The title dicyano compound was synthesized via cyanation and it self-assembles in nonpolar solvents giving red-shifted and broad absorption maxima just as the bacteriochlorophylls which are encountered in the light-harvesting organelles of early photosynthetic bacteria. In the crystal, stacks are formed through a hierarchic combination of pi-stacking and a CN-Zn electrostatic interaction. Push-pull 15-N,N-dialkylamino-5-cyano congeners could be obtained in high yields using a solvent- and catalyst-free direct amination of meso-bromoporphyrins. Importantly, the fluorescence of the self-assembled species due to the very orderly manner in which the chromophores are arranged is not entirely quenched and has a surprisingly long lifetime of over 1 ns. This lends hope of using the trapped energy in biomimetic hybrid solar cells.  相似文献

A selective and sensitive method is presented for biogenic amines (BA) determination. The novelty consists in coupling a highly selective electrochemical biosensor to a weak acid cation-exchange column for online detection of amines. A bienzyme design, based on a recently isolated amine oxidase from grass pea and commercial horseradish peroxidase, was used for the biosensor construction. The enzymes were co-immobilized on the surface of a graphite electrode together with the electrochemical mediator (Os-redox polymer). The electrochemical detection was performed at a low applied potential (?50 mV vs. Ag/AgCl, KCl0.1 M), where biases from interferences are minimal. The separation and determination of six BA, with relevance in food analysis (tyramine, putrescine, cadaverine, histamine, agmatine and spermidine), were investigated. Irrespective of the BA nature, the amine oxidase-based biosensor showed a linear response up to 5 mM, and its sensitivity decreases in the following order: cadaverine, putrescine, spermidine, agmatine, histamine and tyramine. The approach was used to estimate the BA content in fish samples, after their extraction with methanesulfonic acid.  相似文献

The thermal degradation of collagen-based materials, viz. collagen, recently manufactured parchments and tanned leathers, a heritage parchment and patrimonial (historical) leathers, was investigated by thermal analysis methods. With progressive heating, all these materials exhibit three main successive processes, associated with dehydration, protein denaturation and pyrolysis/oxidation. The analysis of both denaturation and thermo-oxidation revealed significant differences between aged leather, collagen, recently manufactured parchments and tanned leathers in terms of the number of overlapping processes (reflected in the number of peaks recorded at denaturation) and of the oxidative degradation rates, given by the normalised curves of differential thermal gravimetry (DTG). The various observations are proposed as qualitative indices for assessing the age and storage conditions of leather. A three-phase model was used for explaining the results. This consists of crystalline collagen filaments that are embedded in an amorphous matrix with an interface zone between the crystalline and amorphous regions. Solid-state 1H NMR investigations corroborate the thermal analysis results and enhance the understanding of the ageing processes.  相似文献

Oxycyanation of alkenes would allow the direct construction of useful β-hydroxy nitrile scaffolds. However, only limited examples of such reactions have been reported, and some problems including limited substrate scope and the lack of diastereocontrol in the case of the oxycyanation of internal alkenes have arisen. We herein report on the intermolecular oxycyanation of alkenes using p-toluenesulfonyl cyanide (TsCN) in the presence of tris(pentafluorophenyl)borane (B(C6F5)3) as a catalyst, affording products that contain a sulfinyloxy group and a cyano group at the vicinal position. The reaction features a stereospecific syn-addition. The reaction also shows a broad substrate scope with good functional group tolerance. Mechanistic investigations by experimental studies and density functional theory (DFT) calculations revealed that the reaction proceeds via an unprecedented stereospecific mechanism through the electrophilic cyanation of alkenes, in which B(C6F5)3 efficiently activates TsCN through the coordination of the cyano group to the boron center.  相似文献

