Mass spectra of binuclear crown ethers

The mass-spectral analytical characteristics of binuclear crown ethers were established. Mass spectrometry of macroheterocycles. 2. Characteristics of the fragmentation of azacrown ethers under electron impact

The fragmentation of aza-crown and diaza-crown ethers under electron impact was studied. It is shown that for the former the primary pathways of fragmentation of the molecular ions involve the intracyclic migration of a hydrogen atom and the elimination of C₂H₃O and CH₂OH particles. Porphins and their derivatives: XXIV. meso-Tetraphenylporphyrins with β-pyrazole rings

A series of 5-substituted 2-(2-phenyl-3,4-dihydro-2H-pyrazol-3-yl)porphyrins was prepared by treating with phenylhydrazine tetraphenylporphyrin derivatives containing in the β-position fragments of β-unsaturated ketones or aldehydes. The compounds obtained were oxidized with o-chloranil into the corresponding pyrazolylporphyrins.     

Generalized Solutions to Boundary-Value Problems for Quasilinear Elliptic Equations on Noncompact Riemannian Manifolds

In the present work we develop approximation approach to evaluation of solutions to boundary-value problems for quasilinear equations of the elliptic type on arbitrary noncompact Riemannian manifolds. Our technique essentially bases on an approach from the papers of E. A. Mazepa and S. A. Korol’kov connected with introduction of equivalency classes of functions and representations. On the other hand, it generalizes the method of building of generalized solution to the Dirichlet problem for linear elliptic Laplace–Beltrami and Schrödinger equations in bounded domains in ? ⁿ , which is described in details in the works of M. V. Keldysh and E. M. Landis.     

Reaction of 4,4-Dimethyl-1,3-dioxane with Dinitriles

The reaction of 4,4-dimethyl-1,3-dioxane with bis(2-cyano)diethyl ether or 1,2-di(beta-cyanoethoxy)ethane yields the corresponding bis[2-(4,4-dimethyl-5,6-dihydro-2-oxazinyl)]diethyl ether and 1,2-di{beta-[2-(4,4-dimethyl-5,6-dihydro-2-oxazinyl)]ethoxy}ethane which are readily hydrolyzed under the action of aqueous alkali to give 3-methyl-3-amino-1-butanol.     

Preparation and some physicochemical properties of benzylammonium sulfates

New method of preparation of multisubstituted benzylammonium cations via interaction in the SO₂-L-H₂O systems (L is benzylamine, α-phenylethylamine, N,N-dimethylbenzylamine, or dibenzylamine) has been developed. The products have been studied by X-ray diffraction, IR, Raman spectroscopy, and mass spectrometry.     

Autooxidation of 2-isobutyl-5,6-benzo-1,3,2-dioxaborepane

Using PMR, IR, and mass spectrometric methods it was shown that the main autooxidation product upon prolonged storage of 2-isobutyl-5,6-benzo-1,3,2-dioxaborepane is 2,2′-oxybis(5,6-benzo-1,3,2-doxaborepane).
