A novel polymer, poly( 1 ) containing benzoxazine and phenyleneethynylene moieties in the main chain with number‐average molecular weights ranging from 1400 to 9800 was obtained quantitatively by the Sonogashira–Hagihara coupling polymerization of the corresponding iodophenyl‐ and ethynylphenyl‐substituted monomer 1 . Poly( 1 ) was heated at 200 °C under N2 for 2 h to obtain the cured polymer, poly( 1 )′ via the ring‐opening polymerization of the benzoxazine moieties. The structures of the polymer before and after curing were confirmed by 1H‐NMR, IR, and UV–vis absorption and reflectance spectroscopies. Poly( 1 )′ was thermally more stable than monomer 1 and poly( 1 ). A specimen was prepared from a mixture of poly( 1 ) and phenol‐diaminodiphenylmethane type benzoxazine 2 by heating at 200 °C for 2 h under N2. The poly( 1 )/ 2 resin was thermally stable than bisphenol‐A type benzoxazine resin 3 . Poly( 1 ) exhibited XRD peaks corresponding to the d‐spacings of 1.26–0.98 and 0.40 nm, assignable to the repeating monomer unit and alignment of polymer molecules, respectively. © 2019 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. We measured the affinity of more than 20 sugars with concanavalin A (ConA) by an optical biosensor (surface plasmon resonance sensor) using asialofetuin (ASF) as an immobilized binding partner of ConA. We determined kinetic parameters of the effects of sugars on the dissociation of ConA from ASF quantitatively, and the structural requirements of the functional groups of sugars for binding with ConA. We found that the affinity of ConA for sugars is dependent on its conformation induced by interaction with the binding partner. In addition, the results showed that optical biosensor system is well mimics the interaction of ConA with sugars in biomembrane.  相似文献

Nifedipine-containing calcium phosphate cement (CPC) was prepared, and nifedipine (NF) release from this preparation was evaluated by the shaking method (SK), Japanese Pharmacopoeia XIV (JPXIV) paddle method (PD), and JPXIV flow-through cell method (FT). The release of NF from the CPC preparation continued for 7 d or longer by all these methods. This suggests that the release of NF can be controlled by preparing NF-containing CPC. The release pattern of NF from CPC in these tests was found to follow the Higuchi equation. However, the Higuchi constant differed among the three dissolution tests, probably because the apparent tortuosity of capillary system (tau) varied.  相似文献

Summary This paper deals for the first time with a direct method for analysis of the α and β anomers of bile acid esters of glucose by capillary gas chromatography (CGC) without the need for a hydrolytic step. The bile acid esters were derivatized to their trimethylsilyl (TMS) ethers, which in turn were chromatographed on a short (7m) metal capillary column chemically coated with a thin (0.15 μm) film of thermostable, non-polar polydimethylsiloxane. Satisfactory CGC separation of the isomeric bile acid esters was achieved on the column; the β anomers eluted before the corresponding α isomers. Particularly noteworthy is that the α anomers are partially isomerized to the corresponding β anomers, and that both anomers are partially decomposed during CGC analysis, demonstrating the chemical specificity and thermal instability of the bile acid esters.  相似文献

Lipase-catalyzed alcoholysis between vinyl acetate and 2-phenyl-1-propanol was investigated in dialkylimidazolium-based ionic liquids. Although native lipase powder exhibited very low activity in an ionic liquid, forming a poly(ethylene glycol)(PEG)-lipase complex improved the lipase activity in the ionic liquid. The activity of the PEG-lipase complex was higher in ionic liquids than in common organic solvents (n-hexane, isooctane and dimethylsulfoxide). Fluorescence measurements using 4-aminophthalimide revealed that the ionic liquids were more hydrophilic than the organic solvents used for non-aqueous enzymology. A kinetic study of lipase-catalyzed alcoholysis in an ionic liquid ([Bmim][PF6]) revealed that the Michaelis constant (Km) for 2-phenyl-1-propanol in the ionic liquid was half that in n-hexane, suggesting that the ionic liquid stabilized the enzyme-substrate complex. Finally, we carried out enantioselective alcoholysis of 1-phenylethanol in ionic liquids employing the PEG-lipase complex, and obtained high enantioselectivity, comparable to that in n-hexane.  相似文献

