The 1H and 87Rb spin-lattice relaxation and spin-spin relaxation times in superionic Rb3H(SeO4)2 single crystals grown by the slow evaporation method were measured over the temperature range 160-450 K. The temperature dependencies of the 1H T1, T1ρ, and T2 are measured. In the ferroelastic phase, T1 differs from T1ρ, which is in turn different from T2, although these three relaxation times converge to similar values near 410 K. This transition seems to occur at temperature which is about 40 K lower than the superionic transition temperature. The observation of liquid-like values of the 1H T1, T1ρ, and T2 in the high temperature is compatible with the phase being superionic, indicating that the destruction and reconstruction of hydrogen bonds does indeed occur at high temperature. In addition, the 87Rb T1 and T2 values at high temperature were similar (on the order of milliseconds), a trend that was also observed for 1H T1 and T2. This behavior is expected for most hopping-type ionic conductors, and could be attributed to interactions between the mobile ions and the neighboring group ions within the crystal. The motion giving rise to this liquid-like behavior is related to the superionic motion.  相似文献

Uranium in human bone, drinking water and daily diet has been determined by neutron activation analysis using the238U(n, γ)239U reaction. An improved scheme for the separation of the239U is proposed; with this scheme, after neutron irradiation in a 100 kW TRIGA reactor, a uranium content as low as 5·10−11 g can be determined reliably, rapidly and easily. A wide range of uranium concentrations, from about 0.1 ppb up to about 10 ppb has been found in the bones of normal Japanese. Water from several Japanese city water services, and the daily diet taken in two Japanese cities, have been found to contain an average 9·10−9 g/l and 1.5 μg per person-day uranium, respectively.  相似文献

We previously developed cyclic ADP-carbocyclic ribose (cADPcR, 2) as a stable mimic of cyclic ADP-ribose (cADPR, 1), a Ca(2+)-mobilizing second messenger. A series of the N1-ribose modified cADPcR analogues, designed as novel stable mimics of cADPR, which were the 2"-deoxy analogue 3, the 3"-deoxy analogue 4, the 3"-deoxy-2"-O-(methoxymethyl) analogue 5, the 3"-O-methyl analogue 6, the 2",3"-dideoxy analogue 7, and the 2",3"-dideoxydidehydro analogue 8, were successfully synthesized using the key intramolecular condensation reaction with phenylthiophosphate-type substrates. We investigated the conformations of these analogues and of cADPR and found that steric repulsion between both the adenine and N9-ribose moieties and between the adenine and N1-ribose moieties was a determinant of the conformation. The Ca(2+)-mobilizing effects were evaluated systematically using three different biological systems, i.e., sea urchin eggs, NG108-15 neuronal cells, and Jurkat T-lymphocytes. The relative potency of Ca(2+)-mobilization by these cADPR analogues varies depending on the cell-type used: e.g., 3"-deoxy-cADPcR (4) > cADPcR (2) > cADPR (1) in sea urchin eggs; cADPR (1) > cADPcR (2) approximately 3"-deoxy-cADPcR (4) in T-cells; and cADPcR (2) > cADPR (1) > 3"-deoxy-cADPcR (4) in neuronal cells, respectively. These indicated that the target proteins and/or the mechanism of action of cADPR in sea urchin eggs, T-cells, and neuronal cells are different. Thus, this study represents an entry to cell-type selective cADPR analogues, which can be used as biological tools and/or novel drug leads.  相似文献

Chitosan, a naturally abundant biopolymer, has widely been studied for metal adsorption from various solutions, but the extension of chitosan as an adsorbent to remove organic substances from water and wastewater has seldom been explored. In this study, the adsorption of an azo dye, trisodium 2-hydroxy-1,1'-azonaphthalene-3,4',6-trisulfonate (1), from aqueous solution onto the various degrees of deacetylated chitosan has been investigated. Equilibrium studies have been carried out to determine the capacity of chitosan for dye. The experimental data were analyzed using two isotherm correlations, namely, Langmuir and Freundlich equations. The linear correlation coefficients were determined for each isotherm and the Langmuir provided the best fit. The experimental adsorption isotherms were perfectly reproduced in the simulated data obtained from numerical analysis on the basis of the Langmuir model and the isotherm constants. Adsorption of (1) onto the chitosan flakes was found to be strongly depending on degrees of deacetylation in chitosan and temperatures. Significant amounts of (1) were adsorbed by chitosan 8B (higher degree of deacetylated chitosan), but the adsorption capacity was reduced remarkably with increasing solution temperatures. Thermodynamic parameters such as change in free energy (DeltaG), enthalpy (DeltaH), and entropy (DeltaS) were also determined. In addition, kinetic study indicated that the adsorption process mechanisms were both transport- and attachment-limited.  相似文献

We examined the oxygenative degradation of 4-chlorocatechol and 4-tert-butylcatechol catalyzed by iron(III)-tris(pyridin-2-yl)amine complex from the standpoint of repressing the formation of 4-chlorocatechol esters of the oxygenated products that causes the incomplete degradation of 4-chlorocatechol. Analysis of the products revealed that 4-chlorocatechol esters are formed by the reaction of muconic anhydride, which is the monooxygenated product, with catechols. It was found that the use of MeOH as the solvent instead of MeCN completely suppressed the catechol ester formation through the methanolysis of muconic anhydride, which greatly improves the degradation efficiency of 4-chlorocatechol.  相似文献

