An HPLC method was developed for studying the stability of [3H] stobadin stored in physiological saline or buffers at various pH. Static softening of AISI 321 steel after cold and hot deformation characterizing the industrial thermomechanical treatment was studied by means of tensile tests and TEM. The deformation temperature, the strain and the grain size were the main parameters determining the final softening. The results can be applied for optimization of the solution annealing.  相似文献

In the present paper we report the first experimental results on ac and dc conductivity and permittivity of adenine hemisulphate hydrate and adenine sulphate measured at atmospheric and high hydrostatic pressures. For both materials ac conductivity is of s type, where:s 1·1· Room temperature dc conductivity of adenine hemisulphate hydrate equals approximately 5×10–15 –1 cm–1 with an activation energy of 0·86 eV; dc conductivity of adenine sulphate is less than 10–16 cm–1. On the basis of these measurements and those carried out at high pressure, it is concluded that conductivity of adenine hemisulphate hydrate is of electronic type.The authors wish to thank Dr. J. We calculate the density of states for the nondegenerate Anderson model for various values ofu=U/ andn f using the perturbation theory withu as the expansion parameter. Summing all the -independent self-energy diagrams, we use the Friedel sum rule and Ward identities to express the physical quantities in terms of the remaining -dependent part of the self-energy, which we evaluate to the 2nd order. The results for the spin and charge susceptibilities obtained in such a way compare rather well with the Bethe-ansatz results. The density of states exhibits different features in different parts of the parameter space. In Kondo region (u>1,n f 1, i.e., – f ~U/2), we obtain a many-body resonance (half-width T K ) around the Fermi level and two broad peaks () at about f +n f U and f +U. In the VF region (u>1, and | f |) we obtain only two peaks (), one at about f and one between f +n f U and f +U. The consequences regarding the shape of the photoemission and inverse photoemission spectra of Ce intermetallics are discussed.  相似文献

Summary A spectroscopic examination was made of a series of metal complexes of 2,5-dibenzoyl-3,4-dihydroxyselenophen. The behavior of the bismuth complex and the possibilities of a spectrophotometric method of determining bismuth in this manner were studied thoroughly.

Ordered porous silicas with unprecedented loadings of pendant vinyl groups have been synthesized via co-condensation of tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS) and triethoxyvinylsilane (TEVS) under basic conditions in the presence of cetyltrimethylammonium surfactant. The resulting organosilicate-surfactant composites exhibited at least one low-angle X-ray diffraction (XRD) peak up to the TEVS:TEOS molar ratio of 7:3 (70% TEVS loading) in the synthesis gel. The surfactant was removed from these composites without any structural collapse. Nitrogen adsorption provided strong evidence of the presence of uniformly sized pores and the lack of phase separation up to TEVS:TEOS ratios as high as 13:7 (65% TEVS loading), whereas (29)Si MAS NMR and high-resolution thermogravimetry showed essentially quantitative incorporation of the organosilane. Thus, a hitherto unachieved loading level for pendant groups, considered by many to be impossible to achieve for stable organosilicas because of the expected framework connectivity constraints, has been obtained. The resulting vinyl-functionalized silicas exhibited gradually decreasing pore diameter (from 2.8 to 1.7 nm for TEVS loadings of 25-65%) and pore volume as the loading of pendant groups increased, but the specific surface area was relatively constant. Because of the reactivity of vinyl groups, ordered silicas with very high loadings of these groups are expected to be robust starting materials for the synthesis of other organic-functionalized ordered microporous materials. Herein, we demonstrate that these starting materials can also be transformed via calcination into ordered microporous silicas with pore diameters tailorable from 2.5 to as little as 1.4 nm simply by using an appropriate loading of the vinyl-functionalized precursor. This ease of the micropore size adjustment and the attained degree of structural ordering (as judged from XRD) have not been reported before. The novel ordered microporous materials reported herein are promising as adsorbents and catalyst supports.  相似文献

