Ion-exchange precipitation was used in geochemical analysis where the various trace elements can be determined by prior separation over an ion-exchange column. By application of the principles of classical wet analysis the presence of trace elements was verified and their quantitative determination performed in rock samples by converting an anion exchanger into the respective ionic forms to obtain the insoluble salts through the action of counterion (an anion) of the resin and the metal ion in the solution. The metal ions are then eluted by suitable eluting reagents that form soluble salts. The columns of 5 g Amberlite IR-400 were used and were converted into the desired anionic forms. The different forms used were sulfide, hydroxyl, carbonate, chromate, and sulfate. Flow rate was maintained at 1 ml/min. Different rock samples were examined for Mn, Zn, Ba, Ni, Cu, and Sr, etc. The results have been compared with the standard results.  相似文献

Methyl cations 1-Cp and 1-Cp*, stabilized by the tri-tert-butylphophinimine ligand and either C5H5 or C5Me5, were generated from the neutral dimethyl precursors and [Ph3C]+[B(C6F5)4]-. Reaction of these compounds with H2 resulted in contrasting reactions. For 1-Cp, hydrogenolysis of the Ti-CH3 group led to rapid reduction to Ti(III) and production of a cationic Ti(III) dimer, 2, presumably formed upon loss of H2 from a transiently generated Ti(IV) hydride. Compound 2 was characterized crystallographically and via its cleavage with donor solvents such as THF to form the monomeric [Cp(L)Ti(THF)2]+[B(C6F5)4]-, 3. In contrast, 1-Cp* reacted rapidly with H2 to form a cationic Ti(IV) hydride species, 4, which was resistant to reduction. While only moderately stable in solution under H2, a stable, isolable THF adduct preciptitated upon addition of THF, giving 4.THF, which was fully characterized, including via X-ray crystallography. Naked hydride 4 was very reactive toward haloarene solvents such as bromobenzene, giving the cationic bromide [Cp*(L)TiBr]+[B(C6F5)4]-, 5, which was fully characterized as its THF adduct 5.THF. The contrasting behavior of 1-Cp and 1-Cp* is a result of the greater steric protection and electron donation provided by the Cp* ligand relative to the Cp donor.  相似文献

The crystal structure of catena‐poly[[tri‐n‐butyltin]‐μ‐3‐(1‐naphthylaminocarbonyl)acrylato‐κ2O1:O3], [Sn(C4H9)3(C14H10NO3)]n, is composed of polymeric chains wherein the metal center exhibits a distorted trigonal‐bipyramidal geometry, with three n‐butyl groups defining the trigonal plane [mean Sn—C 2.133 (7) Å] and the axial positions being occupied by the carboxylate O atoms of two different N‐(1‐naphthyl)maleamate ligands with inequivalent Sn—O distances [2.167 (4) and 2.457 (4) Å]. The N‐(1‐naphthyl)maleamate fragment forms an essentially planar seven‐membered ring involving an intramolecular N—H?O hydrogen bond.  相似文献

The reaction of Cl(3)PNSiMe(3) with 3 equiv of LiHNR (R = (i)Pr, Cy, (t)Bu, Ad) in diethyl ether produces the corresponding tris(amino)(imino)phosphoranes (RNH)(3)PNSiMe(3) (1a, R = (i)Pr; 1b, R = Cy; 1c, R = (t)Bu; 1d, R = Ad); subsequent reactions of 1b-d with (n)BuLi yield the trilithiated tetraimidophosphates {Li(3)[P(NR)(3)(NSiMe(3))]} (2a, R = Cy; 2b, R = (t)Bu; 2c, R = Ad). The reaction of [((t)BuNH)(4)P]Cl with 1 equiv of (n)BuLi results in the isolation of ((t)BuNH)(3)PN(t)Bu (1e); treatment of 1e with additional (n)BuLi generates the symmetrical tetraimidophosphate {Li(3)[P(N(t)Bu)(4)]} (2d). Compounds 1 and 2 have been characterized by multinuclear ((1)H, (13)C, and (31)P) NMR spectroscopy; X-ray structures of 1b,c were also obtained. Oxidations of 2a-c with iodine, bromine, or sulfuryl chloride produces transient radicals in the case of 2a or stable radicals of the formula {Li(2)[P(NR)(3)(NSiMe(3))]LiX.3THF}* (X = Cl, Br, I; R = (t)Bu, Ad). The stable radicals exhibit C(3) symmetry and are thought to exist in a cubic arrangement, with the monomeric LiX unit bonded to the neutral radical {Li(2)[P(NR)(3)(NSiMe(3))]}* to complete the Li(3)N(3)PX cube. Reactions of solvent-separated ion pair {[Li(THF)(4)]{Li(THF)(2)[(mu-N(t)Bu)(2)P(mu-N(t)Bu)(2)]Li(THF)(2)} (6) with I(2) or SO(2)Cl(2) produce the persistent spirocyclic radical {(THF)(2)Li(mu-N(t)Bu)(2)P(mu-N(t)Bu)Li(THF)(2)}* (10a); all radicals have been characterized by a combination of variable concentration EPR experiments and DFT calculations.  相似文献

