The solvents o-, m-, p-xylene, p-dichlorobenzene, 1,2,4-trichlorobenzene, and naphthalene were calibrated as condensates used in the thermoporosimetry technique. Exponential relationships were found connecting the pore radii R(p) (in nm) and the freezing-point depression of the swelling solvent deltaT (in degrees C) on the one hand and the apparent energy of crystallization W(a) (in J cm(-3)) and deltaT on the other hand: R(p) = t exp[-1/(c deltaT)]; W(a) = W0 exp(deltaT/f). Pore- or mesh-size distributions can be derived from differential scanning calorimetry results by using the following equation: dV(p)/dR(p) = k{[cY(T)deltaT2]/[W(a)R(p)]}. All the numerical parameters were determined. Polyethylene and polypropylene samples, cross-linked with high-energy electrons or gamma-rays, were submitted to thermoporosimetry study. Relative mesh-size distributions, which depend on the polymer/solvent pair, were calculated for these polyolefins with o-, m-, and p-xylene as solvent and were found to be in the same sequence as those of their degrees of swelling and the irradiation doses received.  相似文献

A poly(vinyl chloride)-based membrane of 2,9-dimethyl-4,11-diphenyl-1,5,8,12-tetraazacyclotetradeca-1,4,8,11-tetraene (DDTCT) with sodium tetraphenyl borate (STB) as an anion excluder and dibutyl phthalate (DBP), dibutyl butylphosphonate (DBBP), tris(2-ethylhexyl) phosphate (TEP) and tributyl phosphate (TBP) as plasticizing solvent mediators was prepared and investigated as a Ga(III)-selective electrode. The best performance was observed with the membrane having the ligand-PVC-DBP-STB composition 1:4:1:1, which worked well over a wide concentration range (1.45 × 10−6 to 0.1 mol L−1) with a Nernstian slope of 28.7 mV per decade of activity between pH 4.0 and 10.0. This electrode showed a fast response time of 12 s and was used over a period of 100 days with good reproducibility (s = 0.3 mV). The selectivity coefficients for monovalent, divalent and trivalent cations indicate excellent selectivity for Ga(III) ions over a large number of cations. Anions such as Cl and SO42− do not interfere and the electrode also works satisfactorily in partially water-alcohol medium. The practical utility of the membrane sensor has also been observed in solutions contaminated with detergents, i.e., cetyltrimethylammonium bromide and sodium dodecyl sulfate and used for the determination of gallium in nickel alloy, fly-ash and biological samples.  相似文献

Summary The formation and equilibria of the binary and ternary palladium(II) complexes of diethylenetriamine (dien) with other selected amines have been investigated. The results of pH titration measurements allowed the calculation of equilibrium constants, characteristic for the binary and ternary complexes formed. The concentration distribution of various complex species was evaluated and the chelation mode ascertained by conductivity measurements.  相似文献

Summary A simple, rapid, selective, and sensitive method for the spectrophotometric determination of palladium is developed based on the reaction of Pd(II) with 1-amino-4-hydroxyanthraquinone (AMHA). The reaction is carried out atpH 3.8 in 50% (v/v) ethanol-water medium. The molar absorptivity of the complexed ligand is 1.1 · 104 l mol–1 cm–1 at 620 nm. Calibration plots are linear up to 17 µg Pd cm–3. The optimum concentration range (Ringbom plot) is between 3–14.5 µg cm–3. The spectral study of the reaction in solutions containing equimolar concentrations or an excess of one component, in thepH range 0.3–6.5, indicate the possible complex transitions that occur in solution. Complete graphical and logarithmic analysis of the absorbance-pH graphs was performed to demonstrate and characterize the complexation equilibria in solution. Under the optimum conditions, palladium can be determined as the noncharged complex Pd(AMHA)2 in the presence of a large number of foreign ions. Interferences caused by zirconium(IV) could be masked with fluoride ions.
Eine neue spektrophotometrische Methode für die Bestimmung von Palladium in Spuren
Zusammenfassung Eine einfache, schnelle und empfindliche Methode für die spektrophotometrische Bestimmung von Palladium wurde auf der Basis der Reaktion von Pd(II) mit 1-Amino-4-hydroxyanthrachinon (AMHA) entwickelt. Die Reaktion wird in 50% (v/v) Ethanol/Wasser beipH 3.8 ausgeführt. Die molare Absorption des komplexierten Liganden beträgt 1.1 · 104 l mol–1 cm–1 bei 620 nm. Kalibrierungskurven verlaufen bis zu 17 µg Pd cm–3 linear. Der optimale Konzentrationsbereich (Ringbom-Plot) liegt zwischen 3 und 14.5 µg cm–3. Spektroskopische Untersuchungen der Reaktion in Lösungen, entweder mit equimolaren Konzentrationen oder mit einem Überschuß an einer Komponente impH-Bereich 0.3–6.5, lassen Rückschlüsse auf mögliche Komplex-Übergänge in Lösung zu. Es wurde eine vollständige graphische, logarithmische Analyse der Absorptions-pH-Graphen durchgeführt, um die Komplexgleichgewichte in Lösung aufzuklären und zu charakterisieren. Unter den Optimalbedingungen kann Palladium als nichtgeladener Komplex Pd(AMHA)2 in Gegenwart einer großen Anzahl an Fremd-Ionen bestimmt werden. Schwierigkeiten mit Zirkonium(IV) konnte durch Maskierung mit Fluorid-Ionen umgangen werden.