The alignment of nematic liquid crystalline (LC) molecules with respect to the LC cell surface was regulated between the homeotropic (H) state and the parallel (P) state by the photochromic trans—cis isomerization of surface-attached azobenzene (Az) moieties. By bringing the angular-selective photoreaction into the system, the orientational order in the P state was significantly improved to attain a universal orientational axis over the entire irradiated area, which was rotatable and erasable photochemically. Laser pulse experiments revealed that the allignment relaxation time τ was reduced from 1000 to 30 ms by increasing the pulse intensity from 10 to 20 mJ cm−2. Strong coupling between the LC and Az molecules was indicated.  相似文献

Photocontrolled surface‐initiated reversible complexation mediated polymerization (photo‐SI‐RCMP) was successfully applied to fabricate concentrated polymer brushes with complex patterning structures. Positive‐type patterned polymer brushes were obtained by photo‐SI‐RCMP under visible light (550(±50) nm) using photomasks. A particularly interesting finding was that negative‐type patterned polymer brushes were also obtainable in a facile manner. A nonspecial UV light (250–385 nm) enabled the preparation of pre‐patterned initiator surfaces in a remarkably short time (1 min), leading to negative‐type patterned polymer brushes. Based on this unique selectivity between visible and UV light, the combination of two patterning techniques enabled the preparation of complex patterned brushes, including diblock copolymers, binary polymers, and functional binary polymers, without multistep immobilization of one or more initiators on the surfaces.  相似文献

Insoluble and hard-to-degrade animal proteins are group of troublesome proteins, such as collagen, elastin, keratin, and prion proteins that are largely generated by the meat industry and ultimately converted to industrial wastes. We analyzed the ability of the abnormal prion protein-degrading enzyme E77 to degrade insoluble and hard-to-degrade animal proteins including keratin, collagen, and elastin. The results indicate that E77 has a much higher keratinolytic activity than proteinase K and subtilisin. Maximal E77 keratinolytic activity was observed at pH 12.0 and 65 °C. E77 was also adsorbed by keratin in a pH-independent manner. E77 showed lower collagenolytic and elastinolytic specificities than proteinase K and subtilisin. Moreover, E77 treatment did not damage collagens in ovine small intestines but did almost completely remove the muscles. We consider that E77 has the potential ability for application in the processing of animal feedstuffs and sausages.  相似文献

We examine the compression of charged colloidal crystals under the influence of gravitational force by monitoring the spatiotemporal variations of Bragg diffraction from the crystal lattice. We use the dilute aqueous dispersions of colloidal silica particles (diameter=216 nm, charge number=733, a particle volume fraction φ=0.06) in the presence of 5-15 μM sodium chloride. The sedimentation profiles of the colloidal crystals along the crystal height are determined by in situ fiber optics reflection spectroscopy. The time evolutions of the sedimentation profiles are calculated by numerical simulations based on a phenomenological continuum model that explicitly incorporates the electrostatic interparticle interactions. The simulation results correctly describe the experiments at sufficiently high ionic strength.  相似文献

Changes in the electronic structure of olivine Li(1-x)CoPO(4), 4.8 V positive electrode material for lithium ion batteries, were investigated using the X-ray absorption spectroscopy (XAS) technique. The threshold energy in the Co K-edge increased with electrochemical Li removal, indicating the oxidation of cobalt ions due to charge compensation. Moreover, P and O K-edge XAS showed a slight shift in threshold energy with Li removal. Although it is generally believed that the electrons of PO(4) polyanion do not contribute to the oxidation process, present experimental results indicate changes in the electronic structure around PO(4) units. Such results would be interpreted by the idea of the hybridization effect between the Co 3d and O 2p orbitals and of the polarization effect introduced by Li ions.  相似文献