Abstraction of methide from the beta-diketiminato supported organoscandium complex [L1ScMe2]2 using the trityl borate activator [Ph3C][B(C6F5)4] in arene solvents gives solvent separated ion pairs in which the arene (C6H5Br, 1a; C6H6, 1b; C7H8, 1c; 1,3,5-Me3C6H3, 1d) is coordinated to the cationic scandium center in an eta6 bonding mode. L1 incorporates methyl groups in the 2,4 positions of the ligand backbone and bulky 2,6-diisopropylphenyl groups on the nitrogen atoms. The relative binding strength of the arenes is C6H5Br < C6H6 < 1,3,5-Me3C6H3 < C7H8. Ion pairs 1a and 1c have been characterized crystallographically, and the C6H5Br derivative is notable for its eta6 bonding mode in preference to the more common eta1 bonding mode via the halogen atom. The kinetics of displacement of mesitylene by toluene (1d --> 1c) yield activation parameters of DeltaH = 21.4(6) kcal mol-1 and DeltaS = 6(1) cal mol-1 K-1. In combination with the observed lack of dependence of [toluene] on the rate of displacement, these data suggest a mechanism involving partial dissociation of the coordinated arene, followed by attack of the incoming arene. This chemistry has relevance to the role of these solvent separated ion pairs in olefin polymerization processes and presents a rare opportunity for the detailed study of these ephemeral species.  相似文献

The 1H NMR spectra of C2H5InBr2 · tmen (1) C2H5InI2 · tmen (2) (tmen = N,N,N′,N′-tetramethylethanediamme) and [(C6H5)4P][C2H5InI3] (3) show only a broad singlet for the ethyl protons at 60 MHz. Spectra run at 400 MHz resolve these into a triplet + quartet for 1 and 3. The structure of each compound has been determined by X-ray crystallography; 1 and 2 are five-coordinate species, with InC2N2X (X = Br, I) nuclei, while 3 consists of [(C6H5)4P]+ cations and anions whose InCI3 nucleus has C3v, symmetry.  相似文献

The reactions of [Li(2)[PhB(N(t)Bu)(2)]](2) with GaCl(3) in various stoichiometries yield [Li(thf)(4)][PhB(mu-N(t)Bu)(2)GaCl(2) x GaCl(3)] (1), [PhB(mu-N(t)Bu)(2)GaCl](2) (2), and [mu-Li(OEt(2))[PhB(N(t)Bu)(2)]Ga] (3a), a series of complexes in which the three chloride ligands are successively replaced by the dianion [PhB(N(t)Bu)(2)](2-). The X-ray structures of 1, 2, and 3a show that the boraamidinate ligand adopts an N,N'-chelating mode. In the ion-separated complex 1, one of the nitrogen atoms is coordinated to a GaCl(3) molecule. The related indium complexes [mu-LiCl(thf)(2)][PhB(mu-N(t)Bu)(2)InCl](2) (4) and [mu-Li(OEt(2))[PhB(mu-N(t)Bu)(2)]In] (3b) were obtained in a similar manner. Complex 4 is the indium analogue of 2 with the incorporation of a bissolvated LiCl molecule. In 3a and 3b the spirocyclic [[PhB(mu-N(t)Bu)(2)](2)M](-) (M = Ga, In) anions are N,N'-chelated to the [Li(OEt(2))](+) counterion. Prolonged reactions result in the formation of [PhB(mu-N(t)Bu)(2)GaCl][(t)BuN(H)GaCl(2)] (5) and [[PhB(mu-N(t)Bu)(2)InCl][(t)BuN(H)InCl(2)][mu-LiCl(OEt(2))(2)]] (6), respectively. The X-ray structures of 5 and 6 reveal bicyclic structures which formally involve the entrapment of the monomers (t)BuN(H)MCl(2) by a four-membered BN(2)M ring (M = Ga, In). The synthesis and X-ray structure of Cl(2)Ga[mu-N(H)(t)Bu](2)GaCl(2) are also reported.  相似文献

