Control of gain and thermal carrier loss profiles for mode optimization in 980-nm broad-area vertical-cavity surface-emitting lasers

Optical gain and thermal carrier loss distributions regarding current diffusion and various electric contact areas are investigated to improve the near-field modes from the ring-shape to a Gaussian-like configuration for extra-broad-area and oxide-confined vertical-cavity surface-emitting lasers. In this work an equivalent circuit network model is used. The resistance of the continuously-graded distributed Bragg reflectors （DBRs）, the current diffusion and the temperature effect due to different electric-contact areas are calculated and analyzed at first, as these parameters affect one another and are the key factors in determining the gain and thermal carrier loss. Finally, the gain and thermal carrier loss distributions are calculated and discussed.     

Study and design of a low cost optical pickup based on double FBGs

A fiber Bragg grating (FBG) pickup exploiting Intensity Modulation-Direct Detection (IM-DD) interrogation system was put forward in this paper. The feasibility of detecting the vibration of the guitar was revealed by FFT analysis. There was certain correlation between the FBG pickup and the magnetic pickup. A high signal-to-noise ratio (42.85 dB) was obtained. The FBG pickup has a frequency response range (0–3000 Hz) that is comparable to the reference pickup. The results indicated that the proposed pickup is effective to pick up the vibration. A simple structure design and low-cost interrogation system set-ups were proposed.     

基于比例积分控制原理预测钻井全过程原始地层温度的新方法研究

应用比例积分控制原理将瞬态传热模型预测结果与出口 温度实测数据逐步进行反馈可准确预测原始静态地层温度. 为此, 本文基于井下各控制组件质量、动量及能量守恒原理, 建立了实际井身结构与钻具组合条件下循环和停止循环期间井筒-地层温度分布全瞬态传热模型, 应用全隐式有限差分法进行求解, 并引入比例积分控制原理对比分析实测温度与预测温度的误差范围进而精确、 快速获取原始地层温度. 结合一口深井基础数据计算表明, 套管下入深度改变了井筒-地层间热交换效率, 进而影响了近井壁地层温度分布状况; 同时, 钻井过程中循环和停止循环作业过程改变了井下各控制组件的初始条件与边界条件, 致使近井壁原始地层温度分布距离产生变化. 建立的数学模型和研究方法可为石油钻井、地热井开采及地球深部原始地层温度信息准确、 经济、快速获取提供理论基础. 关键词： 原始地层温度 循环与停止循环 瞬态传热模型 比例积分控制原理     

Au/SrTiO3/Au界面电阻翻转效应的低频噪声分析

本文研究了Au/SrTiO₃/Au三明治结构中的双极电阻翻转效应, 观察到高、低阻态的电阻弛豫现象. 低频噪声测量表明高、低阻态的电阻涨落表现出1/f行为. 对比试验表明, 高阻态的低频噪声来源于反向偏置肖特基势垒和氧空位的迁移, 强度较大, 低阻态的噪声则源于类欧姆接触底电极区域的氧空位迁移导致的载流子涨落, 强度较低. 同时, 界面上氧空位浓度的弛豫导致了高、低阻态的弛豫过程. 关键词： 电阻翻转效应 低频噪声 氧空位     

Multipacting analysis in micro-pulse electron gun

Modeling multipacting to steady state saturation is of interest in determining the performance of the micro-pulse electron gun. In this paper, a novel method is proposed to calculate the multipacting resonance param- eters for the gun. This method works well, and the 2-D simulation results suggest that steady state saturation can be achieved in the gun. After saturation the transition from two-surface multipacting to single-surface multipacting occurred, and an extensive range of electron emission time is a suggested way to avoid this kind of transition.     

Ge掺杂n型Sn基VIII型单晶笼合物的制备及热电传输特性

采用Sn自熔剂法制备了具有n型传导的VIII型Ba8Ga16 xGexSn30(0 x 1.0)单晶笼合物,并对其结构和热电特性进行研究.研究结果表明:Ge在单晶中的实际含量较少,随着掺杂量的增加样品的晶格常数略有减小,Ge掺杂后样品的载流子浓度较掺杂前低,迁移率增加;所有样品的Seebeck系数均为负值,且绝对值较未掺杂样品低,但Ge掺杂后样品的电导率提高了62%;x=0.5的样品在500 K附近取得最大ZT值1.25.     

反相高效液相色谱法测定小鼠脑中的梓醇

建立了小鼠脑组织中梓醇的反相高效液相色谱检测方法.色谱柱为Agilent Zorbax SB-AqC18亲水色谱柱,流动相为水-乙腈(99.5:0.5,V/V).流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为210nm,柱温为30℃.梓醇含量在0.8-40.8μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r为0.9999.平均回收率为70.0％-77.4％,RSD≤5.9％.按照5mg/kg给药剂量,C57小鼠腹腔注射梓醇,结果显示2h后,0.29％的给药量可以通过血脑屏障进入脑组织.所建立的RP-HPLC法简便,快速,准确,可靠,能较好的应用于小鼠脑组织中梓醇的测定.     

Tunable multi-function broadband splitter with optical bistability based on surface plasmon

A tunable multi-function broadband splitter consisted of a silver film, Kerr medium and a silver grating sandwiched between linear dielectrics waveguides is proposed and numerically investigated. This splitter can realize the functions of the beam splitter, the polarization splitter and wavelength beam splitter. This surface plasmon based device provides a unique approach for polarization sensitive manipulation of light in an integrated circuit and will be essential for future classical and quantum information processes.     

Theoretical analysis of the performance of a single side band multicarrier source based on a re-circulating frequency shifter influenced by an optical bandpass filter

An optical bandpass filter （OBF） is an important element whose properties considerably influence the output performance of a single side band multicarrier source based on a re-circulating frequency shifter. The influence of the OBF in the loop on the output spectrum is theoretically analyzed. Numerical simulations and experiments are Mso carried out. Results show that the steepness and deepness of a nonflat-top filter influence the stability of the spectrum of an output multicarrier. To obtain multicarrier output with tone to noise ratio （TNR） 〉26 dB and error vector magnitude （EVM） 〈0.25, the steepness ratio of the filter should be greater than 0.75 and deepness should be larger than 0.99.
