The notion of Darboux helix in Euclidean 3‐space was introduced and studied by Yayl? et al. 2012. They show that the class of Darboux helices coincide with the class of slant helices. In a special case, if the curvature functions satisfy the equality κ2 + τ2 = constant, then these curves are curve of the constant precession. In this paper, we study Darboux helices in Euclidean 4‐space, and we give a characterization for a curve to be a Darboux helix. We also prove that Darboux helices coincide with the general helices. In a special case, if the first and third curvatures of the curve are equal, then Darboux helix, general helix, and V4‐slant helix are the same concepts. 相似文献

After introducing the concept of commutativity for continuous‐time linear time‐varying systems, the related literature and the results obtained so far are presented. For a simple introduction of the commutativity of discrete‐time linear time‐varying systems, the problem is formulated for first‐order systems. Finally, explicit necessary and sufficient conditions for the commutativity of first‐order discrete‐time linear time‐varying systems are derived, and their advantageous use in digital system design is illustrated, which are the main objectives of the paper. In this paper, a collocation method is presented to find the approximate solution of high‐order linear complex differential equations in rectangular domain. By using collocation points defined in a rectangular domain and the Bessel polynomials, this method transforms the linear complex differential equations into a matrix equation. The matrix equation corresponds to a system of linear equations with the unknown Bessel coefficients. The proposed method gives the analytic solution when the exact solutions are polynomials. Numerical examples are included to demonstrate the validity and applicability of the technique and the comparisons are made with existing results. The results show the efficiency and accuracy of the present work. All of the numerical computations have been performed on a computer using a program written in MATLAB v7.6.0 (R2008a). In this paper, we introduce a certain class of linear positive operators via a generating function, which includes the non-tensor MKZ operators and their non-trivial extension. In investigating the approximation properties, we prove a new Korovkin type approximation theorem by using appropriate test functions. We compute the rate of convergence of these operators by means of the modulus of continuity and the elements of modified Lipschitz class functions. Furthermore, we give functional partial differential equations for this class. Using the corresponding equations, we calculate the first few moments of the non-tensor MKZ operators and investigate their approximation properties. Finally, we state the multivariate versions of the results and obtain the convergence properties of the multivariate Meyer–König and Zeller operators. 相似文献

In this study, a Hermite matrix method is presented to solve high‐order linear Fredholm integro‐differential equations with variable coefficients under the mixed conditions in terms of the Hermite polynomials. The proposed method converts the equation and its conditions to matrix equations, which correspond to a system of linear algebraic equations with unknown Hermite coefficients, by means of collocation points on a finite interval. Then, by solving the matrix equation, the Hermite coefficients and the polynomial approach are obtained. Strategic delay and restricted offers are two modes of signaling bargaining power in alternating offers bargaining games. This paper shows that when both modes are available, the best signaling strategy of the “strong” type of the informed player consists of a pure strategic delay followed by an offer on the whole pie.
