The performance of a new separation technique for metal-speciation — capillary electrophoresis (CE) — is presented. Polyhydroxy compounds such as polyphenols and organic tanning agents can be determined in the g/L range. Certain complexes of these compounds with iron (III) ions may also be directly or indirectly verified. The work has shown that it is possible to determine certain complexes existing in beverages (tea and coffee) by decomplexation with chelating agents (CDTA). The ligands released can be separated by CE and identified by their migration time and UV/VIS absorption spectra.  相似文献

Groundstate absorption, fluorescence, excited-state absorption, and stimulated emission of Pr:YA1O3 were measured in dependence on the polarization. The results reflect the anisotropy of the host lattice. Especially the polarized spectra of the stimulated emission fit very well with the laser data of this material. Seven cw laser transitions in the visible spectral range obtained so far in Pr:YA1O3 with argon-ion laser pumping were identified in the spectra of the stimulated emission. In addition, two infrared cw laser transitions were realized. The best results were achieved for the3 P 03 F 4 laser transition at 746.9 nm with a maximum slope efficiency of 24.6%, a maximum output power of 49.6 mW, and a laser threshold of 25 mW.  相似文献

1,2,4-Triazino[4,5-b]indazol-1(2H)one and its derivatives were prepared by transposition of 3-[2-(-1,3,4-oxadiazolyl)]indazole or by ring closure of indazole ethoxymethylidenehydrazides. The synthesis of 1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-l,2,4-triazino[4,5-b]indazole-1,4-dione was achieved by cyclising the N-carbethoxyhydrazide of indazole-3-carboxylic acid and the synthesis of 1,2,4-triazino-[4,5-b]indazol-4(3H)one was made by cyclising the N-carbethoxy-hydrazone of indazole-3-carboxaldehyde. The Oxydation of 1,2,4-triazino[4,5-b]indazole-l(2H)thione gave 1,2,4-triazino-[4,5-b]indazoles. Nmr spectral data are reported.  相似文献

Two-photon excitation spectra of naphthalene and acenaphthene have been measured up to 50000 cm?1. In naphthalene. three two-photon allowed states are observed for which the symmetry assignment is confirmed by polarization. The corre- sponding transitions are also seen in acenaphthene. Self-assembled monolayers (SAMs) of methoxy-tri(ethylene glycol)- (EG(3)-OMe) and methyl-terminated alkanethiols (C(16)) adsorbed on polycrystalline gold were investigated by chemical force spectroscopy. Measurements were performed in aqueous electrolyte solutions depending on ionic strength and pH value. Charged and hydrophobic tips were employed as probes to mimic local patches of proteins and to study the interaction at the organic/liquid interface in detail. Force-distance curves reveal information about the origin of the observed interaction and the underlying mechanisms. The measurements confirm an effective negative surface charge to be present at the oligo(ethylene glycol) (OEG) and the methyl interface and suggest that the charges are due to the adsorption of hydroxyl ions from aqueous solution. pH-dependent measurements further support the robustness of the established charge associated with the OEG films. Its sign does not change over the whole range of investigated values between pH approximately 3.5 and approximately 10. In contrast, the hydrophobic self-assembled hexadecanethiol films on gold show an isoelectric point (IEP) around pH 4. While the mechanism of charge establishment appears to be similar for both SA films, the strength of hydrogen bonding to interfacial water, which acts as a template for hydroxyl ion adsorption, is likely to be responsible for the observed difference.  相似文献

The floating orbital geometry optimization (FOGO) described previously is applied to H2O2, NH3, HNC, HNO, HNCO, and CH3OH. In the FOGO method we apply two analytically calculated energy gradients in a variable metric method. Some orbitals are no longer fixed on the corresponding nuclei, but their position is optimized simultaneously with the nuclear coordinates. It is shown that relative energies (e.g. rotational barriers) are obtained with similar accuracy to basis sets including polarization functions. Further, it is confirmed that FOGO yields excellent dipole moments. The FOGO method involves a considerable time saving compared to conventional calculations with DZ + P basis sets.  相似文献

Coordinative Anchoring of Nickel Complexes on Hectorite-Layer Silicates through long-chain Diphenylphosphine Groups The treatment of sodium and calcium hectorites with 2-diphenylphosphinoethyltriethoxysilane leads, by condensation of free hydroxyl groups, to functionalized layer silicates with long-chain diphenylphosphine groups onto which nickel chloride can be coordinated. In these modified hectorites the fourth coordination site of the tetrahedrally coordinated nickel is occupied by a labile solvent molecule. On the other hand, the complex bis(2-diphenylphosphinoethyltriethoxysilane)nickel(II) chloride prepared beforehand also reacts with sodium hectorite under condensation; but the square-planar coordination of the four stable ligands (two chloride and two phosphor atoms) is maintained. This finds its expression in a significant activity decrease in catalytic reactions as compared to the aforementioned products.  相似文献