The reactions of F-2-methyl-2-pentene (1) with several ortho- difunctional benzenes afforded eight- and nine-membered benzoheterocyclic compounds carrying perfluoroalkyl groups. Salicylic acid, salicylaldehyde, and their methyl or chloro derivatives reacted in triethylamine-acetonitrile system giving perfluoroalkylated 2H,6H-1,5-benzodioxocin-2,6-dione (8) and 4H,6H-1,5-benzodioxocin (9) compounds respectively, while phthalyl alcohol and o-hydroxyphenethyl alcohol in triethylamine-diethyl ether system gave perfluoroalkylated 1H,3H,7H-2,6- and 4H,6H,7H-1,5-benzodioxonin compounds, (10) and (11). o-Aminobenzyl alcohol and (1) in diethyl ether afforded a perfluoroalkylated benzoxazocinobenzoxazocinone compound (15).  相似文献

Using kinetic isotope effects (KIE) and Hammett correlations, we show that the main role of the adenosine 2′-OH group on deprotonation by the non nucleophilic base DBU during external acyl group transfer is to generate enhanced electron density on the attacking nucleophile through ionization. The small primary KIEs (1.2 and 1.6) and the large Hammett reaction constants (+2.25 and +3.19) obtained for the ethanolysis of 2′/3′-O-p-substituted benzoyl 5′-O-trityl adenosines and 2′-deoxyadenosines are consistent with an AN + DN reaction mechanism. The implications of our results are discussed in terms of chemical contributions of the 2′-OH group in the ribosome catalysis of peptide bond formation.  相似文献

Azithromycin (AZ) is the first member of a class of macrolide azalides antibiotics called azolides. A simple and selective square-wave voltammetric (SWV) method has been developed for the determination of azithromycin in pure form, in pharmaceutical preparation and in biological samples. Determination of azithromycin was accomplished with hand-make carbon paste electrode (CPE) in oxidative screen mode. The counter and reference electrodes were a Pt wire and a Ag/AgCl, respectively. Various parameters that can influence the peak signal (effect of buffer, ionic strength, accumulation time, pH and the composition of the paste) have been scrutinized. The best results were obtained in acetonitrile—aqueous 1 M sodium acetate-acetic acid buffer (pH 4.6) containing 0.1 M KCl (1:9; v/v) using a 15% paraffin oil CPE. The limits of detection and quantification of the pure drug are 0.463 and 1.544 ppb (with the correlation coefficient, r=0.9785and the standard deviation, S.D.=0.1 (n=5), for the accumulation time of 60 s), respectively. The method was successfully applied to the determination of the drug in urine and two forms of pharmaceutical formulations. Recoveries were 99.2—100.5% with S.D.=0.1—and 0.8% (n=5).  相似文献

New cadmium(II) complexes of empirical formulae, [Cd(dpksme)X] (dpksme = anionic form of the Schiff base; X = NCS, Cl, I) and [Cd(dpksme)2] · 0.5MeOH, respectively have been prepared and characterized. The mono-ligated cadmium(II) complexes, [Cd(dpksme)X] are four-coordinate and tetrahedral but the bis-ligand complex, [Cd(dpksme)2] · 0.5MeOH is six-coordinate and octahedral. The crystal and molecular structure of [Cd(dpksme)2] · 0.5MeOH has been determined by X-ray diffraction. The complex has a distorted mer-octahedral structure in which the ligands are coordinated as uninegatively charged tridentate chelating agents via the pyridine nitrogen atoms, the azomethine nitrogen atoms and the thiolate sulfur atoms. The distortion from regular octahedral geometry is ascribed to the restricted bite angles of the ligands. The Schiff base and its cadmium(II) complexes exhibit mild antibacterial activities against Shigella dysenteriae, Bacillus cereus, Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli. They are also mildly fungitoxic against the phytopathogenic fungi, Alternaria alternata and Macrophomina phaseolina.  相似文献

The synthesis and characterization of several 3-aryl-1,2,4-triazolo[4,3-c]quinazolines is described. The first step comprises the condensation of aromatic aldehydes with 2-(H or Cl)-4-hydrazinoquinazolines 2 to afford the corresponding hydrazones 3 . The second step involves the cyclization to the title compounds 4 in bromine/acetic acid. Reaction of 4 (X = Cl) with cyclic amines gave the corresponding 5-cyclicamino 5 or 5-alkoxy derivatives 6 .  相似文献
