Spherical LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2 was successfully prepared by controlled crystallization. The preparation started with the spherical coprecipitate of Ni1/3Co1/3Mn1/3CO3 from NiSO4, CoSO4, MnSO4, NH4HCO3, and NH3·H2O, followed by pyrolysis of Ni1/3Co1/3Mn1/3CO3 at 600°C for 3 h. The X-ray diffraction analysis showed that the homogeneous cubic (Ni1/3Co1/3Mn1/3)3O4 was obtained after the pyrolysis. Spherical LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2 was obtained by sintering of the mixture of as-obtained (Ni1/3Co1/3Mn1/3)3O4 and LiOH·H2O at 900°C for 6 h in air. As-prepared spherical LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2 presented initial discharge capacity of 162.9 mA h g−1 and capacity retention of 98% at 50th cycle.  相似文献

An extension of the Parikh-Wilczek's semi-classical quantum tunneling method, the tunneling radiation of the charged particle from a torus-like black hole is investigated. Difference from the uncharged mass-less particle, the geodesics of the charged massive particle tunneling from the black hole is not light-like, but determined by the phase velocity. The derived result shows that the tunneling rate depends on the emitted particle's energy and electric charge, and takes the same functional form as uncharged particle. It proves also that the exact emission spectrum is not strictly pure thermal, but is consistent with the underlying unitary theory. PACS Numbers: 04.70.Dy, 97.60.Lf, 05.30.Ch.  相似文献

For vertical-cavity surface-emitting lasers (VCSELs) with polarization-rotated feedback, there exist several synchronization types such as synchronizations between total powers and synchronizations between separate polarization modes. Based on the two-mode rate equations, we study and compare numerically the performances of different synchronization types. Our results show that three synchronization types exhibit good performances when their synchronization conditions are satisfied. They are the complete synchronization between total powers, complete synchronization between x-polarized modes, and generalized synchronization between x-polarized and y-polarized modes. The former two types are sensitive to the injection rate and spontaneous emission, while the third type is contrary. Synchronization type with the best performance may switch from one to another, with changing of injection rate and spontaneous emission factor.  相似文献

The propagation of non-axisymmetric guided waves in larger diameter pipes is studied in this paper by treating the guided waves as corresponding Lamb waves in an unwrapped plate. This approximation leads to a simpler method for calculating the phase velocities of hollow cylinder guided waves, which reveals a beam focusing nature of non-axisymmetric guided waves generated by a partial source loading. The acoustic fields in a pipe generated by a partial-loading source includes axisymmetric longitudinal modes as well as non-axisymmetric flexural modes. The circumferential distribution of the total acoustic field, also referred as an angular profile, diverges circumferentially while guided waves propagate with dependence on such factors as mode, frequency, cylinder size, propagation distance, etc. Exact prediction of the angular profile of the total field can only be realized by numerical calculations. In particular cases, however, when the wall thickness is far less than the cylinder diameter and the wavelength is smaller than or comparable to the pipe wall thickness, the acoustic field can be analyzed based on the characteristics of Lamb waves that travel along a periodic unwrapped plate. Based on this assumption, a simplified model is derived to calculate the phase velocities of non-axisymmetric flexural mode guided waves. The model is then applied to discussions on some particular characteristics of guided-wave angular profiles generated by a source loading. Some features of flexural modes, such as cutoff frequency values are predicted with the simpler model. The relationship between the angular profiles and other factors such as frequency, propagation distance, and cylinder size is obtained and presented in simple equations. The angular profile rate of change with respect to propagation distance is investigated. In particular, our simplified model for non-axisymmetric guided waves predicts that the wave beam will converge to its original circumferential shape after the wave propagates for a certain distance. A concept of "natural focal point" is introduced and a simple equation is derived to compute the 1st natural focal distance of non-axisymmetric guided waves. The applicable range of the simplified equation is provided. Industrial pipes meet the requirement of wall thickness being far less than the pipe diameter. The approximate analytical algorithms presented in this paper provides a convenient method enabling quick acoustic field analysis on large-diameter industrial pipes for NDE applications.  相似文献