Model ethyl acrylate–methacrylic acid copolymer latices and latices of particles cross-linked by copolymerizing small amounts of water-soluble N,N′-methylenebisacrylamide were prepared by nonseeded semicontinuous emulsion copolymerization. Dynamic and static light scattering measurements indicated a slightly higher degree of polydispersity in the case of cross-linked particles, especially in the initial stages of polymerization. The hydrodynamic volume of the alkalinized particles controlling the viscosity properties of the dispersions decreased with the time of polymerization and in the case of cross-linked copolymer almost reached a constant value at about 1 h. The different character of the particle structure was confirmed by differences in particle disintegration after alkali addition or in the presence of methanol. The multiphase character of phosphate uptake kinetics was stated in the experiments with intact maize roots depending on different phosphorus concentration in the external solution /from 0.0001 to 50 mM P/. The single phases are characterized by different Km and Vmax values as well as by transition points /T/. The separate phases of the multiphase isotherm of phosphates uptake are distinguished by transition points. T determines the critical concentration of phosphorus as a function of active membrane transport system /i.e. T1–2=0.39 mM; T2–3=1.96 mM; T3–4=10 mM; T4–5=33 mM/.  相似文献

Summary The inhibitory effect on cholinesterase activity is the only common attribute of organophosphorus pesticides and carbamates. Therefore a screening test based on cholinesterase assay is suitable for detection of total pesticides in the pollution control of surface waters. The reaction-rate cholinesterase assay in which acetylthiocholine iodide is used as substrate and 5,5-dithio-bis (2-nitrobenzoic acid) (Ellman's reagent) as indicator, with spectrophotometric monitoring at 412 nm for 2 min is applied. The detection limits for various pesticides in aqueous solutions have been determined. The results are comparable to those of gas Chromatographic analyses and for carbamates are even better. The sensitivity can be improved by two orders of magnitude by preconcentration on Amberlite XAD-4 column. The collection efficiency of about 80% for all the pesticides tested has been confirmed by gas chromatography. A rapid and simple field test is based on the same assay system. The reaction is stopped by complete inhibition of the enzyme and the colour is compared visually with that of standards prepared by dilution of the initial enzyme solution, and the comparison is facilitated by use of a red filter (max 555 nm). A relative standard deviation of 5.5% was obtained for 3 series of sample covering the range 0–100% inhibition, 9 experiments done by 6 persons.
Nachweis von Spuren Cholinesterase hemmender Faktoren in Oberflächenwässern
Zusammenfassung Der hemmende Effekt gegenüber Cholinesterase ist das einzige gemeinsame Kennzeichen phosphor-organischer Pestizide und Carbamate. Der Nachweis mit Cholinesterase eignet sich daher für den Nachweis von Pestiziden bei der Reinheitskontrolle von Oberflächengewässern. Der Nachweis mit Acetylthiocholinjodid als Substrat und 5,5-Dithio-bis(2-nitrobenzoe-säure) (Ellmans Reagens) als Indikator durch spektrophotometrische Bestimmung bei 412 nm wurde angewendet. Die Erfassungsgrenzen für verschiedene Pestizide in wäßriger Lösung wurden bestimmt. Die Ergebnisse sind mit denen gaschromatographischer Analysen vergleichbar, für Carbamate sogar besser. Die Empfindlichkeit kann durch Anreicherung mit Amberlit XAD-4 um zwei Größenordnungen verbessert werden. Die Anreicherung um ungefähr 80% wurde gaschromatographisch für alle untersuchten Pestizide bestätigt. Ein schneller und einfacher Feldversuch beruht auf demselben Reaktionsvorgang. Die Reaktion wird durch vollständige Hemmung des Enzyms abgebrochen und die Farbe visuell verglichen mit verdünnten Standardlösungen der ursprünglichen Enzymlösung. Dieser Vergleich wird durch ein Rotfilter (max 555 nm) erleichtert. Eine relative Standardabweichung von 5,5% wurde für 3 Probenreihen mit einem Hemmungseffekt von 0–100% erhalten, wobei 6 Personen 9 Versuche durchführten.
