In the present study, proteins and glycoproteins of mouse embryos at 2-cell,morula and blastocyst stages were analyzed.The techniques of ~(35)S-Met incorporation,ConA antiserum-precipitating ConA-binding proteins, mini-2D-electrophoresis, fluorography,video densitometer scanning and the computer-lmage system were used for analyses.Results of the investigations indicated that proteins and glycoproteins were synthesized by the embryos in a gradual increase manner from 2-cell to blastocyst. A relatively large amount of glycoproteins was synthesized during the morula and blastocyst stages.Two specific small glycoproteins respectively with molecular weights about 6500 and 9000 and PIs at 5.0 and 6.5 were apparently synthesized in the blastocyst but not in the 2-cell or the morula. 相似文献

A novel type of corner reflector for the reflection of surface plasmon polariton (SPP) is proposed. The reflector consists
of two layers of compensatory media whose permittivity and permeability take opposite signs to that of the corresponding layer

LaAlO3 (LAO) gate dielectric films were deposited on Si substrates by low-pressure metalorganic chemical vapor deposition. The interfacial structure and composition distribution were investigated by high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), secondary-ion mass spectroscopy (SIMS), and Auger-electron spectroscopy (AES). HRTEM confirms that there exists an interfacial layer between LAO and Si in most samples. AES, SIMS, and XPS analyses indicate that the interfacial layer is compositionally graded La–Al silicate and the Al element is severely deficient close to the Si surface. Electrical properties of LAO films were evaluated. No evident difference in electrical properties between samples with and without native SiO2 layers was observed. We present numerical investigations of the transmission properties of electrons in a normal quantum wire tangentially attached
to a superconductor ring threaded by magnetic flux. A point scatterer with a δ -function potential is placed at node to model
scattering effect. We find that the transmission characteristics of electrons in this structure strongly depend on the normal
or superconducting state of the ring. The transmission probability as a function of the energy of incident electrons, in the
case of a superconductor ring threaded by one quantum magnetic flux, emerges one deep dip, imposed upon the first broad bump
in spectrum. This intrinsic conductance dip originates from the superconductor state of the ring. When increasing the magnetic
flux from one quantum magnetic flux to two, the spectrum shifts toward higher energy region in the whole. This conductance
dip accordingly shifts and appears in the second bump. In the presence of a point-scatterer at the node, the spectrum is substantially
modified. Based on the condition of the formation of the standing wave functions in the ring and the broken of the time-reserve
symmetry of Schr?dinger equation after switching magnetic flux, the characteristics of transmission of electrons in this structure
can be well understood.
