We report the synthesis and characterisation of unprecedented unstrained [2]diborametallocenophanes of zirconium and hafnium that bear the bulky octamethylfluorenyl (η(5)-C(29)H(36)) system, the proligands of which were pre-constructed by a two-step synthesis. The compounds were fully characterised by NMR spectroscopy, MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry and X-ray diffraction analysis. Typical reactivities relevant to olefin polymerisation such as methylation and chloride abstraction were also investigated. Finally, a sterically demanding bis(octamethylfluorenyl) metallocene was prepared. 相似文献

Oligomeric ferrocenes were investigated simultaneously by matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time of flight mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOFMS). The oligomers were obtained by the reaction of tetrahydro-4,4,8,8-tetramethyl-4,8-disila-s-indacene-3a,7a-diyldilithium (Li(2)L) with FeCl(2).1.5 THF (THF = tetrahydrofuran). Depending on the reaction conditions up to ten linear-chain and eleven cyclic ferrocene oligomers with masses between 1139 and 5071 Da could be detected unambiguously. The most abundant macrocycles contained ten and seven iron atoms when the reactions were carried out at -20 and 25 degrees C, respectively. The chains had cyclopentadienes as end groups and formally resulted from replacing one iron of a cycle by two hydrogens, which corresponds to a mass difference of 54 Da. Energy curves and transition moments of the excited valence states of Hg2 were obtained in a model calculation based on calculated Mg2 energy levels and the assumption that the asymptotic spin-orbit matrix elements for the Hg atom are applicable to the molecular states. The spin-orbit and orbital-rotational interaction of the excited states of Hg2 is analyzed in both a Hund's case (c) and (a) representation. The intermediate (a) → (c) transition moments are obtained as a function of the internuclear distance. The effect of the orbital-rotational interaction which introduces Hund's case (b) and (e) couplings is found to be small for transitions among excited states under the conditions normally encountered for populating excimer states.Using the energy level positions and transition moments, the observed spectra and predicted spectra are compared for both radiative transitions including the ground state and among the excited states. The lifetime of the excimer state is calculated to be 1.4 μsec with the 335 nm band assigned to the transition. The 485 nm bands cannot be assigned to any Hg2 transitions. Strong bound-continuum absorptions are predicted for the 485 nm bands. On the other hand, the 335 nm emission is predicted to be absorbed by bound-bound transitions only. 相似文献

Polymeric Micelles Employing Platinum(II) Linker for the Delivery of the Kinase Inhibitor Dactolisib

Polymeric micelles are attractive nanocarriers for hydrophobic drug molecules such as the kinase inhibitor dactolisib. Two different poly(ethylene glycol)–poly(acrylic acid) (PEG‐b‐PAA) block‐copolymers are synthesized, PEG(5400)‐b‐PAA(2000) and PEG(10000)‐b‐PAA(3700), respectively. Polymeric micelles are formed by self‐assembly once dactolisib is conjugated via the ethylenediamine platinum(II) linker (Lx) to the PAA block of the block copolymers. Dactolisib micelles with dactolisib loading content of 17% w/w show good colloidal stability and display sustained release of Lx‐dactolisib over 96 h in PBS at 37 °C, while media containing reagents that compete for platinum coordination (e.g., glutathione (GSH) or dithiothreitol (DTT)) effectuate release of the parent inhibitor dactolisib at similar release rates. Dactolisib/lissamine‐loaded micelles are internalized by human breast adenocarcinoma cells (MCF‐7) in a dose and time‐dependent manner as demonstrated by confocal microscopy. Dactolisib‐loaded micelles inhibit the PI3K/mTOR signaling pathway at low concentrations (400 × 10?9 m ) and exhibit potent cytotoxicity against MCF‐7 cells with IC50 values of 462 ± 46 and 755 ± 75 × 10?9 m for micelles with either short or longer PEG‐b‐PAA block lengths. In conclusion, dactolisib loaded PEG‐b‐PAA micelles are successfully prepared and hold potential for nanomedicine‐based tumor delivery of dactolisib. 相似文献

The rheology of reversible coordination polymer networks in aqueous solution is studied. The polymers are formed by neodymium(III) ions and bifunctional ligands, consisting of two pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylate groups connected at the 4-positions by an ethylene oxide spacer. Neodymium(III) ions can bind three of these terdendate ligand groups. At high concentrations, the polymer networks yield viscoelastic materials, which can be described with the Maxwell model. The scaling of the elastic modulus, relaxation time, and zero-shear viscosity with concentration are in good agreement with the predictions of Cates' model that describes the dynamics of linear equilibrium polymers. This indicates that the networks have only few cross-links and can be described as linear equilibrium polymers. The gels are also thermo-reversible. At high temperatures, fast relaxation was found, resulting in liquidlike behavior. Upon cooling, the viscoelastic properties returned immediately. From the temperature dependence of the relaxation time, an activation energy of 49 kJ/mol was determined for the breaking and reptation of the polymers. 相似文献
