本文报道用分子束外延技术生长的Ｃｄ１－ｘＭｎｘＴｅ／Ｃｄ１－ｙＭｎｙＴｅ超晶格样品在８０Ｋ下的光调制反射谱实验结果，观测到１１Ｈ，２２Ｈ，３３Ｈ和１１Ｌ等激子跃迁结构。计及晶格失配导致的应力效应，对子能级结构进行了理论计算。     

Laser-induced damage of the optical films prepared by electron beam evaporation and ion beam sputtering in vacuum

The laser-induced damage characteristics and adsorption effects of organic contamination molecules of two high reflectors (HR) prepared by electron beam evaporation (EB) and ion beam sputtering (IBS) method at 1064 nm is investigated in vacuum. It is found that EB films show the performance degradation of laser induced damages in vacuum while for IBS film, seems to have no this effect, in comparison with air environment. In addition, EB coatings also have the strong affinity with organic contamination molecules, in contrast of IBS films. The results reveal that ion beam sputtering (IBS) method seem to be one of the favorite film deposition techniques of the optical films used in vacuum and space environments.     

Polaron effect dependence of thermopower in organic semiconductors

A unified physical model for thermopower was presented in organic semiconductors, based on the Marcus theory and variable-range hopping theory. According to the proposed model, the characteristic of charge carrier thermoelectric transport in organic semiconductors has been investigated. In particular, polaron effects, energetic disorder, and carrier density dependence of the thermopower have been discussed in detailed. The calculation also shows a good agreement with the experimental data in organic semiconductors.     

IEEE1588v2时间同步技术在新一代电力骨干网中应用研究

针对传统的时钟同步方法已经无法适应新一代电力系统对时钟同步提出的更高要求,引入了一种能达到亚微秒级同步精度的1588v2时间同步技术,可以完全满足新一代电力系统中数字化变电站等电力二次终端设备高精度时间同步的要求;在对OTN和PTN进行同步技术分析的基础上,提出了基于OTN+PTN统一同步网络组网模型的应用场景,探讨了1588v2时钟信号在混合网络中的传递方式,并在现网中进行了时间同步性能测试验证,时间精度优于±100 ns;研究结果表明,基于1588v2时间同步技术的OTN+PTN组网模型能够满足电力系统业务的同步需求。     

低功耗聚合物Mach-Zehnder热光开关

采用传统的半导体工艺制作了聚合物Mach-Zehnder型热光开关.利用扫描电镜观测波导形貌,通过红外摄像机观测波导的近场输出光斑,在通信波段1 550 nm波长下测试了器件的输出光谱.在电极上施加直流信号,测得热光开关的消光比为－15 dB,驱动功率为16 mW.引入直流偏置网络,获得了器件的开关特性曲线,经测量开关上升时间为1.2 ms,下降时间为0.8 ms.     

Active to sterile neutrino mixing limits from neutral-current interactions in MINOS

Results are reported from a search for active to sterile neutrino oscillations in the MINOS long-baseline experiment, based on the observation of neutral-current neutrino interactions, from an exposure to the NuMI neutrino beam of 7.07×10(20) protons on target. A total of 802 neutral-current event candidates is observed in the Far Detector, compared to an expected number of 754 ± 28(stat) ± 37(syst) for oscillations among three active flavors. The fraction f(s) of disappearing ν(μ) that may transition to ν(s) is found to be less than 22% at the 90% C.L.     

On the properties of electromagnetic waves propagating inside moving dielectric media

The properties of electromagnetic waves propagating inside isotropic or uniaxial dielectric media moving in an arbitrary direction are analysed. The scalar products of electromagnetic field vectors inside these moving media are investigated in the kEB system from Maxwell's equations and Lorentz-covariant constitutive relations. Several important equations are derived. They are useful in discussing problems such as the energy density and radiation pressure, which are of interest in theoretical studies and many application subjects.     

Investigation of nonvolatile holographic storage in LiNbO3:Mn:Ce:Fe crystal

We investigate the persistent holographic recording in triply doped LiNbO₃:Mn:Ce:Fe crystals at different oxidation/reduction states. The experimental results show that there is an optimum oxidation/reduction state, which results in the best dynamic range M/#. Compared with doubly doped LiNbO₃:Ce:Fe, we found that the nonvolatile diffraction efficiency and the best dynamic range M/# obtained in triply doped samples are larger than that obtained in doubly doped samples. The reason for the increase of the crystal about the nonvolatile diffraction efficiency and the dynamic range M/# was also explained.     

Thermal Entanglement of a Three-Qubit Heisenberg Chain with a Nonuniform Magnetic Field

The thermal entanglement of a three-qubit Heisenberg chain under a nonuniform magnetic field is studied. It is very interesting to note that the next nearest neighbor entanglement （NNNE） could be larger than the nearest neighbor entanglement （NNE）. We analyze the ground state entanglement, and give the conditions that NNNE is larger than NNE near zero temperature. Our results also show that the nonuniform field could induce the entanglement and improve the threshold temperature at certain parameter region.
