Radiometric methods of determination of platium and palladium (0.1 to 5% of Pt and 0.1 to 2% of Pd), gold and indium (0.01 to 1% of Au and 1 to 4 g In/l) and of platinum and rhodium (0.1 to 9% of Pt and 0.05 to 1% of Rh) in aqueous solution has been worked out. A suitable measuring device has been designed and constructed. The methods are based on the measurement of characteristic radiation of the Lα line for gold and platinum and of the K-series for indium, palladium and rhodium, as well as on the measurement of scattered radiation from a238Pu source. The r.m.s. error of the determination varies from 0.01 to 0.10% of Pt, 0.002 to 0.01% of Au and 0.01 to 0.15% of Pd depending on the concentration. In the case of Rh and In the errors are 0.008% and 0.04 g In/l, respectively. 相似文献

We report four-photon pumped amplified spontaneous emission in an organic chromophore. The phenomenon is observed when intense infrared laser radiation illuminates a nonlinear chromophore solution. As a result of this illumination, a strong and highly directional radiation in the visible wavelength range is generated in both the forward and the backward directions, with an angular divergence similar to that of the pump beam. 相似文献

Some Schiff bases of 2-hydroxypinan-3-one, being precursors of 2-hydroxy3-[N-alkyl(aryl)]pinanoamines, were obtained. The crystal structure of racemic 2-hydroxy-2,6,6-trimethylbicyclo-[3.1. 1]hept-3-ylidenaminobenzene was determined. The Schiff bases were obtained in two forms: solid form (racemate) and liquid form (optically pure). As it appeared from crystallographic studies of the racemic form, in the solid state there are intramolecular-H-bonded dimers. 相似文献

Simultaneous three-photon excited stimulated emission at (cavityless lasing) approximately 610 nm has been achieved in an organic chromophore solution pumped by approximately 1.5-microm ultrashort coherent radiation. The stimulated emission can be observed only in the forward and backward directions and is characterized by its high directionality and spectral narrowing. The divergence angle for the backward stimulated emission is considerably smaller than that for the forward stimulated emission, which resembles optical phase conjugation. 相似文献

In the paper application of lidars for investigation of aerosol particle
size distribution and for observation of aerosol consisting of solid state particles
is presented. For size distribution the multiwavelength lidar and original method of
data analysis was applied. For registration of dust transported to Central Europe
from Sahara and Middle East deserts analysis of depolarization of the backscattered
signals was used. In order to solve the lidar equation measurements of total
atmospheric
optical depth by means of Microtops sun photometer was done. Mean size and the
aspect ratio of dust particles were determined by comparing of lidar observations

We report on linear transmittance and reflectance as well as on third-harmonic generation in photonic crystal alloys formed by various compositions of polystyrene and poly (methyl methacrylate) colloidal spheres of the same size. These photonic crystal alloys are structurally ordered but contain refractive-index disorder and thus provide a random variation of scattering potential. The stopgap shows a monotonic shift in wavelength as a function of composition that can be fitted by assuming an effective dielectric constant for the colloidal spheres. In each alloy a dramatic enhancement of third-harmonic generation is observed, always on the short-wavelength side of the stopgap. 相似文献