A new method for the determination of trace mercury by solid substrate-room temperature phosphorimetry (SS-RTP) quenching method has been established. In glycine-HCl buffer solution, xylenol orange (XO) can react with Sn4+ to form the complex [Sn(XO)6]4+. [Sn(XO)6]4+ can interact with Fin (fluorescein anion) to form the ion associate [Sn(XO)6]4+·[(Fin)4], which can emit strong and stable room temperature phosphorescence (RTP) on polyamide membrane (PAM). Hg2+ can catalyze H2O2 oxidizing the ion association complex [Sn(XO)6]4+·[(Fin)4], which causes the RTP to quench. The ΔIp value is directly proportional to the concentration of Hg2+ in the range of 0.016–1.6 fg spot−1 (corresponding concentration: 0.040–4.0 pg ml−1, 0.40 μl spot−1), and the regression equation of working cure is ΔIp=10.03+83.15 m Hg2+ (fg spot−1), (r=0.9987, n=6) and the detection limit (LD) is 3.6 ag spot−1(corresponding concentration: 9.0×10–15 g ml−1, the sample volume: 0.4 μl). This simple, rapid, accurate method is of high selectivity and good repeatability, and it has been successfully applied to the determination of trace mercury in real samples. The reaction mechanism for catalyzing H2O2 oxidizing the ion association complex ([Sn(XO)6]4+·[(Fin)4]) SS-RTP quenching method to determine trace mercury is also discussed.  相似文献

The rate equation model of an extracavity Raman laser is deduced for the first time to the best knowledge of the authors. The normalized radiation transfer equations of the extracavity Raman laser are given. The normalized radiation transfer equations and rate equations were solved numerically to find the optimum reflectivity of the output coupler to realize the maximum conversion efficiency at the first Stokes for both the single and double-pass pumping configurations. Also, the pulse duration of the first Stokes was investigated numerically. The rate equations are verified to be a good approximation to the radiation transfer equations for the regime of low Raman gain and long pump pulse duration. Furthermore, it is found that the optimum reflectivity of the first Stokes and the second Stokes threshold are influenced significantly by the minor feedback of the resonator mirror at the second Stokes. High-density hexagonal aluminum nitride (h-AlN) nanowires were synthesized through the direct reaction of Al with nitrogen gas without catalyst and template using a direct arc discharge method. The as-grown AlN nanowires were characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, and Raman spectroscopy. The h-AlN nanowires have a diameter in the range 20–70 nm and a length of several tens of micrometers. Vapor–solid growth mechanisms can be employed to explain the formation of the h-AlN nanowires. Single aerosol particles were measured by matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization (MALDI) with an aerosol time-of-flight mass spectrometer (ATOFMS). The inlet to the ATOFMS was coupled with an evaporation/condensation flow cell that allowed matrix addition by condensation onto the particles. The coated particles entered the ion source through three-stage differentially pumped capillary inlet and were then ionized by a focused 266 nm Nd:YAG laser. The mass spectra and aerodynamic size of the single particles can be obtained simultaneously. The on-line matrix addition technique makes it possible to identify biological aerosols in real-time.  相似文献

利用原子簇模型Fe_4P简化了非晶态合金Fe_(80)P_(20)的局域结构,设计了四方锥、三角双锥、四面体及平面五边形等十几种构型,对其二、四重态分别进行密度泛函(DFT)优化计算,经过频率验证,获得五种稳定构型。从所得优化构型的键长和键级,可以发现原子簇Fe4P较好地反映了非晶态合金Fe_(80)P_(20)的局域结构。考察了各构型间的过渡转化情况,发现二重态构型的稳定性要好于四重态。分析各构型的能量、成键及电子转移情况,发现与P原子成键的Fe原子个数对这些性质影响较为明显。与P原子成键的Fe原子个数越多,体系的能量就越低,越容易存在;P原子的得电子能力随着与其成键Fe原子个数增多而减少,甚至会将失去自身电子转移到金属原子上。同时通过3d轨道布居数,讨论了原子簇的空穴数及磁学性质。  相似文献

利用高灵敏度的氢原子里德堡飞渡时间谱方法研究了 F H_2→HF H 反应碰撞能在5.02kJ/mol 下的交叉分子束反应态态散射动力学.所有在时间飞渡谱中被观测到的谱峰可以归属为 HF 产物的振转态结构.还观测到了明显的 HF(v’=3)前向散射,以及少许的 HF(v’=2)前向散射.  相似文献
