We investigate a class of eight-vertex models on a Kagomé lattice. With the help of auxiliary vertices, the Kagomé-lattice eight-vertex model (KEVM) is related to an inhomogeneous system which leads to a one-parameter family of commuting transfer matrices. Using an equation for commuting transfer matrices, we determine their eigenvalues. From calculated eigenvalues the correlation length of the KEVM is derived with its full anisotropy. There are two cases: In the first case the anisotropic correlation length (ACL) is the same as that of the triangular/honeycomb-lattice Ising model. By the use of an algebraic curve, it is shown that the Kagomé-lattice Ising model, the diced-lattice Ising model, and the hard-hexagon model also have (essentially) the same ACL as the KEVM. In the second case we find that the ACL displays 12fold rotational symmetry.  相似文献

In the non-regular case, the asymptotic loss of amount of information (extended to as Rényi measure) associated with a statistic is discussed. It is shown that the second order asymptotic loss of information in reducing to a statistic consisting of extreme values and an asymptotically ancillary statistic vanishes. This result corresponds to the fact that the statistic is second order asymptotically sufficient in the sense of Akahira (1991, Metron, 49, 133–143). A spin flopping transition in a linear chain-like organic free radical, TANOL, has been observed below 0.5 K. The maximum value of the anisotropy energy was estimated to be 230 erg/cm3. A wide spectral band photodetector with PtSi/p-Si Schottky-barrier   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
The photoresponse of a front-illuminated PtSi Schottky-barrier detector is measured in the wavelength range between 0.4 and 5.2m. In the wavelength range longer than 1.1m, the detection mechanism is the internal photoemission. On the other hand, the intrinsic mechanism becomes dominant in the wavelength range shorter than 1.1m. The measured data are in good agreement with values calculated from these two detection mechanisms. The photoresponse depends on the PtSi thickness in both wavelength ranges. For getting a high responsivity, it is important to make a thin uniform metal film. The visible and the thermal image with a PtSi Schottky-barrier wide spectral band imager are also demonstrated.  相似文献

Two new bisabolane-type sesquiterpenes, lippidulcine A (3) and epilippidulcine A (4), have been isolated from the aerial parts of Lippia dulcis TREV. along with five known flavonoids, cirsimaritin (5), salvigenin (6), eupatorin (7), 5-hydroxy-6,7,3',4'-tetramethoxyflavone (8) and 5,3'-dihydroxy-6,7,4',5'-tetramethoxyflavone (9), three known phenylethanoid glycosides, decaffeoylverbascoside (10), acteoside (11) and isoacteoside (12), and two known iridoid glucosides, 8-epiloganin (13) and lamiide (14). Their chemical structures have been determined on the basis of spectroscopic data. Among them, 5, 7, and 9 exhibited almost the same activity as that of alpha-tocopherol, and 10-12 were identified as stronger antioxidants than alpha-tocopherol using the ferric thiocyanate method.  相似文献
