Let $G_M$ be either the orthogonal group $O_M$ or the symplectic group $Sp_M$ over the complex field; in the latter case the non-negative integer $M$ has to be even. Classically, the irreducible polynomial representations of the group $G_M$ are labeled by partitions $\mu=(\mu_{1},\mu_{2},\,\ldots)$ such that $\mu^{\prime}_1+\mu^{\prime}_2\le M$ in the case $G_M=O_M$, or $2\mu^{\prime}_1\le M$ in the case $G_M=Sp_M$. Here $\mu^{\prime}=(\mu^{\prime}_{1},\mu^{\prime}_{2},\,\ldots)$ is the partition conjugate to $\mu$. Let $W_\mu$ be the irreducible polynomial representation of the group $G_M$ corresponding to $\mu$. Regard $G_N\times G_M$ as a subgroup of $G_{N+M}$. Then take any irreducible polynomial representation $W_\lambda$ of the group $G_{N+M}$. The vector space $W_{\lambda}(\mu)={\rm Hom}_{\,G_M}( W_\mu, W_\lambda)$ comes with a natural action of the group $G_N$. Put $n=\lambda_1-\mu_1+\lambda_2-\mu_2+\ldots\,$. In this article, for any standard Young tableau $\varOmega$ of skew shape $\lm$ we give a realization of $W_{\lambda}(\mu)$ as a subspace in the $n$-fold tensor product $(\mathbb{C}^N)^{\bigotimes n}$, compatible with the action of the group $G_N$. This subspace is determined as the image of a certain linear operator $F_\varOmega (M)$ on $(\mathbb{C}^N)^{\bigotimes n}$, given by an explicit formula. When $M=0$ and $W_{\lambda}(\mu)=W_\lambda$ is an irreducible representation of the group $G_N$, we recover the classical realization of $W_\lambda$ as a subspace in the space of all traceless tensors in $(\mathbb{C}^N)^{\bigotimes n}$. Then the operator $F_\varOmega\(0)$ may be regarded as the analogue for $G_N$ of the Young symmetrizer, corresponding to the standard tableau $\varOmega$ of shape $\lambda$. This symmetrizer is a certain linear operator on $\CNn$$(\mathbb{C}^N)^{\bigotimes n} $ with the image equivalent to the irreducible polynomial representation of the complex general linear group $GL_N$, corresponding to the partition $\lambda$. Even in the case $M=0$, our formula for the operator $F_\varOmega(M)$ is new. Our results are applications of the representation theory of the twisted Yangian, corresponding to the subgroup $G_N$ of $GL_N$. This twisted Yangian is a certain one-sided coideal subalgebra of the Yangian corresponding to $GL_N$. In particular, $F_\varOmega(M)$ is an intertwining operator between certain representations of the twisted Yangian in $(\mathbb{C}^N)^{\bigotimes n}$.  相似文献

The approximation of solutions to boundary value problems on unbounded domains by those on bounded domains is one of the main applications for artificial boundary conditions. Based on asymptotic analysis, here a new method is presented to construct local artificial boundary conditions for a very general class of elliptic problems where the main asymptotic term is not known explicitly. Existence and uniqueness of approximating solutions are proved together with asymptotically precise error estimates. A linear inequality system with infinitely many constraints is polynomial (analytical) if its index set is a compact interval of the real line and all its coefficients are polynomial (analytical, respectively) functions of the index on this interval. We construct asymptotics for the eigenvalues and vector eigenfunctions of the elasticity problem for an anisotropic body with a thin coupler (of diameter h) attached to its surface. In the spectrum we select two series of eigenvalues with stable asymptotics. The first series is formed by eigenvalues O(h 2) corresponding to the transverse oscillations of the rod with rigidly fixed ends, while the second is generated by the longitudinal oscillations and twisting of the rod, as well as eigenoscillations of the body without the coupler. We check the convergence theorem for the first series and derive the error estimates for both series.  相似文献

We consider the metric projection operator from the real Hilbert space onto a strongly convex set. We prove that the restriction of this operator on the complement of some neighborhood of the strongly convex set is Lipschitz continuous with the Lipschitz constant strictly less than 1. This property characterizes the class of strongly convex sets and (to a certain degree) the Hilbert space. We apply the results obtained to the question concerning the rate of convergence for the gradient projection algorithm with differentiable convex function and strongly convex set.  相似文献

The effect of Coulomb interaction between Dirac fermions on the formation of the Kohn-Luttinger superconducting state in bilayer doped graphene is studied disregarding of the effect of the van der Waals potential of the substrate and impurities. The phase diagram determining the boundaries of superconductive domains with different types of symmetry of the order parameter is built using the extended Hubbard model in the Born weak-coupling approximation with allowance for the intratomic, interatomic, and interlayer Coulomb interactions between electrons. It is shown that the Kohn-Luttinger polarization contributions up to the second order of perturbation theory in the Coulomb interaction inclusively and an account for the long-range intraplane Coulomb interactions significantly affect the competition between the superconducting phases with the f-, p + ip-, and d + id-wave symmetries of the order parameter. It is demonstrated that the account for the interlayer Coulomb interaction enhances the critical temperature of the transition to the superconducting phase.  相似文献

Different ways for monitoring the dehydration of tissues affected by hyperosmotic agents have been comparatively analyzed to increase the THz transparency of biological tissues. The data obtained with an original THz laser spectrometer, a Nicolet 6700 Fourier spectrometer, and a Callegari Soft Plus system for skin diagnostics are in good agreement. The corresponding responses of biological tissues (in the form of THz transmittance, reflectance, absorption coefficient, and hydration coefficient) to the effect of biologically compatible hyperosmotic agents have been studied.  相似文献

The experimental and theoretical studies of the optical properties of pure α-ZnAl2S4 and α-ZnAl2S4:V3+ crystals were carried out. The ab initio and crystal field calculations of the structural and optical properties of α-ZnAl2S4:V3+ were compared with the corresponding experimental data. It was shown that the lowest vanadium 3d states are located at about 1.36 eV above the valence band's top. The complete energy level scheme of the α-ZnAl2S4:V3+ system, which includes the host's electronic band structure and impurity ion's energy levels, was suggested on the basis of the performed calculations.  相似文献
