We study the mixings and CP violations in the \(B^0 - \bar B^0 \) system together with the \(K^0 - \bar K^0 \) one in the four-generation model, taking into account the ARGUS data for the \(B_d^0 - \bar B_d^0 \) mixing. We take typical six cases of the mixing hierarchy and search for the allowed regions of three phases in the 4×4KM matrix. The CP violating parameter ? K in the \(K^0 - \bar K^0 \) system gives a severe constraint for the phases, and the smaller mixing than that in the three-generation model is predicted for the \(B_s^0 - \bar B_s^0 \) system. The asymmetry parameters for the two-body non-leptonic decays of theB 0 and \(\bar B^0 \) mesons are also predicted.  相似文献

A novel method for the synthesis of gem-dialkoxycarbonylcyclopropane derivatives is reported which involves the reaction of olefins with dibromomalonic esters and Cu in dimethyl sulphoxide. The reaction was applicable to a wide range of olefins and proceeded smoothly at moderate temperature to give the cyclopropane derivatives often in good yields. Cu was converted to Cu(II) bromide during the reaction. The reaction was weakly electrophilic and proceeded non-stereospecifically, and a stepwise mechanism involving addition and elimination appeared favourable for the reaction. In contrast, in the previously reported examples of the cyclopropanation of olefins by organic gem-dihalides and Cu in an aromatic hydrocarbon, Cu was converted to Cu(I) halides and a concerted cycloaddition of carbenoid intermediates appeared favourable.  相似文献

We study the \(B_{d(s)}^0 - \bar B_{d(s)}^0 \) mixing in the KM standard theory by use of the formula insensitive to the ambiguous parameters, and compare the theoretical prediction with the experimental results by ARGUS, UA 1 and MARK II. We find that these experimental bounds endanger the KM standard theory with three generations although these bounds do not exclude it completely. It is remarked that the four generation scheme is well consistent with the experimental data.  相似文献

This paper represents the results of wave transformation in porous structures and hydraulic performance of a vertical porous seawall. The study was carried out using a VOF based two-phase numerical hydrodynamic model. The model was developed by coupling an ordinary porous flow model based on extended Navier–Stokes equations for porous media, and a two-phase flow model. A unique solution domain was established with proper treatment of the interface boundary between water, air and the structure. The VOF method with an improved fluid advection algorithm was used to trace the interface between water and air. The resistance to flow caused by the presence of structural material was modeled in terms of drag and inertia forces. The parameters that govern resistance to flow in a porous media were calibrated for a typical structural setup and then the computational efficacy of the model was evaluated for several wave and structural conditions other than the calibrated setup. A set of comparisons of wave properties in and around the structure showed that the model reproduced reasonably good agreement between computed results and measured data. The model was then applied to investigate wave transformation in a vertical porous structure. The role of porosity and width of a structure in reducing wave reflection and increasing energy dissipation was investigated. It is confirmed that there exists an optimum value of structure width and porosity that can maximize hydraulic performances of a porous seawall.  相似文献

A novel ion source based on direct current (d.c.) discharge has been developed for proton transfer reaction ionization operated at relatively high ion drift tube pressure. The shape and geometry of the ion source are designed to maximize overall ion intensity and to minimize interference from sample air. The initial performance of the technique, including speciation and intensity of reagent ions, their stability, and the impact of artifact signals, is evaluated by means of a proton transfer reaction time-of-flight mass spectrometer (PTR-TOFMS) newly built in our laboratory. Intensities of the hydronium (H(3)O(+)) ions are typically (5-7) x 10(5) counts for a 1-min integration time with a duty cycle of approximately 1%. The fluctuations of the ion signals over a period of hours are within 4%. Although the formation of artifact ions from sample air (NO(+) and O(2) (+)), which react with volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and subsequently cause fragmentation, is observed as background signals in addition to hydronium and mono- and di-hydrate H(3)O(+) ions, intensities of both NO(+) and O(2) (+) ions are only approximately 0.5% of those of H(3)O(+) ions. Using our PTR-TOFMS system at a drift tube pressure of approximately 5 Torr, the detection sensitivities are significantly improved and the detection limits for propene, acetaldehyde, acetone, isoprene, benzene, toluene, and p-xylene are estimated to be at the sub-ppbv level for 1-min integration.  相似文献

The imaging findings of a solitary fibrous tumor of the prostate are presented. A 35-year-old male presented with urinary retention and was found on transrectal ultrasonography to have a hypoechoic tumor of the prostate, measuring 5.5 cm in size. Magnetic resonance imaging on, the tumor showed low signal intensity on T1-weighted images and heterogeneous mixed signal intensity on T2-weighted images. Gadolinium-enhanced dynamic study showed gradual enhancement from the periphery to the center, and the enhancement is sustained. On immunohistochemistry, the spindle cells of the tumor showed positive staining for CD34 and bcl-2. Although the tumor was labeled as a low-grade malignancy on account of a low mitotic index (MIB-1 index) of about 5%, the patient developed local recurrence of the tumor with bladder wall invasion 12 months later.  相似文献

It has been demonstrated that, in NaCl crystals supersaturated with an Eu impurity (0.1 at %), ultraviolet light with a wavelength of 200–370 nm initiates spontaneous aggregation of Eu2+V k impurity-vacancy dipoles into EuCl2 flat precipitates lying in the (013) crystallographic plane. A constant magnetic field of 15 T accelerates the photoinduced formation of EuCl2 nanoclusters at a temperature of 300 K.  相似文献

High-performance anion-exchange chromatography under alkaline conditions with pulsed amperometric detection was applied to the analyses of (1----2)-, (1----3)-, (1----4)- and (1----6)-linked homogeneous alpha- or beta-D-gluco-oligosaccharides and -polysaccharides up to a degree of polymerization (DP) of greater than or equal to 50. Each series of homogeneous D-gluco-oligomers and -polymers showed a linear relationship between log k' and DP in isocratic elution using 150 mM sodium hydroxide solution containing 100 mM sodium acetate as the eluent. An effective separation of individual members of an homologous series of linear glucans was achieved using gradient elution, accomplished by maintaining the sodium hydroxide concentration at 150 mM and increasing the sodium acetate concentration during the analysis. The detector response per HCOH group in D-gluco-oligomers (DP 2-7) was almost the same.  相似文献

Abstract— The fluorescence quenching of the indole chromophore by NO2 and the fluorescence depolarization of several luminescence probes in aqueous solutions containing hexadecyltrimethylammonium bromide (HDTBr) were measured as a function of added C2–C4 aliphatic alcohol concentration. The fluorescence decay profiles of pyrene in the micellar solutions were also measured to estimate the aggregation number of the micelles. The addition of n -butyl alcohol significantly reduces the fluorescence quenching rate and the aggregation number and increases the extent of fluorescence depolarization in HDTBr micellar systems. The addition of ethyl alcohol shows a similar but smaller effect.  相似文献
