电感耦合等离子发射光谱法测定渣油中铁、镍、钙、镁、钠、钒金属元素

用电感耦合等离子发射光谱法（ICP-AES）测定渣油中金属元素铁、镍、钙、镁、钠、钒，考察了不同的酸浓度对分析结果的影响和共存元素间的相互干扰，进行了加标回收率和精密度试验。     

Indium (III) Tribromide : An Excellent Catalyst for Biginelli Reaction

A highly efficient catalyst indium (III) tribromide is used to synthesize 5-alkoxy- carbonyl-4-hydrocarbyl-3,4-dihydropyrimidin-2(1H)-ones by a three-component coupling of β-keto ester, aldehydes and urea through improved Biginelli reaction.     

Determination of binding sites in carboplatin-bound cytochrome c using electrospray ionization mass spectrometry and tandem mass spectrometry

Interaction of carboplatin with cytochrome c (Cyt. c) has been investigated by electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (ESI-MS) and tandem mass spectrometry (MS/MS). ESI-MS studies revealed that the ring-opened adducts of carboplatin with Cyt. c were formed in the stoichiometric ratio of 1:1 and 2:1 at pH 5.0 and 37 degrees C and in the stoichiometric ratio of 1:1 only at pH 7.0 and 37 degrees C. It was also found that Cyt. c could be cleaved by carboplatin at pH 2.5 and 50 degrees C. The cleaved fragments of Cyt. c were determined by ESI-MS and MS/MS analysis to be Glu66 approximately Met80, Ac-Gly01 approximately Met65, Glu66 approximately Glu104, Ac-Gly01 approximately Met80 and Ile81 approximately Glu104. The carboplatin prefers to anchor to Met65 first, then to Met80. To further confirm the binding site of Met, AcMet-Gly was used as the model molecule to investigate its interaction with carboplatin and its hydrolysis reaction. On the basis of species detected during the reaction monitored by ESI-MS, a possible pathway of the cleavage reaction was proposed.     

Structure and antiferroelectric properties of cesium niobate, Cs2Nb4O11

The compound cesium niobate, Cs₂Nb₄O₁₁, is an antiferroelectric, as demonstrated by double hysteresis loops in the electric field versus polarization plot. The crystal structure refinement by X-ray diffraction at both 100 and 297 K shows it to have a centrosymmetric structure in point group mmm and orthorhombic space group Pnna, which is consistent with its antiferroelectric behavior. The 100-K structure data is reported herein. The lattice is comprised of niobium-centered tetrahedra and octahedra connected through shared vertices and edges; cesium atoms occupy channels afforded by the three-dimensional polyhedral network. Antiferroelectricity is produced by antiparallel displacements of niobium atoms along the c-axis at the phase transition temperature of 165 °C. The critical field for onset of ferroelectric behavior in a single-crystal sample is 9.5 kV/cm at room temperature.     

Unlabeled Fluoroimmunoassay with a Europium Chelate

Unlabeled fluoroimmunoassay with a europium chelate is described. The recommended method is simple because the complicated labeling process is omitted. The recovery of some samples ranges from 91 to 111%. The relative standard deviation of the method is less than 10%. The detection limit is about 10⁻¹⁰mol liter⁻¹antigen.     

草酸电还原制取乙醛酸的研究

研究了由草酸电解还原制备乙醛酸时，温度、草酸纯度、电解时间、电极状态和电解产物对电流效率和产率的影响。实验发现，除温度和原料纯度是重要的影响因素外，电极表面的有机物吸附和电解产物－乙醛酸的浓度具有更大的影响。     

二茂锆羧酸配合物的合成——二茂锆氢化物与α,β—不饱和酸或钠盐反应的研究

本文研究了Cp_2ZrH_2与丙烯酸和Cp_2Zr(H)Cl与丙烯酸钠、巴豆酸钠的反应。产物由IR 1~H和~(13)CNMR、ESR谱、气相色谱以及化学方法分析鉴定。产物水解得到与底物相应的饱和酸.用~1H NMR方法考察了Cp_2ZrH_2与丙烯酸的反应过程,用IR方法考察了Cp_2Zr(H)Cl与丙烯酸钠的反应过程。实验结果表明,上面两种反应首先消除H_2或NaCl,形成锆氧健,然后碳碳双键还原生成二茂锆羧酸盐配合物,其中羧酸根离子与二茂锆桥式双齿配位。     

A new approach to the synthesis of α-chlorocycloalkanones

α-Chlorocycloalkanones(Ⅳ) were synthesized from cycloalkanones via potassiumα-oxocycloalkylsulfonates(Ⅱ).A two-step mechanism was proposed to explain the formation ofⅣfromⅡ.     

A SAPO-11 Silicoaluminophosphate Molecular Sieve with Stable Crystal Structure

A SAPO-11 silicoaluminophosphate molecular sieve with stable crystal structure was synthesized for the first time. After removing template by calcination, its crystal space group still retains Icm2 which the as-synthesized has. The catalyst deriving from the present SAPO-I 1 materials shows higher isomerization selectivity and higher paraffin hydroisomerization yield than those reported elsewhere.     

有毒汤样中微量农药杀虫环的鉴定

报道了在广东江门市某工厂发生的食物中毒事件中，对致毒汤样品中农药的分析鉴定过程；采用GC－MS联用分析，被分离出的疑为致毒物质的成分在现有的质谱谱库中检索未能鉴定；通过采用综合分析，将可疑成分提取、分离、柱以谱纯化，结合NMR、ICP－AES和元素分析，确证了汤样中的致毒物质是沙蚕毒素类农药“杀虫环”。
