定采自不同地区的活性污泥样品中的高氯酸盐,并对样品加标回收,得回收率在88.5%~102.2%之间。  相似文献

Adsorption and activation of dinitrogen (N2) is an indispensable process in nitrogen fixation. Metal nitride species continue to attract attention as a promising catalyst for ammonia synthesis. However, the detailed mechanisms at a molecular level between reactive nitride species and N2 remain unclear at elevated temperature, which is important to understand the temperature effect and narrow the gap between the gas phase system and condensed phase system. Herein, the 14N/15N isotopic exchange in the reaction between tantalum nitride cluster anions Ta314N3- and 15N2 leading to the regeneration of 14N2/14N15N was observed at elevated temperature (393-593 K) using mass spectrometry. With the aid of theoretical calculations, the exchange mechanism and the effect of temperature to promote the dissociation of N2 on Ta3N3? were elucidated. A comparison experiment for Ta314N4-/15N2 couple indicated that only desorption of 15N2 from Ta314N415N2- took place at elevated temperature. The different exchange behavior can be well understood by the fact that nitrogen vacancy is a requisite for the dinitrogen activation over metal nitride species. This study may shed light on understanding the role of nitrogen vacancy in nitride species for ammonia synthesis and provide clues in designing effective catalysts for nitrogen fixation.  相似文献

Full understanding to the origin of the catalytic performance of a supported nanocatalyst from the points of view of both the active component and support is significant for the achievement of high performance. Herein, based on a model electrocatalyst of single-iridium-atom-doped iron (Fe)-based layered double hydroxides (LDH) for oxygen evolution reaction (OER), we reveal the first completed origin of the catalytic performance of such supported nanocatalysts. Specially, besides the activity enhancement of Ir sites by LDH support, the stability of surface Fe sites is enhanced by doped Ir sites: DFT calculation shows that the Ir sites can reduce the activity and enhance the stability of the nearby Fe sites; while further finite element simulations indicate, the stability enhancement of distant Fe sites could be attributed to the much low concentration of OER reactant (hydroxyl ions, OH) around them induced by the much fast consumption of OH on highly active Ir sites. These new findings about the interaction between the main active components and supports are applicable in principle to other heterogeneous nanocatalysts and provide a completed understanding to the catalytic performance of heterogeneous nanocatalysts.  相似文献