[((t)BuNH)Te(mu-N(t)Bu)(2)Te(N(t))Bu)][OSO(2)CF(3)] (4a) is obtained in quantitative yields by the treatment of [((t)BuN)Te(mu-N(t)Bu)(2)Te(N(t)Bu)] (1) with HCF(3)SO(3). The reaction of 4a with LiI and iodine in the molar ratio 1:1:4.5 affords a product that, upon recrystallization from acetonitrile, was found to be a solid solution of [((t)BuNH)Te(mu-N(t)Bu)(2)Te(N(t)Bu)](2)I(20) (5a) and [((t)BuNH)Te(mu-N(t)Bu)(2)Te(NH(t)Bu)](2)I(18) (5b). Consequently, the crystal structure is disordered, containing 88.3(1)% of 5a.2MeCN and 11.7(1)% of 5b.2MeCN. The I(20) framework is involved in two symmetry-equivalent N-I-I-I-I fragments, two I(3)(-) ions, and three I(2) molecules that are linked together by I...I secondary bonding interactions. The bonding in the N-I-I-I-I fragment can be considered in terms of the lp(N) --> sigma*(I(2)) and pi(I(2)) --> sigma*(I(2)) charge-transfer interactions involving one [((t)BuNH)Te(mu-N(t)Bu)(2)Te(N(t)Bu)](+) cation and two I(2) units. The N-I bond length of 2.131(7) A, the I-I distances of 3.118(1), 3.095(2), and 2.788(2) A, and the angle I(2)-I(2) angle of 84.75(4) degrees are consistent with this bonding scheme. The I-I bond distances in the two symmetry-equivalent I(3)(-) ions are 3.113(1) and 2.792(2) A, and those in two crystallographically independent I(2) molecules are 2.736(2) and 2.743(1) A. The formal I(18)(4)(-) anion in 5b.2MeCN consists of four I(3)(-) anions and three I(2) molecules linked by I...I secondary bonds. One crystallographically independent I(3)(-) anion is connected to the [((t)BuNH)Te(mu-N(t)Bu)(2)Te(HN(t)Bu)](2+) cation by two hydrogen bonds [H...I = 2.823(5) and 2.983(5) A; N...I = 3.697(8) and 3.857(9) A]. The I(3)(-) anions and I(2) molecules in 5b show virtually identical bond parameters to those in 5a. The treatment of 1 with iodine and the reactions of its methylated derivatives, [((t)BuNMe)Te(mu-N(t)Bu)(2)Te(N(t)()Bu)][OSO(2)CF(3)] and [((t)BuNMe)Te(mu-N(t)Bu)(2)Te(MeN(t)Bu)][OSO(2)CF(3)](2), with LiI and iodine also afford highly moisture-sensitive polyiodides, either by the formation of N-I charge-transfer complexes or by ionic interactions. The crystal structures of the partially hydrolyzed products, [((t)BuIN)Te(mu-N(t))Bu)(2)Te(mu-O)](2)(I(3))(2) (3), [((t)BuMeN)Te(mu-N(t)Bu)(2)Te(mu-O)](2)(I(3))(2) (6), and 6.2MeCN, are also reported.  相似文献

