Cycloadditions of benzonitrile oxide and mesitonitrile oxide to N-methylindole and indole yield the acid sensitive cycloadducts 1 a-d with high regioselectivity. With N-carbethoxyindole the stable cycloadducts 1 e,f and minor amounts of the regioisomeric 2 e,f are isolated. The electron withdrawing substituent reduces both the regioselectivity and the reactivity of the cycloadditions.Frontier orbital considerations, based on MINDO/3 calculations, allow elucidation of the observed changes in reactivity and regiochemistry.  相似文献

3H-1,2-Dithiolo[3,4-b]pyridine-3-thione ( 10 ) reacts with primary alkylamines to give 1,2-dihydro-2-thioxo-3-pyridinecarbothioamides 11a-g and two minor products. Isothiazolo[5,4-b]pyridine-3(2H)-thiones 12a-g and 3-imino-3H-1,2-dithiolo[3,4-b]pyridines 13a-g were isolated and characterized. Further investigations allowed the synthesis of 12 and 13 in good yield.  相似文献

A combined method for structural characterization of strained epitaxial heterostructures involving different techniques such as Rutherford backscattering spectrometry (RBS), multiple crystal X-ray diffractometry (MCD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) is presented. In order to obtain a complete characterization of the analysed structure, three different quantities are measured independently: the epilayer thickness, the density of misfit dislocations which may appear at the interface, and the significant components of the strain tensor, mainly the tetragonal distortion, affecting the epilayer lattice. In this way the thermodynamic state and the mechanisms of plastic deformation of the structures can be fully investigated. In this contribution we present and discuss the experimental results concerning a set of InP/GaAs samples having different layer thicknesses ranging from 5 to 500 nm. The thickness of the samples has been determined by RBS. Measurements of in-plane strain and tetragonal distortion have been performed by MCD and RBS-channelling respectively, finally TEM has been used for determining the defects densities and distribution.  相似文献

The objective of this work is to analyse the chemical stability of BaCe0.85Y0.15O3?δ –Ce0.85Y0.15O2?δ (BCY15–YDC15) composite materials at 600 °C and to compare the aforementioned chemical stability with that of pure BCY15. The composite powders were obtained by mixing together powders of BCY15 and YDC15 in the following volume fractions: 90 % BCY15 + 10 % YDC15, 70 % BCY15 + 30 % YDC15, 30 % BCY15 + 70 % YDC15, 20 % BCY15 + 80 % YDC15 and 10 % BCY15 + 90 % YDC15. After that both powders and sintered samples of the BCY15 and the BCY15–YDC15 composites were saturated in two different atmospheres at 600 °C: CO2/H2O (3.1 mol% H2O) and N2/H2O (46.8 mol% H2O). The effects of the previously mentioned atmospheres on the physicochemical properties of the samples were investigated via differential thermal analysis (DTA) combined with thermogravimetric analysis (TG). Furthermore, mass spectrometry was used to analyse the chemical composition of the gases released from the samples during the DTA–TG heating process. The surface and cross-section morphology of the samples were examined by scanning electron microscopy. Moreover, the phase composition of each sample was studied via X-ray Diffraction. From the combined analysis, it can be concluded that the addition of YDC15 in the composite samples leads to an increase in resistance against the corrosive effects of CO2. Furthermore, it was determined that all samples maintain stability in the presence of H2O at 600 °C.  相似文献

(2S)- and (2R)-2-Amino-4-bromobutanoic acid were prepared starting from N-Boc-glutamic acid α tert-butyl ester. The double tert-butyl protection was necessary to prevent a partial racemisation during Barton’s radical decarboxylation used to transform the γ-carboxylic group into a bromide. This bromide reacted with different nitrogen, oxygen and sulphur nucleophiles to give nonnatural amino acids characterised by basic or heterocyclic side chains. The title compound was also used to prepare a conformationally constrained peptidomimetic.  相似文献

The real spherical tensor theory of long-range intermolecular coefficients developed in previous papers is applied to derive explicit formulae for the first three dispersion coefficients for like centrosymmetric linear molecules. The expansion of angle-dependent coefficients in associated Legendre polynomials allows one to identify the isotropic and anisotropic components of the dispersion interaction in terms of London dispersion constants, the treatment of higher coefficients being simplified by the coupling of the elementary (l, l′)-polarizations to resultant angular momenta LA and LB onto each molecule. The contributions from all coupling schemes are given explicitly for C6, C8, C10, and numerical results are presented for H2-H2 using two-term reduced spectra values from the Kaiserlautern group.  相似文献

Free-radical decomposition of diazonium salts catalyzed by titanous or titanous and ferrous salts in the presence of β-substituted α,β-unsaturated carbonyl compounds leads to 1,4-diarylpyrazole derivatives.
