含锑配合物是治疗血吸虫病、肿瘤等的常用药物,我们曾对双邻苯二酚锑二乙基羟乙胺进行了晶体结构测定,本文简要报导双邻苯二酚锑二甲基羟乙胺的结构.锑化合物的制法与其二乙基羟乙铵衍生物类似.产物为淡黄色晶体,它在水溶液中长时间放置会变成紫黑色,因此,制得的晶体须立即用丙酮溶解进行重结晶.晶体的密度为1.667g/cm~3.按C_(16)H_(20)O_5NSb的元素分析结果(%)如下:Sb 28.3(28.5),C 43.9(44.9),N 3.3(3.3),H 4.7(4.7).括号内为理论值. 相似文献

Investigation of the electrocatalytic behavior of single-wall carbon nanotube films on an Au electrode 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
The voltammetric behavior of uric acid (UA) was studied with an Au electrode modified with single-wall carbon nanotubes (SWNTs). In 0.1 M HAc-NaAc buffer solution (pH 5.0), the SWNT-modified electrode shows high electrocatalytic activity toward UA oxidation. The electro-oxidation of UA is an irreversible diffusion-controlled process with a diffusion coefficient (D) of 8.85×10−6 cm2 s−1. The peak current increases linearly with the concentration of UA in the range of 4.0×10−6-7.0×10−4 M. The detection limit is 1.0×10−6 M. The SWNT was characterized with scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Furthermore, the SWNT-modified electrode has favorable electrocatalytic activity toward dopamine and norepinephrine. This SWNT-modified electrode can also separate the electrochemical responses of uric acid, norepinephrine and ascorbic acid. 相似文献

A simple and rapid electrochemical method to detect the hydroxyl radical is described. This method employed the reaction between.OH and dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) to generate quantitatively formaldehyde, which then reacted with hydrazine hydrochloride at pH 6.2. The product showed a second-order derivative cathodic wave with the peak potential of -1.08 V( vsSCE) by single sweep oscillopolarography. The electrochemical behavior of the product was investigated by single sweep oscillopolarography and cyclic voltammetry. The experimental conditions for the measurement were optimized and the scavenging activity of some flavonoids on hydroxyl radicals was studied. 相似文献

Water‐soluble low molecular weight chitosan of nanometer level and its copper complexes were prepared, and characterized by IR spectra, elemental analysis and gel permeation chromatography (GPC). The modes and mechanism of these copper complexes interaction with DNA were studied by a fluorescent probe method and electrophoresis analysis. It is suggested that there are electrostatic and intercalation modes of copper complexes interacting with DNA. At first, the cationic complex electrostaticly binds to the negatively charged phosphate backbone of DNA, and then a portion of the complex intercalates between the base pairs on the DNA duplex strand. The La(III) complex with a new amide‐type tripodal ligand,2,2′.2″‐nitrilotris{[(2′‐benzylaminofomyl)‐phenoxylethyl)amine (L), was synthesized and characterized by X‐ray crystallographic analysis. Crystal data: C48H55.50LaN7O18.75, Mr=1169.40, monoclinic. space group, P21/n, a= 1.0644(3) nm. b=2.3889(5) nm, c= 2.1917(5) nm, β=90.65°, V=5.573(2) nm3, Z=1, Dc=1.394 g°cm?3, R1=0.0487, wR [1>2s?(I)]=0.1266. The results reveal that each La(III) ion binds to 9 oxygen atoms, three of which belong to carbonyl groups from three tripodal ligands and six to three bidentate nitrate groups and a two‐dimensional sheet of 4.82 networks is assembled by metal‐ligand coordination interaction. L, a heptadentate compound, merely acts as a tridentate bridging spacer due to its steric hindrance and links the La(III) ions as three‐connected nodes. 相似文献

以乙酸为共溶剂,制备了壳聚糖-聚羟基丁酸酯(CTS-PHB)共混膜,利用红外光谱(FT-IR)、广角X粉末衍射(WAXD)、扫描电镜(SEM)及差热分析(DTA)表征了共混膜的化学组成、晶形、形貌和热稳定性能。研究表明:CTS和PHB可在体积百分数为62.5%的乙酸溶液中共混,形成表面光滑、不透明的膜,干态共混膜具备一定的力学强度。各比例的CTS-PHB共混膜有相同的热分解温度,共混膜的形貌特征随两组分质量配比变化,其中mPHB/mCTS=1/1的共混膜显示出良好的有序结构。 相似文献
