Fe_3O_4/Py/PAM磁性荧光纳米粒子的制备及应用于废水中Cr(VI)的测定

本文采用层层自组装法合成了具有良好水溶性的功能化磁性荧光Fe3O4/Py(芘)/PAM(聚丙烯酰胺)纳米粒子.利用其磁性,能够对该粒子进行简单有效的分离纯化,并可以对待测粒子进行富集以提高其检测灵敏度.利用Cr(VI)对该复合粒子水溶液的荧光猝灭,建立了测定Cr(VI)的荧光分析法,讨论了反应机理.在最佳实验条件下,该方法的线性区间为0.1～14.0μgmL-1,检测限为0.02μgmL-1.常见的共存离子不干扰测定,该方法可用于环境废水中Cr(VI)的测定.     

雷公藤内脂四醇的晶体结构

雷公藤系卫矛科植物( Tripterygium wlfordii Hook. f) , 1972) 年,Kupechan从分得三种环二萜内酯类化合物,显示出较强的抗白血压病活性。为了寻找低毒有效的类似物,本文从雷公藤根皮乙醇提取物的氯仿溶出部分,反复经硅胶柱层析分理,得到一种新的环氧二萜酯;雷共藤内酯四醇(Tripletraolide)。在乙酸乙酯重结晶,得无色长极状晶体,m.p.258~260℃。经高分辩质谱确定其分子为C~0H~26O~8,M~r=394.2。     

Two new phenylethanoid glycosides and a new secoiridoid glycoside from the roots of Picrorhiza scrophulariiflora

A New Dihydroflavone Glycoside from Glycyrrhiza uralensis

A new dihydroflavone glycoside was isolated from the underground parts of Glycyrrhiza uralensis. Its structure was elucidated as 7-hydroxyl-4′-O-]3-D-(6″-O-α-hydroxylpropionyl) glucopyranosyl dihydroflavone by spectral methods.     

沙姜精油中沙姜脑的化学结构与光谱研究

从沙姜精油中分离获得沙姜脑,用GC测得纯度达98.8%,利用IR,UV,~1H NMR,~(13)C NMR,MS鉴定其化学结构为反式-对-甲氧基桂皮酸乙酯,并对化合物光谱数据归宿与MS裂解规律进行了讨论。     

催化动力学光度法测定痕量硫氰酸根的研究

基于硫氰酸根对碘氧化叠氮化钠的催化作用,建立了催化动力学光度法测定硫氰酸根的新方法.于352nm处分别测定催化体系和非催化体系的吸光度A和A_V,以△A=A_c-A定量,线性范围为1.0～700μg·L~-1,检出限1.0μg·L~-1.用于生物样品中痕量硫氰酸根的测定,结果满意.     

A facile convergent route to dendritic polyols

The synthesis of monodisperse dendrimers triggers a great challenge to the synthetic chemistry. Here, we reported a facile convergent approach to the synthesis of the first generation, six-directional ether-bond polyols with better controlled structures and ease of purification.     

Short Synthesis of C-terminal Modified Peptides by a Series-connection Procedure

Three peptide alcohols and four peptidyl N-akyl-amides were prepared by a series-connection procedure consisting of n-1 sequencial assembly on solid support followed by ammonolysis with glycinol, benzylamine or n-butylamine, and successive extractionelution through C-18 layer. All products were obtained from this procedure without further purification,in an overall yield of 75-86%.     

荷移分光光度法测定醋酸氯己定

通过醋酸氯己定与红紫素的荷移反应来测定制剂中醋酸氯己定的含量,是利用分光光度法进行测定的。反应在乙醇-丙酮介质中进行,反应物的最大吸收波长为545 mn,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.54×10~4 L·mol-1·cm-1,相对标准偏差为0.89％(n=6),药物浓度在0-45 mg·L-1范围内呈线性关系;此方法简便易行,条件易于控制,灵敏度高,对样品的测定结果令人满意。
