激光场中电子自由—自由跃迁吸收截面

导出了激光场中电子被中心势场散射的以分波相移表示的自由-自由跃迁吸收截面理论计算公式,以激光场中慢电子被He原子势场散射为例做了计算,说明对于自由-自由吸收截面,该公式的计算是有效的、方便的。

Synthesis and bioactivities of new antagonists of luteinizing hormone releasing hormone(LHRH) with novel unnatural amino acids at position five are reported, Most of them showedsome antiovulatory activity at 0. 5μg/rat and two of them inhibited ovulation completely at1μg/rat using saline as vehicle.     

尿多胺含量与血液系统恶性肿瘤关系研究 Ⅱ、CGC-FID测定尿中多胺及临床中应用

本文报道采用硅胶预柱快速分离干扰杂质后用CGC-FID法测定尿中多胺。最低极限可测到1nmol。该法快速、灵敏、重现性好、所得回收率高、可用于临床诊断。     

Synthesis of polyethylenimine grafted with copolymers of polyethylene glycol and polycaprolactone and its potential for siRNA delivery

Copolymers mPEG-PCL were prepared and grafted onto polyethylenimine(PEI) to synthesize copolymers mPEG-PCL-g-PEI with low cytotoxicity.The mPEG-PCL-g-PEI could condense siRNA to form nanoparticles with positive zeta potential.These nanoparticles could delivery siRNA into cells to effectively inhibit the expression of target gene,which suggested that mPEG-PCL-g -PEI could serve as a highly efficient vector for siRNA delivery.     

Effect of dextran molecular weight on resonance light-scattering of quantum dots modified with dextran and concanavalin A

The reversible aggregation between dextran-conjugated CdSe quantum dots(Dex-CdSe-QDs) and concanavalin A(Con A) was explored based on the specific affinity of polysaccharide for Con A by resonance light-scattering technique.In this study,the aggregation of Dex-CdSe-QDs induced by Con A and sequential dissociation by glucose was determined over a wide range of dextran molecular mass(10-500 kDa).The results demonstrate that the sensitivity of lectin-dextran-modified-QDs interactions increase with dextran molecular mass,and an optimum dextran molecular mass is 500 kDa.     

A new 3-(3,4-methylenedioxyphenyl)-propane-1,2-diol glycoside from the roots of Cinnamomum camphora

A new 3-(3,4-methylenedioxyphenyl)-propane-1,2-diol glycoside,named cinnamomdiol A(1),together with two known compounds,3-(3,4-methylenedioxyphenyl)-propane-1,2-diol(2) and taxifolin(3),was isolated from the roots of Cinnamomum camphora.Their structures were determined on the basis of spectroscopic evidences.Compounds 2 and 3 were isolated from the title plant for the first time.     

A new phenylethanoid glycoside from Isodon sculponeatus

A new phenylethanoid glycoside,seulponisidc(1) was isolated from the aerial parts of Isodon sculponeatus(Vaniot) Kudo, along with six known compounds martynoside(2),verbascoside(3),(+)-hydroxypinoresinol-8-O- β-D-glucoside(4),cedrusin(5), 7-megastigmene-3S,5R,6R,7E,9S-tetrol(6) and 4-oxo- β-ionol- β-D-glucopyranoside(7).Their chemical structures were elucidated from physieochemical data and by acidic hydrolysis.
