A poly(9,10-anthryleneethynylene)-based polyradical with two pendant stable phenoxyls in one anthracene skeleton was newly synthesized via polymerization of the corresponding bromoethynylanthracene monomer using a Pd(0) catalyst. The average molecular weight of the polymer reached M(n) = 5 x 10(3) and was soluble in common organic solvents. The polyradical was prepared from the corresponding hydroxyl precursor polymer and was appropriately stable at room temperature. The ESR spectrum of the corresponding monomeric radical suggested an effectively delocalized spin density distribution on the backbone anthracene. The magnetization and the static magnetic susceptibility of the polyradical were measured using a SQUID magnetometer. The large average spin quantum number (S = (5)/(2)) of the polyradical indicated that the ferromagnetic spin coupling network of the polyradical had spread throughout the pi-conjugated chain and that it was considerably insensitive to spin defects.  相似文献

The influence of carbodimide (CI), well known as a condensing agent for producing peptides from l-phenylalanine (l-Phe), on the formation of hematite (-Fe2O3) particles through a forced hydrolysis reaction of acidic FeCl3 solution was examined. The large ellipsoidal particles were produced together with needle-like -FeOOH and fine Fe3O4 ones in the systems both with l-Phe and CI, though the system only with CI was not essentially changed the particle shape. CI produced the characteristic large ellipsoidal particle accompanying the production of peptides by condensing l-Phe. This behavior was explained by the adsorption of peptides on β-FeOOH and polynuclear (PN) particles; the adsorption of peptides retarded the phase transformation from β-FeOOH to hematite along with the heterogeneous aggregation of PNs, resulting the large ellipsoidal hematite particles. CI reduced Fe3+ to Fe2+ ions during aging the solution. The decomposition of urea, by-products of peptide formation, produced two kinds of amines to raise the solution pH and provided -FeOOH and Fe3O4 particles. The large ellipsoidal hematite particles exhibited large specific surface area and high mesoporosity by adsorption of peptides onto PN particles within the hematite particles. The morphology and inner structure of hematite particles were exceedingly altered by using a reaction of peptide production and this procedure is expected for a new developing method of high-quality porous materials.  相似文献

The shape, porosity, and surface hydrophilicity of hematite particles formed from a forced hydrolysis reaction of acidic FeCl3 solution were controlled by using a trace of polymers (0.001 and 0.003 wt%). The spherical particles were produced on the systems with polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and polyaspartic acid (PAS). In the case of polyacryl amide (PAAm), slightly small spherical particles were precipitated at 0.003 wt%. However, polyacrylic acid (PAAc) and poly-γ-glutamic acid (PGA) gave ellipsoidal particles. This morphological change on hematite particles depended on the order of functional groups of polymers as –OH<–CONH2<–COOH<–COOH and ⟩C=O, corresponding to the order in extent of polymer molecules for complexation to Fe3+ ions and adsorption onto particle surface. Accompanying this order, the hematite particles produced were changed from less porous to microporous. On the other hand, only the system with 0.003 wt% of PAAm produced mesoporous hematite particles. Choosing the kinds of polymers also controlled the ultramicroporosity and surface hydrophilicity of the particles.  相似文献

Glassy isotactic propylene (PP) films of thickness up to 0.3 mm were obtained by an ultraquenching technique. The structure and properties of the as-quenched and subsequently crystallized samples were characterized by various techniques. Electron microscopy indicates the glass has no structure larger than 25 Å. X-ray diffraction shows PP crystallizes from the glass into a smectic structure at ca. ?20°C and then transforms to monoclinic microcrystals at ca. 40°C; a nodular structure (80 to 100 Å in diameter) was observed on the surface. The transformation temperature increases with the film thickness. Annealing above the α-relaxation temperature results in an increase in the nodule size. A correspondence was found between the diameter of the nodules observed on the surface and long spacings obtained by small-angle X-ray scattering from the bulk. Dynamic mechanical spectra show the presence of two relaxation-like peaks at ca. ?10°C and 10°C for the as-ultraquenched samples. X-ray scattering, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), and torsion pendulum measurements show PP crystallizes from the glass at a temperature, depending on the rate of heating, that corresponds to the lower relaxation peak temperature.  相似文献

The anisotropy of the crystalline relaxation (α relaxation) in oriented poly(vinylidene fluoride) in crystal form II has been studied. The dielectric increment Δε is analyzed on the basis of the two-site model. A linear relation between Δε/χξ and cos2θ is obtained, where χ is the degree of crystallinity, ξ is the ratio of the internal field to the applied field, and θ is the angle between the applied electric field and the molecular axis. The dipole moment changes direction only along the molecular axis in the relaxation in crystal form II; the molecular motion cannot be explained by chain rotation around the molecular axis. Possible models for the α relaxation are proposed: change in conformation with internal rotation can occur in the crystalline chains, and defects in the crystalline regions play an important role in the α relaxation.  相似文献

A column‐switching liquid chromatography/electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry to determine paclitaxel and its metabolites, 6α‐hydroxypaclitaxel and p‐3′‐hydroxypaclitaxel, in human plasma was developed. The analytical system had a Shim‐Pack MAYI‐ODS (10 × 4.6 mm i.d.) trapping column with deproteinization ability that concentrates analytes and removes water‐soluble components. This method covered a linearity range of 5–5000 ng/mL of concentrations in plasma for paclitaxel, a range of 0.87–870 ng/mL for 6α‐hydroxypaclitaxel and a range of 0.87–435 ng/mL for p‐3′‐hydroxypaclitaxel. The intra‐day precision and inter‐day precision of analysis were less than 11.1%, and the accuracy was within ±14.4% at concentrations of 5, 50, 500 and 5000 ng/mL for paclitaxel, 0.87, 8.7, 87 and 870 ng/mL for 6α‐hydroxypaclitaxel, and 0.87, 8.7, 87 and 435 ng/mL for p‐3′‐hydroxypaclitaxel.