The reaction of HCN(2)(SiMe(3))(3) with benzenesulfenyl chloride in a 1:3 molar ratio produces HCN(2)(SPh)(3) (4) as thermally unstable, colorless crystals. The decomposition of (4) in toluene at 95 degrees C was monitored by UV-visible, (1)H NMR and ESR spectroscopy. The major final products of the decomposition were identified as PhSN=C(H)N=NC(H)=NSPh (5) and PhSSPh. The structures of 4 and 5 were determined by X-ray crystallography. The crystals of 4 are monoclinic, space group P2(1)/a, with a = 9.874(2) ?, b = 19.133(2) ?, c = 10.280(2) ?, beta = 113.37(1) degrees, V = 1782.8(5) ?(3), and Z = 4. The final R and R(w) values were 0.042 and 0.049, respectively. The crystals of 5 are monoclinic, space group P2(1)/n, with a = 5.897(6) ?, b = 18.458(10) ?, c = 7.050(8) ?, beta = 110.97(5) degrees, V = 716(1) ?(3), and Z = 2. The final R and R(w) values were 0.075 and 0.085, respectively. The diazene 5 adopts a Z,E,Z structure with weak intramolecular S.N contacts of 2.83 ?, giving rise to four-membered NCNS rings. During the thermolysis of 4 at 95 degrees C in toluene a transient species (lambda(max) 820 nm) was detected. It decomposes with second-order kinetics to give 5 (lambda(max) 450 nm). The ESR spectrum of the reaction mixture consisted of the superposition of a three-line 1:1:1 spectrum (g = 2.0074, A(N) = 11.45 G), attributed to (PhS)(2)N(*), upon a doublet of quintets (1:2:3:2:1) with g = 2.0070, A(N) = 6.14 G, A(H) = 2.1 G assigned to the radical HCN(2)(SPh)(2)(*). Density functional theory (DFT) calculations for the models of the radical showed the E,Z isomer to have the lowest energy. Thermochemical calculations indicate that the decomposition of HCN(2)(SH)(3) into the diazene (Z,E,Z)-HSN=C(H)N=NC(H)=NSH (and 2 HSSH) is substantially more exothermic (DeltaH = -176.1 kJ mol(-)(1)) than the corresponding formation of the isomeric eight-membered ring (HC)(2)N(4)(SH)(2) (DeltaH = -40.6 kJ mol(-)(1)). These calculations also indicate that the diazene is formed by a mechanism in which the RS(*) radical acts as a catalyst.  相似文献

Deprotonation of bis(tert-butylamido)cyclophosph(III/III)azane with organolithium or organomagnesium reagents followed by oxidation with elemental tellurium is a viable approach to the preparation of metal cyclodiphosphazane mono- and ditellurides. The reaction of the cyclodiphosph(III)azane [tBu(H)NP(mu-NtBu)2PN(H)tBu] (1) with elemental tellurium in boiling toluene affords the monotelluride [tBu(H)N(Te)P(mu-NtBu)2PN(H)tBu] (9). A similar reaction involving the magnesium salt Mg[tBuNP(mu-NtBu)2PNtBu](THF)2 (2) also yields a monotelluride Mg[tBuN(Te)P(mu-NtBu)2PNtBu]-(THF)2 (10). By contrast, reaction of the lithium salt Li2[tBuNP(mu-NtBu)2PNtBu](THF)2 (3) with tellurium results in double oxidation and the formation of the ditellurides Li2[tBuN(Te)P(mu-NtBu)2P(Te)NtBu](THF)4 (11) and Li2-[tBuN(Te)P(mu-NtBu)2P(Te)NtBu](tmeda)2 (12). Compounds 9-12 have been characterized by multinuclear (1H, 7Li, 13C, 31P, and 125Te) NMR, while 9, 10, and 12 have also been characterized by X-ray crystallography. The structure of 9 reveals a typical cis/endo, exo arrangement, with no intermolecular contacts to tellurium. The seco-heterocubic structure, observed in 2, is retained in 10, with the ligand chelating magnesium in an N,N',N"-manner. Unique coordination behavior is exhibited by the ditelluride 12, in which the dianionic ligand is attached to the two lithium centers in both Te,Te' and Te,N bonding modes. Multinuclear NMR data are consistent with retention of the solid-state structures of 9-12 in solution at low temperatures. The reactivity of cyclodiphosph(III/III)azanes toward chalcogens is rationalized by using theoretical calculations (semiempirical PM3 level of theory), which show an inverse correlation between the charge at the phosphorus center and the ease of oxidation.  相似文献
