A cascade reaction involving sequential conjugate reduction, stereoselective aldol cyclisation and chemoselective lactone reduction mediated by SmI2–H2O provides access to a cyclopentanol bearing two vicinal quaternary stereocentres with good stereocontrol. Gridworlds are one of the most popular settings used in benchmark problems for real-time heuristic search algorithms. However, no comprehensive studies have been published so far on how the difference in the density of randomly positioned obstacles affects the hardness of the problems. This paper presents two measures for characterizing the hardness of gridworld problems parameterized by obstacle ratio, and relates them to the performance of the algorithms. We empirically show that the peak locations of those measures and actual performance degradation of the basic algorithms (RTA* and LRTA*) almost coincide with each other for a wide variety of problem settings. Thus the measures uncover some interesting aspects of the gridworlds.  相似文献

The solid‐phase combinatorial synthesis of cyclodepsipeptide destruxin E has been demonstrated. The combinatorial synthesis of cyclization precursors 8 was achieved by using a split and pool method on SynPhase Lanterns. The products were successfully macrolactonized in parallel in the solution phase by using 2‐methyl‐6‐nitrobenzoic anhydride and 4‐(dimethylamino)pyridine N‐oxide to afford macrolactones 9 , and the subsequent formation of an epoxide in the side chain gave 18 member destruxin E analogues 6 . Biological evaluation of analogues 6 indicated that the N‐MeAla residue was crucial to the induction of morphological changes in osteoclast‐like multinuclear cells (OCLs). Based on structure–activity relationships, azido‐containing analogues 15 were then designed for use as a molecular probe. The synthesis and biological evaluation of analogues 15 revealed that 15 b , in which the Ile residue was replaced with a Lys(N3) residue, induced morphological changes in OCLs at a sufficient concentration, and modification around the Ile residue would be tolerated for attachment of a chemical tag toward the target identification of destruxin E ( 1 ).  相似文献

The control of peroxyoxalate chemiluminescence (PO-CL) by the coordination of nitrogen-containing ligands and metal cations was investigated. Turning the CL off and on was done by PO-CL using 15-monoazacrown-5-tethered anthracene and alkali metal ions. CL quenching and regeneration was also observed in the separated molecular system of 15-monoazacrown-5 and the fluorophores. CL quenching by a number of ligands bearing dipicolylamino groups was evaluated by these PO-CL reactions and found to be closely related to their oxidation potentials, which is dependent on the Weller rate law for electron exchange and this provides strong support for the existence of the CIEEL PO-CL process. When Zn2+ or Cu2+ are added to the PO-CL system quenched by the ligand, N-[2-(2,2′-dipicolylamino)ethyl]aniline, CL was turned on because the electron donating ability of the ligands was modulated. This was controlled by the coordination of the studied metal ions and, therefore, this system results in CL because of host-guest interactions.  相似文献

Total synthesis of the (S)-stereoisomer of telomestatin (1) was accomplished. (S)-Telomestatin exhibited potency four times that of the natural product, (R)-telomestatin, which was the most potent telomerase inhibitor previously reported. In the circular dichroism spectral analysis of the complexes possessing randomly structured single-stranded d[TTAGGG](4) oligonucleotide, (S)-telomestatin, like (R)-telomestatin, induced an antiparallel G-quadruplex structure. The melting temperature (T(m)) value of the (S)-isomer complex was greater than that of the (R)-telomestatin complex. Therefore, it is concluded that the stereochemistry of the thiazoline of telomestatin is important to the binding ability of a G-quadruplex binder, and (S)-telomestatin as a G-quadruplex binder is more potent than the natural product.  相似文献

The fabrication of a solid-phase microextraction (SPME) fiber through UV-induced polymerization of poly(ethylene glycol) diacrylate (PEG-DA) for determination of parabens in cosmetic products is presented in this work. The PEG-DA polymer coating was covalently attached to the fiber by introducing a surface modification with 3-(trichlorosilyl)propyl methacrylate (TPM). The PEG-DA polymer thin film coated on the fiber was homogeneous and wrinkled, which led to an increase of the surface area and high extraction efficiency. The extraction performances of the prepared SPME fibers were assessed by preconcentration of parabens including methylparaben, ethylparaben, propylparaben and benzylparaben from cosmetic products. The analysis was performed on an ultra high-speed liquid chromatography with diode array detector. The prepared SPME fibers exhibited good repeatability (for one fiber) and reproducibility (fiber-to-fiber) with RSDs of 5.4 and 6.9%, respectively. The optimized SPME method supported a wide linear range of 0.50-160 μg/mL and the detection limits for parabens were in the range of 0.12-0.15 μg/mL (S/N=3). The developed method was successfully applied for determination of parabens in cosmetic products with different natures.  相似文献

Exposure of 3-phenylpropyl ethers to an activated iodosylbenzene monomer·18-crown-6 complex [PhI(OH)BF(4)·18C6] in the presence of BF(3)-Et(2)O and water results in the para-selective monofluorination of benzene ring via neighboring alkoxy group participation and directly affords 3-(4-fluorophenyl)propyl ethers regioselectively in good yields.  相似文献
