The synthesis and characterization of CuX2L; (X = CH3CH2COO?, ClCH2CH2COO?, CH3CHClCOO? or CH3CCl2COO?; and L = 4-acetylpyridine N-oxide) is reported. The characterization of these compounds was based on electronic, infrared and EPR spectra, as well as magnetic measurements over the temperature range. Several correlations between the spectral and magnetic data as well as pKa values of the respective acids were found and discussed. On the basis of spectral and magnetic data the structures of the compounds are discussed. 相似文献
In the two-hase water-nitrobenzene extraction system, a method for gradual separation of Cs+, Sr2+ and Ba2+ from the mixture of cations forming stable non-extractable complexes with ethylenediamine-N, N, N,N-tetraacetic acid in the presence of the sodium salt of dicarbollylcobaltate anion {[-(3)-1, 2-B9C2H11]2 Co(III)}– and polyethylene glycol ligand with a mean relative molecular mass of 400 (PEG 400), respectively, was developed. In the first extraction step, Cs+ was extracted into the organic phase while the other cations studied (Ca2+, Sr2+, Ba2+, Zn2+, Co2+, Ce3+) remained in the aqueous phase. In the second extraction step, Sr2+ and Ba2+ were extracted into the nitrobenzene phase. Finally, in the following reextraction step, Sr2+ was transferred into the aqueous phase while Ba2+ remained in the organic phase. 相似文献
Two groups of polymer networks (polymer resins) are investigated by selective liquid sorption fromn-propanol-water mixtures. Group 1 consists of gel polymerized polar (hydrophilic) ion exchangers which swell in the binary liquid mixture. Group 2 consists of non-polar, non-swelling, macroporous resins. The free energy isotherms accompanying the sorption processes are calculated from the excess isotherms and the bulk activities. The adsorption excess free energies reveal the differences in polarity of the polymer network. 相似文献
Using two-dimensional electrophoresis we investigated the effect of 5-aminolevulinic acid (ALA)-based photodynamic therapy (PDT; induction with 1 mM ALA for 4 h followed by blue light dose of 18 J/cm2) on the protein expression in HL60 leukemia cells. ALA-PDT resulted in extensive qualitative and quantitative changes in the protein pattern of HL60 cell lysates. Of more than 1350 protein spots recognized on the protein maps of ALA-induced cells, seven proteins were enhanced and 17 suppressed following irradiation. Three of these, calreticulin precursor, p58 microsomal protein (ERp57) and protein disulfide isomerase (p55) have been identified by matrix-assisted laser desorption and ionization-mass spectrometry and the pI/molecular weight parameters of the affected proteins were estimated by computer analysis. The findings suggest participation of endoplasmic reticulum Ca(2+)-binding chaperones and/or Ca2+ signaling in ALA-PDT mediated cytotoxicity. 相似文献
Direct reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatographic methods were developed for the separation of the enantiomers of tricyclic β-lactams, cis-3,4-benzo-6-azabicyclo[3.2.0]heptan-7-one, cis-4,5-benzo-7-azabicyclo[4.2.0]-octan-8-one, cis-5,6-benzo-8-azabicyclo[5.2.0]nonan-9-one and new bicyclic β-amino acids, the six- and seven-membered homologues of cis-1-amino-4,5-benzocyclopentane-2-carboxylic acid (benzocispentacin), cis-1-amino-5,6-benzocyclohexane-2-carboxylic acid and cis-1-amino-6,7-benzocycloheptane-2-carboxylic acid. The direct separations of the analytes were performed on chiral stationary phase (CSP) columns containing the macrocyclic glycopeptide antibiotic teicoplanin (Chirobiotic T), teicoplanin aglycone (Chirobiotic TAG), vancomycin (Chirobiotic V), vancomycin aglycone (Chirobiotic VAG), ristocetin A (Chirobiotic R) or a new dimethylphenyl carbamate-derivatized β-cyclodextrin-based Cyclobond DMP. The results achieved with the different methods were compared in systematic chromatographic examinations. The effects of an organic modifier and of the mobile phase composition on the separation and the separation efficiency of different columns were investigated. The difference in enantioselective free energy between the aglycone CSP and the teicoplanin CSP for these β-lactams and β-amino acids ranged between 0.3 and −1.1 kJmol−1. Better enantioseparations were attained in most cases on the aglycone CSP.
Zusammenfassung PyrogallolcarbonsÄure kann mit Vorteil als Indicator bei der direkten Titration von Calciumsalzlösungen mit 0,1 m Komplexon(III)-lösung benutzt werden. Es ergibt sich ein scharfer Farbumschlag von Violettrot nach Gelb; die Titrationsergebnisse stimmen auch in Anwesenheit von Magnesiumsalz sowohl untereinander als auch mit den Sollwerten sehr befriedigend überein.Die direkte Titration von Barium- oder Strontium-Ionen ist wegen des in diesen FÄllen undeutlichen Farbumschlages nicht zu empfehlen. Dagegen sind beide Metall-Ionen (und auch Ca-Ion) gut zu bestimmen, wenn man mit einem gemessenen Komplexonüberschu\ versetzt und den unverbrauchten Rest mit 0,1 m Bariumchloridlösung zurücktitriert. Der Farbumschlag des PyrogallolcarbonsÄure-Indicators von Gelb nach Violettrot ist scharf.Das gleiche indirekte Bestimmungsverfahren (Rücktitration mit 0,1 m BaCl2-Lösung) eignet sich auch zur Bestimmung von Blei-, Cadmium-, Aluminium- und Zink-Ionen. 相似文献
Extraction of microamounts of cesium by a nitrobenzene solution of hydrogen dicarbollylcobaltate (H+B−) in the presence of dibenzo-24-crown-8 (DB24C8,L) has been investigated. The equilibrium data have been explained assuming that the complexes HL+ and CsL+ are extracted into the organic phase. Changes of the rheological properties of hyaluronic acid (sodium-magnesium salt) solutions after exposure to UV radiation
indicate a vigorous decrease in their viscosity, but its still strong shear rate dependence. Whereas the presence of the singlet
oxygen sensitizer (anthracene-1-sulphonic acid) brings about a loss of shear dependence; the studied solutions show newtonian