Primary aromatic amines(PAAs) are substances with toxicity and suspected human carcinogenicity. A facile method for highly sensitive detection of PAAs using surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy(SERS)is reported. The immobilization of Au nanoparticles(AuNPs) on the glycidyl methacrylate–ethylene dimethacrylate(GMA-EDMA) materials makes the substrate a closely packed but not aggregated AuNP arrays which provides a prominent SERS enhancement. Four PAAs with different substituent groups,namely, p-toluidine, p-nitroaniline, benzidine and 4,4-methylene-bis-(2-chloroaniline) have been successfully identified and quantified. High sensitivity and good linear relationship between SERS signals and concentrations of PAAs are obtained for all four PAAs.  相似文献

In order to expand the repertoire of DNA sequences specifically interacting with transition metals, we report here the first examples of DNA sequences carrying mono- and bidentate phosphane ligands as well as P,N-ligands. Aminoalkyl-modified oligonucleotides have been reacted at predetermined internal sites with carboxylate derivatives of pyrphos, BINAP and phosphinooxazoline (PHOX) 2 b-d. Carbodiimide coupling in the presence of N-hydroxysuccinimide provided the DNA-ligand conjugates in 38-78 % yield. Phosphane-containing oligonucleotides and their phosphane sulfide analogues were characterized by mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF and FT-ICR-ESI) and their stability after purification and isolation was systematically investigated. While DNA-appended pyrphos ligand was quickly oxidized, BINAP and PHOX conjugates showed high stabilities, making them useful precursors for incorporation of transition metals into DNA.  相似文献

A new series of Te-Ru-Cu carbonyl complexes was prepared by the reaction of K(2)TeO(3) with [Ru(3)(CO)(12)] in MeOH followed by treatment with PPh(4)X (X=Br, Cl) and [Cu(MeCN)(4)]BF(4) or CuX (X=Br, Cl) in MeCN. When the reaction mixture of K(2)TeO(3) and [Ru(3)(CO)(12)] was first treated with PPh(4)X followed by the addition of [Cu(MeCN)(4)]BF(4), doubly CuX-bridged Te(2)Ru(4)-based octahedral clusters [PPh(4)](2)[Te(2)Ru(4)(CO)(10)Cu(2)X(2)] (X=Br, [PPh(4)](2)[1]; X=Cl, [PPh(4)](2)[2]) were obtained. When the reaction mixture of K(2)TeO(3) and [Ru(3)(CO)(12)] was treated with PPh(4)X (X=Br, Cl) followed by the addition of CuX (X=Br, Cl), three different types of CuX-bridged Te-Ru carbonyl clusters were obtained. While the addition of PPh(4)Br or PPh(4)Cl followed by CuBr produced the doubly CuBr-bridged cluster 1, the addition of PPh(4)Cl followed by CuCl led to the formation of the Cu(4)Cl(2)-bridged bis-TeRu(5)-based octahedral cluster compound [PPh(4)](2)[{TeRu(5)(CO)(14)}(2)Cu(4)Cl(2)] ([PPh(4)](2)[3]). On the other hand, when the reaction mixture of K(2)TeO(3) and [Ru(3)(CO)(12)] was treated with PPh(4)Br followed by the addition of CuCl, the Cu(Br)CuCl-bridged Te(2)Ru(4)-based octahedral cluster chain polymer {[PPh(4)](2)(Te(2)Ru(4)(CO)(10)Cu(4)Br(2)Cl(2)).THF}(infinity) ({[PPh(4)](2)[4].THF}(infinity)) was produced. The chain polymer {[PPh(4)](2)[4].THF}(infinity) is the first ternary Te-Ru-Cu cluster and shows semiconducting behavior with a small energy gap of about 0.37 eV. It can be rationalized as resulting from aggregation of doubly CuX-bridged clusters 1 and 2 with two equivalents of CuCl or CuBr, respectively. The nature of clusters 1-4 and the formation and semiconducting properties of the polymer of 4 were further examined by molecular orbital calculations at the B3LYP level of density functional theory.  相似文献
