This paper reports on the effect of paracetamol on the dielectric behavior of the rabbit lens. Measurements were performed over the frequency range of 100 Hz-100 kHz in air and at the temperature of 35°C. The frequency dependencies of the relative permittivity and dielectric loss for the control and paracetamol-control lenses are described in terms of a power-low, Debye and Cole-Cole relations. The effect of paracetamol on the dielectric properties of the lens is visible in the lower values of the relative permittivity than those for the control sample at the same frequency. In addition, the relaxations around 18 and 46 kHz for the paracetamol-control lens are shifted to lower frequencies compared with the control lens. The results of this work indicate that the present method is useful in detection of the lens toxicity elicited by overdoses of paracetamol in animal.  相似文献

According to computational predictions 1,1′,1″-(2,4,6-trihydroxybenzene-1,3,5-triyl)triethanone (triacetylphloroglucinol) (TTT, form a) can exist in five tautomeric forms, among which 2,4,6-tris(1-hydroxyethylidene)-1,3,5-cyclohexanetrione (form e) exhibits thermodynamic stability comparable to that of form a. X-ray investigations reveal that the compound exists in form a in the crystalline solid phase. Analysis of the arrangement of atoms involved in the three intramolecular H-bonds, responsible for the stabilization of tautomer a by 55.4 kcal/mol, suggests that there could be fast H atom (proton) transfer within the hydrogen bonds, bringing about the transformation of a into e and vice versa. Such an effect could explain the unique behaviour and spectral properties of TTT in solutions.  相似文献

The molecular structure of 7-acetamido-2-methyl-quinoline-5,8-dione has been determined and the reactivity of 7-acetamido-2-methyl-quinoline-5,8-dione (1) and 6-acetamido-2-methyl-quinoline-5,8-dione (2) towards Re(CO)5Cl has been examined. Two novel tricarbonyl rhenium complexes, fac-[Re(CO)3(7-acetamido-2-methyl-quinoline-5,8-dione)Cl]·CHCl3 (3·CHCl3) and fac-[Re(CO)3(6-acetamido-2-methyl-quinoline-5,8-dione)Cl]2·CHCl3 (4·CHCl3), have been synthesized and characterized spectroscopically and structurally. The electronic spectrum of 3 was investigated at the TDDFT level employing B3LYP functional in combination with LANL2DZ.  相似文献

The tetradentate [OSSO]-type bis(phenol) ligands, [{2,2′-(HOC6H2-4,6-R2)2CH2SCH2CH2SCH2}] (R = tBu, 2; Br, 3) react with MBz4 (M = Zr, Hf) to yield the corresponding dibenzyl complexes, [M{2,2′-(OC6H2-4,6-R2)2CH2SCH2CH2SCH2}Bz2] (R = Br, M = Zr, 4Br; Hf, 5Br; R = tBu, M = Hf, 5) in a good to very good yield. Zirconium diamido complexes, [Zr{2,2′-(OC6H2-4,6-R2)2CH2SCH2CH2SCH2}(NMe2)2] (R = tBu, 6; Br, 6Br) were prepared in a reaction of the corresponding disodium salt of 2 or 3 generated in situ with ZrCl2(NMe2)2(THF)2. Heating of 6 with TMSCl at 35 °C afforded zirconium dichloro complex, [Zr{2,2′-(OC6H2-4,6-tBu2)2CH2SCH2CH2SCH2}Cl2] (7), whereas the titanium analog 8 was prepared in a direct reaction with TiCl4. While for complexes 4Br, 5, 5Br, 6, 6Br and 7 single C2-symmetric isomers were observed in solution at room temperature, as revealed by the NMR spectroscopic data, titanium complex 8 formed as a mixture of cis-α (8a) and cis-β (8b) isomers in a ratio of approx. 20:80% (measured in CD2Cl2). The VT NMR studies revealed a reversible conversion of 8a into 8b above 60 °C. The X-ray crystal structure determination of complexes 4Br, 5Br and 7 confirmed their C2-symmetrical configuration in the solid state with cis-arranged benzyl/chloro groups and the trans-coordination of two bulky phenolato moieties. The zirconium dibenzyl complexes exhibit good catalytic activities in homopolymerization of 1-hexene (atactic poly(1-hexene), PDI = 1.5-1.7) and vinylcyclohexane (isotactic poly(vinylcyclohexane), PDI = 1.2-1.8) upon activation with a co-catalyst. In both polymerizations no increase of activity was observed for the complex 4Br with electron-withdrawing substituents on phenolate rings. Moreover, polymerization of liquid propylene catalyzed by the titanium dichloro isomeric mixture 8 afforded at 5 °C ultrahigh molecular weight atactic/isotactic polypropylene mixtures.  相似文献

A new multiresidue method for the efficient screening, identification and quantification of over 160 pesticides belonging to different chemical classes in red, rose and white wines have been developed. The analysis was based on gas chromatographic-tandem quadrupole mass spectrometric determination (GC-QqQ-MS/MS). An optimization strategy involved the selection of buffering conditions and sorbents for dispersive-solid phase extraction (dispersive-SPE) in order to achieve acceptably high recoveries and reduce co-extractives in the final extracts. As a result, the optimized procedure allowed us to obtain consistent recoveries of the target pesticides including problematic ones such as captan, chlorothalonil, dichlofluanid, folpet and tolylfluanid. The attained recoveries were typically between 80 and 110% (89% on average) with RSD values typically lower than 10% (8% on average) at three spiking levels of 0.01, 0.05 and 0.2 mg kg−1. Linearity was studied in the range between 0.005 and 0.2 mg kg−1 using pesticide standards prepared both in pure solvent and in the presence of matrix, showing coefficients of determination (R2) higher than 0.99 for all the pesticides except for desmedipham, thiabendazole and thiamethoxam in pure solvent. The study of the ratio of the slopes obtained in solvent and in matrix provided information about the matrix effects, which was <10%, 10-20% and >20% for 33, 36 and 31% of the studied pesticides, respectively. To improve accuracy, matrix matched standards were always used for calculation of the quantification results. The expanded uncertainties were estimated by using a “top-down” approach as being 17% on average (coverage factor k = 2, confidence level 95%). Finally, the method was used with success to detect and quantify pesticide residues in commercial wines.  相似文献

A series of salts, with the 9-aminoacridinium cation (9-AA) and aromatic carboxylic acid: benzoate (1), ortho-phthalate (2), and salicylate (3) anions have been synthesized and characterized using X-ray diffraction. In the crystal packing, the ions are linked via N-H?O, O-H?O, and C-H?O hydrogen bonds. Analysis of the hydrogen bonds in the crystal lattices of the title compounds shows that the cations and anions form tetramers. The ions in these tetramers are linked via N(amino)-H?O(carboxy) hydrogen bonds forming R22(8) (1 and 3) or R24(15) (2) hydrogen bond ring motifs. The cations interact through π-π interactions in the ABBA (1), AB (2) or ABA (3) arrangement to form columns (1 and 2) or chains (3).  相似文献

The coordination properties of the novel conjugate towards copper ions were investigated. The performed studies exhibited the unusual binding properties of the ligand molecule having two potential strong coordination sites, namely dipeptidic chain and pyridyl nitrogens. On the basis of potentiometric and spectroscopic studies the binding at the low pH values to the aromatic entity is suggested, while the rise of pH (including physiological one) yielded the dimeric head-to-tail complex formation. This stable species possesses three nitrogen donors involved in Cu(II) chelation: N(pirydyl), NH2 and N(amide).  相似文献
