Fe(2+) cations in FeCl(2) or FeSO(4) were oxidized by graphene oxide, leading to an in situ deposition of Fe(3)O(4) nanoparticles onto the self-reduced graphene oxide (rGO) sheets. In this article, we designed and synthesized an amino-functionalized hybrid hydrocarbon/fluorocarbon double-chain phospholipid (ACFPC) containing one chain with the hydrophobic fluorocarbon chain and terminal amino, amide, and ether linkages and one chain with the hydrocarbon chain. The novel reactive phospholipid was fully characterized with Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (NMR), and mass spectrometry (MS). Then the self-assembly behaviors of the hybrid double-chain phospholipid in aqueous and acidic media were investigated with transmission electron microscopy (TEM), the critical micelle concentration (cmc), dynamic light scattering (DLS), and the hydrocarbon double-chain phospholipid (ACCPC) for comparison. Moreover, their self-assembled structures in aqueous and acidic media were simulated using the dissipative particle dynamics (DPD) method. These results suggest that the fluorocarbon/hydrocarbon hybrid-chain phospholipid can self-assemble into a more stable microstructure compared to the double hydrocarbon chain phospholipid, which will have the potential ability to self-assemble into a more stable minicking biomembrane structure onto material surfaces to inhibit protein adsorption under complicated physiological conditions.  相似文献

环向场(Toroidal Field, TF) 线圈是聚变堆主机关键系统综合研究设施(CRAFT) 的重要组成部分, 由CICC(Cable in Conduit Conductor) 导体完成线圈绕制, 通过真空压力浸渍(Vacuum Pressure Impregnation, VPI)完成线圈绝缘处理. 在树脂浸渍线圈绝缘层, 随后进行较长时间的高温固化, 以完全固化整个绝缘层的树脂. 在浸渍和固化过程中,VPI 模具不仅承受线圈本身的载荷, 还要承受大气压力、 内部打压、 热变形等. 为了保证线圈绝缘质量, 采用 CATIA 软件对 VPI 模具进行3D 建模, 并对 VPI 模具进行了 Ansys Workbench 有限元软件分析与校核. 分析表明,VPI 模具的设计合理, 为工程设计提供了理论和实践依据.  相似文献

通过加速碳化试验方法, 研究了碳化与氯盐复合作用下水泥浆体的微观结构, 分析了氯盐掺量对水泥基材料的抗碳化性能的影响. 同时, 利用X射线衍射分析了碳化前后样品的物相组成、水化产物类型和微观结构特征. 结果表明, 碳化养护更有利于浆体裂缝的愈合, 但碳化后大孔占比增加; 碳化作用下掺加氯盐会减缓水泥浆碳化速度; 碳化后产生单硫型水化硫铝酸钙和碳酸盐类物质, 钙矾石消失, 浆体的孔隙总体积减少, 孔隙结构得到了细化.  相似文献

Amphiphilic gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) were produced at liquid-liquid interface via ligand exchange between hydrophilic AuNPs and disulfide-containing polymer chains. By using oil droplets as templates, hybrid hollow capsules with AuNPs on the surfaces were obtained after interfacial cross-linking polymerization. The volume ratio of toluene to water exerts an important effect on the size of capsules. The average size of the capsules increases with the volume ratio. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and atomic force microscopy (AFM) were used to characterize the hollow structures. In this research, not only one-component but also multicomponent hollow capsules were prepared by copolymerization of acrylamide and hybrid AuNPs at liquid-liquid interface. Because of the improvement in hydrophilicity of the hollow capsules, the average size of multicomponent capsules is bigger than one-component ones in aqueous solution.  相似文献

A screen of aryloxy aminopropanol organocatalysts derived from the β-blocker inhibitor S-timolol determined the most active catalyst of asymmetric α-hydroxylation of β-keto esters. (R)-1-(tert-butylamino)-3-(3,4,5-trimethoxyphenoxy) propan-2-ol (3k) was the most effective derivative, enantioselectively catalyzing α-hydroxylation of β-keto esters using tert-butyl hydroperoxide as the oxidant in hexane to afford the corresponding products in excellent yield and with good enantioselectivity (up to 96% yield, 88% ee).  相似文献

Based on a boron dipyrromethene (BODIPY) derivative containing an N, O and S tridentate ligand, a Cu2+ fluorescent probe BTCu was developed. The detection mechanism was verified as Cu2+-promoted oxidative dehydrogenation of an amine moiety, leading to a formation of a fluorescent Cu+-Schiff base complex. Free BTCu exhibited a maximum absorption wavelength at 496 nm, and a very weak maximum emission at 511 nm. Upon addition of various metals ions, it showed large fluorescence enhancement toward Cu2+ (417-fold in MeCN and 103-fold in MeCN/HEPES solution, respectively) with high selectivity. The detection limits are as low as 1.74 × 10−8 M and 4.96 × 10−8 M in the two different solutions, respectively. And BTCu could work in a wide pH range with an extraordinary low pKa of 1.21 ± 0.06. Using fluorescence microscopy, the probe was shown to be capable of penetrating into living cells and imaging intracellular Cu2+ changes.  相似文献