Five-membered metallacyclic alkynes that have no substituents adjacent to the triple bond have been synthesized, isolated, and structurally characterized. Zirconocene dichlorides, Cp'2ZrCl2 (Cp' = C5H5, C5H4-t-Bu), reacted with 1,4-dichlorobut-2-yne in the presence of magnesium to give 1-zirconacyclopent-3-yne compounds (5 (a) Cp' = C5H5, (b) Cp' = C5H4-t-Bu) that have a -CH2CCCH2- moiety in good yields. They are stable enough to be isolated in a pure form, despite the absence of substituents. 5a reacted with an equimolar amount of Cp2Zr(but-1-ene)(PMe3) to produce a bimetallic complex in which the zirconacyclopentyne coordinates to the other zirconocene moiety as an alkyne.  相似文献

The bidentate phosphine oxide compounds bis(diphenylphosphinyl)methane (BDPPM) and bis(diphenylphosphinyl)ethane (BDPPE) were synthesized and the liquid—liquid extraction equilibria of some divalent metal ions such as Co(II), Ni(II), Zn(II) and Cd(II) with 1-phenyl-3-methyl-4-benzoyl-5-pyrazolone (HPMBP) and the neutral phosphine oxide compounds were investigated. BDPPM was found to be much more powerful than BDPPE and the monodentate neutral ligand trioctylphosphine oxide (TOPO). The composition of the extracted species were determined by a graphical method to be M(PMBP)2(TOPO)s (s = 2 for Co, Ni, Cd and s = 1 for Zn), M(PMBP)2(BDPPM) and M(PMBP)2(BDPPE). The adduct formation constants between the acylpyrazolone chelates and the neutral ligands were determined and are discussed in terms of the molecular structure.  相似文献

A new synthetic method for the preparation of allyl amines has been developed. The key steps of this method are enantioselective addition of diethylzinc and [1,3]-chirality transfer through the [3.3] sigmatropic rearrangement of allyl cyanates. Stereocontrolled syntheses of lentiginosine (1) and polyoxamic acid derivative 2 from a common intermediate 7 derived from D-tartaric acid (8), have been accomplished.  相似文献

The potential energy surface of benzene (C(6)H(6)) with a He*(2(3)S) atom was obtained by comparison of experimental data in collision-energy-resolved two-dimensional Penning ionization electron spectroscopy with classical trajectory calculations. The ab initio model interaction potentials for C(6)H(6)+He*(2(3)S) were successfully optimized by the overlap expansion method; the model potentials were effectively modified by correction terms proportional to the overlap integrals between orbitals of the interacting system, C(6)H(6) and He*(2(3)S). Classical trajectory calculations with optimized potentials gave excellent agreement with the observed collision-energy dependence of partial ionization cross sections. Important contributions to corrections were found to be due to interactions between unoccupied molecular orbitals and the He*2s orbital. A C(6)H(6) molecule attracts a He*(2(3)S) atom widely at the region where pi electrons distribute, and the interaction of -80 meV (ca. -1.8 kcal/mol) just cover the carbon hexagon. The binding energy of a C(6)H(6) molecule and a He* atom was 107 meV at a distance of 2.40 A on the sixfold axis from the center of a C(6)H(6) molecule, which is similar to that of C(6)H(6)+Li and is much larger than those of the C(6)H(6)+[He,Ne,Ar] systems.  相似文献

Photochromic performance of diarylethene single crystals was controlled by crystal engineering using non-covalent aromatic-aromatic interactions as the directional intermolecular force. A diarylethene derivative with two pentafluorophenyl groups, 1,2-bis(2-methyl-5-pentafluorophenyl-3-thienyl)perfluorocyclopentene (1a), formed stoichiometric co-crystals with benzene (Bz) and naphthalene (Np) by aryl-perfluoroaryl interactions. Face-to-face pi-stacking interactions between the pentafluorophenyl groups of 1a and the aromatic molecules are responsible for 2:1 and 1:1 stoichiometric compositions in 1a/Bz and 1a/Np co-crystals, respectively. The diarylethene underwent thermally stable and photoreversible photochromic reactions in a homo-crystal of 1a and co-crystals 1a/Bz and 1a/Np. The absorption spectra of the photogenerated closed-ring isomers varied depending on the conformation of the diarylethene molecules packed in the crystals. The diarylethene 1a also formed 1:1 stoichiometric co-crystals with different kinds of diarylethenes, 1,2-bis(2-ethyl-5-phenyl-3-thienyl)perfluorocyclopentene (2a) and 1,2-bis[2-methyl-5-(1-naphthyl)-3-thienyl]perfluorocyclopentene (3a). Both co-crystals 1a/2a and 1a/3a showed photochromism. Although 1a, 2a, and 3a underwent efficient photocyclization reactions in their homo-crystals, highly selective photocyclization reactions of 2a or 3a were observed in the co-crystals. The selective reactions were confirmed by HPLC and X-ray crystallography. Excited energy transfers from 1a to 2a and from 1a to 3a are considered to occur and cause the selective reactions.  相似文献
