简并四波混频中的能级交叉效应

我们用微扰方法计算了近简并准二能级系统的三阶非线性极化率x⁽³⁾(-ω;ω,ω,-ω)。研究了简并四波混频的能级交叉效应,并与共振荧光的能级交叉效应比较。指出简并四波混频的能级交叉效应可用来测量上能级及下能级的弛豫速率。 关键词：     

Synthesis of Highly Sensitive Fluorescent Probe Based on Tetrasubstituted Imidazole and Its Application for Selective Detection of Ag+ Ion in Aqueous Media

A small molecule fluorescent probe, 4-[2-(4-chlorophenyl)-4,5-diphenyl-1H-imidazol-1-yl]aniline(L) for detecting Ag⁺ ion was gently synthesized via one-pot multi-component reaction catalyzed by H₃[PW₁₂O₄₀] under solvent-free microwave irradiation. When the concentration of Ag⁺ ion changed from 0 to 8.0×10⁻⁶ mol/L in the solution of H₂O/CH₃OH(19:1, volume ratio), the fluorescence emission spectrum was blue-shifted and accompanied by a gradual increase in fluorescence intensity with a low detection limit of 3.0×10⁻¹¹ mol/L. Moreover, UV-Vis absorption titration experiment demonstrated a 1:1 stoichiometric ratio and an association constant of (9.95±0.44)×10⁵ L/mol between probe L and Ag⁺ ion, and thus their complexation mechanism was also proposed and verified. More importantly, this fluorescent probe was remarkably specific for Ag⁺ ion under the interference of other metal ions and exhibited a wide pH application range of 4.0-8.0. Additionally, preliminary application of this probe was also carried out and satisfactory results were shown.     

羊红膻中微量元素含量的测定

采用高分辨全谱直读电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪测定了羊红膻(Pimpinella thellungianaWolff)药材地上与地下不同部位中含Cu、K、Na、Fe、Se、Mg、As、Ca、Cd、Cr、Mn、Ni、P、Pb和Zn等15种微量元素含量,并进行了比较。结果表明,重金属As和Pb几乎检测不到,K含量均高;同时也为羊红膻药理作用及临床用药提供科学依据。

高效毛细管电泳安培法测定海虾中呋喃唑酮的残留量

建立了测定虾中呋喃唑酮残留量的高效毛细管电泳-安培法.探讨了缓冲溶液浓度、酸碱度及其操作电压,进样时间,有机添加剂等条件对检测的影响.在硼砂-氢氧化钠(硼砂浓度为30mmol/L, pH:9.0)为电泳介质,甲醇为有机添加剂,在25kV分离高压的实验条件下:方法的线性范围为0.5～100mg/L,相关系数r=0.9992,检出限为0.01mg/L.     

静电陀螺仪MUM小角度读取的相关技术研究

讨论了同步解调法实现静电陀螺仪质量不平衡调制（MUM，Mass-Unbalanced Modulation）小角度读取的原理，分析了影响读取分辨率的各种因素，并对其实施方案中的相关技术进行了探讨。研究表明，尽管MUM读取方案非常适用于实心转子静电陀螺仪，但前提是将其小角度读取的分辨率提高到可与光电方法相比的水平（角秒级）。要实现这一目标，首先要保证转子和电极的机械特性达到一定要求；在此基础上，还要在支承系统的结构、转子位移测量电路设计等方面进行精心设计。     

Amperometric Hydrogen Peroxide Biosensor Based on Multiwall Carbon Nanotubes and Cadmium Sulfide Quantum Dots

<正>A novel third-generation hydrogen peroxide(H_2O_2) biosensor(Hb/CdS/MWNTs/GCE) was fabricated through hemoglobin(Hb) adsorbed onto the mercaptoacetic acid modified CdS QDs/carboxyl multiwall carbon nanotubes'(MWNTs) films.Cyclic voltammogram of Hb/CdS/MWNTs/GCE showed a pair of well-defined and quasi-reversible redox peaks with a formal potential(E~0) of-0.230 V(vs.Ag/AgCl) in 0.1 mol/L pH=8.0 phosphate buffer solution(PBS),which was the characteristic of the Hb heme Fe(Ⅲ)/Fe(Ⅱ) redox couple.The biosensor shows an excellent electrocatalytic activity to the reduction of H_2O_2.The response time of the designed biosensor to H_2O_2 at a potential of -0.30 V was less than 2 s and linear relationships were obtained in the concentration ranges of 2.0×10~(-6)—2.7×10~(-3) mol/L and 2.7×10~(-3)—7.7×10~(-3) mol/L with a detection limit of 3.0×10~(-7)mol/L(S/N=3).The apparent Michaelis-Menten constant K_m was estimated to be 1.324 mmol/L that illustrated the excellent biological activity of the fixed Hb.     

Fe-ZSM-5 分子筛催化剂上N2O一步氧化苯制苯酚的积炭动力学

 采用等温固定床反应器和热重分析相结合的方法研究了 Fe-ZSM-5 分子筛上 N2O 一步氧化苯制苯酚的积炭行为, 考察了反应时间、温度和原料配比对积炭量的影响. 依据实验现象和积炭物组分分布的气相色谱-质谱分析结果, 提出了 Fe-ZSM-5 分子筛上 N2O 一步氧化苯制苯酚的积炭机理. 结果表明, Fe-ZSM-5 分子筛上的积炭物种主要来源于氧化产物苯酚的深度氧化, 属连串失活. 基于所提出的积炭机理和实验结果, 建立了 Fe-ZSM-5 分子筛催化剂的积炭动力学模型, 统计检验和残差分布检验表明, 所建模型与实验结果相容, 可靠性强.     

Synthesis,Crystal Structure,Vibrational Spectroscopy,and Thermal Behavior of Y[B_2O_3（OH）]_3

The hydroxy yttrium hexaborate,Y[B2O3(OH)]3,has been synthesized under mild hydrothermal conditions at 458 K.The crystal structure was solved and refined from single-crystal X-ray diffraction.It adopts a trigonal space group R3c(No.161) with a = 8.3942(4),c = 20.6484(12) ,V = 1260.03(12) 3,YB6H3O12,Mr = 348.79,Z = 6,Dc = 2.758 g/cm3,F(000) = 1008,μ = 7.015 mm-1,R = 0.0321 and wR = 0.0772.Its crystal structure is made up of six-membered rings,alternating three-connected [BO3(OH)] tetrahedra and planar [BO3] trigonal groups,which are interconnected with each other by sharing their common oxygen corners to form a three-dimensional framework structure with six-membered ring channels that are occupied by the yttrium atoms and run along the c axis.FT-IR,Raman,and TG-DTA results are also presented.     

高效液相色谱法测定普卢利沙星胶囊的含量

建立高效液相色谱法测定普卢利沙星胶囊含量的方法。采用高效液相色谱法,以0.01mol.L-1盐酸溶液为溶剂,测定波长为280nm。在10—100μg.mL-1浓度范围内,主峰面积与相应的浓度呈良好的线性关系（r=0.9998）。重复测定峰面积平均值为1215.9（n=6）,相对标准偏差为0.7%。平均回收率为99.77%（n=9）,相对标准偏差为0.26%。该方法准确简便、重复性好,可作为普卢利沙星胶囊含量测定的有效方法。
